Al Fuad Medical Centre

I recently had the opportunity to visit Al Fuad Medical Clinic for a medical consultation, and I must say that my experience was exceptional.

The staffs are not only highly professional but also incredibly compassionate. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care truly stood out.

The doctors at Al Fuad Medical Clinic especially Dr. Rosalyn & Dr. Natalie are some of the best I've encountered. They are not only knowledgeable and skilled in their respective fields but also very approachable.

Dr. Rosalyn Karlsson, its the first time i meet her, But for me I am satisfied her service how she check & explain for me. Thank you!

Update. During covid it was hectic. And many shops, hospitals and even any thing in regards to businesses does anything to get good reviews. And the last 5 stars was just as that. A discount plus early bird kinda thing. Overall I didn't see any major red flags in this hospital. But the fact they push you for a five star review for a discount and fast service is a red flag. But hope they've turned that around.

It has been my 2nd visit here at Al Fuad for my 2nd dose and I was so disappointed with my application. On my first visit I came at 6pm and got my vaccine after 2 and a half hours!
And just right now for my 2nd dose, I came here at 7pm and it’s been 2hrs now. They forgot again my papers and I was put last on the list. It happened for the 2nd time! So disappointing!

Went for my Covid vaccination, well managed medical Center with very good & polite staff. The doctor took time and explained patiently about the vaccination effects. Thank you for the good experience really appreciate it.

I booked appointment for vaccine but they were trying to discourage me to take the vaccine and finally told vaccine was not available.

Worst customer service.
Filpini staff is biased. Giving priority to filpinis / arabs only. Others are waiting in queue.
I waited for 15 minutes in queue but no one even asked me, why i am there. So I left without taking any service.

Incapable staff. I went for Pfizer 1st done on 27th September 2021 they misplaced my file and I had to wait for long time.
I took my daughter for PCR test and they entered wrong details many times I had to request them for correction and finally PCR result hasn't updated in ALHOSN app, because of that my daughter had to absent school for 2 days until we tested in other place get the updated PCR result updated in ALHOSN.

On 1st Nov 2021, I went for Pfizer second dose and I had to wait for 3 hours even it is not much crowded. After all still my ALHOSN app is not get updated the 2nd dose.

I made an appointment with a Al Fuad to take a PCR test of my mother and provide a covid flight certificate, for a flight back to Norway. This was a particular important flight, and I was assured several times by multiple staff that the results and certificate would be ready in 6-12 hours.

Then 12 hours later, when we still had not received the certificate, we tried to contact them on all of their phone numbers and whatsapp. No respons even though within their opening hours.

This caused a critical situation for us where we had to rush to another hospital and take a express test costing 350 AED in the midle of the night, taking up a lot of time and causing major stress, while also ruining the last day of my mother vacation.

Several days later, we have still not received the test results for the service we paid for (even though its for no use now), no follow up, explanations or apologies. I do not know if other parts of their business i legitime or the whole thing is a scam, but they certainly ripped us off, and also caused a unnecessary and critical situation.

I would not recommend anyone to trust this business as they are cynical, untrustworthy and unprofessional.

I had an appointment and your staff didn’t let me in (over booked) even though I called on the same day to confirm my appointment, plus one of your staff were extremely rude to me.
Additional to that no social distance were followed.

The place had no rush. The staffs were friendly. I took the PCR test in the evening and got the result the next day morning.

I booked an appointment at 11 am. On arrival I was informed that I need to return at 1 pm because i need to have doctor's appointment to approve my second Pfizer dose.

When I returned at 1 pm after waiting in queue for a period of time. I was later on informed my insurance does not cover the medical appointment.

They need to be more informative with the requirment and procedure upfront rather than have a person go back and worth for no reason!

Quick service for PCR tests- all the team worked hard to get our results back and were easily contactable and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them when we are next in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Esperanza Gonzales she's good doctor she explain all what u want to know about your health.the nurse also they are all good and kind.also the receptionist they are all good.

Dr. Gonzales did a great job, she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly.

All of the staff was great – they were helpful and friendly.

Very un professional service from customer service staff. Called to check the availability of Pfizer 2nd dose as I have been turned back mentioning no stock. The person who answered was very unhelpful and rude. Never expected a service like this from a professional institute

Went here for a 1st dose of Pfizer. We had a very unpleasant experience. We waited for more than 3 hrs. There is a queue cutters which the staffs are ignoring. They don't have systematic way of prioritizing on priority numbers. Worst experience of all, one nurse took her friend all the way to the vaccination room ignoring all the people that came in first. Out of frustration I went outside and didn't get my vaccination done. I am not closing any further visit on your hospital so i please do hope the next visit will be smooth and satisfying.

Thanks Al Fuad for very accommodating and friendly staff. They are organized and the environment is tidy.

We did our Sinopharm Vaccine her last February and we were attended to very quickly. When we decided to take our Pfizer vaccine, it was very difficult to book an appointment in so many places. But when we heard they have Pfizer vaccine available, we were able to book an appointment so fast. Though the misconception of the booking numbers caused a slight delay, the staff were willing to do their best to help and we got vaccinated right away. Thank you so much Al Fuad MC. Looking forward to our next dose this Saturday. I know I won't be disappointed.

Expertise of nurses are not good. I went there for general check up, so the doctor asked me to do the blood test
It was my first time I heard that it’s difficult to find my vein. A needle inserted twice on my right and left arm but still the nurse failed to extract blood.
The nurse asked me that she will do it again for the 3rd time but I refused. I told her to do it later after few minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t go back coz I’m afraid that she will do the same thing.
So it seems like I’m wasting 50 dhs for my co-pay.
And I’m not satisfied to the outcome.

Very bad। I have appointment 4 o clock। I go there same time but for meet doctor they take more than 4 hours, i saw also some patient come after me they meet before me i don't know how।when i complain they said if you dont want wait you can go from here। And also some Philippines stuff behaviour also not good, they not respect me, talking very rude।

Dont go there if you dont waste of time।

Im not talking lie, i go this 2nd time, before i go there was another stuff they were good but this time they're very bad।

Caters all minor dental ang health needs.

I took an appointment at 4pm (Sept. 9) and here since then. Now its 6: 30 and none of the staff is assisting me about how long or when are they going to assist me. They are totally ignoring me. Service is bad and people are good at ignoring. System is really bad. I don't know the purpose of appointment if they will keep me in line for 2 hours. It irritates me more to see people cutting the line. I guess they are the privilege one. Those have back ups. Waste of time and it really tickled my patience.

Today, (Sept. 29,2021) was my 2nd Dose for Booster. At first I was hesitant to come back, worried that what had happened last time will happen again and to my surprised it was better this time. Staff now are accommodating and it was more organized. Token has been given to customer in ques so no one can cut off the line. They also assigned one Filipina lady that making sure that everyone has been treated fairly and she speaks really well in English with her very accomodating tone. I also spent less 1 hour this time to finish the entire process. They really tried thier best to satisfy thier customer this time. JOB WELL DONE TO AL FUAD TEAM!

I had a great experiences with al Fuad medical Centre. The atmosphere is very clean and nice. All the staff are very supportive and friendly. I had a great experience coming here. One of the best medical center I visited. All thanks to the staff.
