I would’ve given them less than zero stars!
Cargo number 6900 was sent from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad India via Alfalah cargo. The weight in Abu Dhabi was 57kg and what was delivered was weighing 51kg. They have stolen garments from the box by stabbing the box. The owner naseer kept giving excuses and in the end he said “go complaint, i dont care”.

Very bad service, one of the wrost service, 02/11/23, invoice no 6919, I send 122kg musaffah to Bangladesh. They promised in 15 working days material will be delivered but till now nothing happens.

I didn't received full items through this cargo service and some of the packages are damaged like cloths, nuts etc.

Excellent customer service from Al Falah cargo! He helped clarify many questions I had regarding the cargo service! And the price was soo reasonable compared to other cargo services in Abu Dhabi! Thank you soo much Al Falah cargo

Very bad cargo service to UK, recieved most items broken due to poor packaging, surprised to see a worst carton box with only some tapes on it for all the arho, they simply charge 20 aed for each baox in the name of packaging, not recommended.

One of wrost cargo i have ever seen. No professionalism, no value for words, no manners, high price.
I contacted them to collect locally a item weighing just 10kg and usually All the cargo teams are charging maximum 25 dhs but he agreed on 45dhs. After he collected the item and the incharge asking me 200 dhs and told me that he cannot give the item unless i pay him 200. At the end i paid him 150 and got my item. Its like they are stealing. Never trust this people.

In simple words, Al Falah Cargo does NOT have any experience at all in working in the line of business!
They have ZERO respect for their customers and their needs.
NO tracking system, NO experience, NO customer service, NO communication system at all; simply the WORST company ever you can come across to ship your stuff.
According to my experience with them, they promised me to ship my bags in a maximum of 2 weeks! Today, it is exactly 1 month and 1 week passed and I have no idea at all where is my dispatch stuff! Every time I contact them, their representative (Libin) says: "Please give us some time" or "I will check and will tell you" and ofcourse he never comes back with any information.
Please Please Please avoid sending your stuff with them as you will definitely waste too much time, money and most importantly, you may end up loosing your stuff with no real compensations!
