Al Hoorani Automatic Gear

I sent the car here based on reviews when I faced some transmission issues. After spending 12k total and sending the car over multiple times. I had to ultimately sell the car. Their diagnosis of the issue was inaccurate which I found out when I later took it to the agency and paid for their diagnosis. Even worse was their disregard for customer’s time when they “fix” the car, release it only to have you bring it back again because nothing had improved (their reasoning is the car needs time for adaptation). I can only chalk it up to the unskilled technicians there. Also, each time, the car came back filthy, various covers/screws not installed properly. Not recommended.

I had given my car for gear repare. I got very good service from there. All its workers are well exprianced. Especially the behavior of Manager Tahir engineer was very appreciable. I was very happy with them.

Repaired my tiida CVT gear box here at Hoorani. Repairing is ok but need to see how much time it will stay on. Got 90day warrenty. Regarding warrenty other repair shops are giving 180 days warrenty.
Price.i felt thats its a little higher but if the quality which is promised is ok then its agreeable.
Also while Receiving car was dirty and oil/greese stains on the body.
And this was all my experience at Hoorani. Giving 4 star for gear repair.

I was having issue in my pathfinder and I gone to many places they ask to change full gear box which is costing 15000 but engineer Saeed fix the issue without changing the gear box and with reasonable price

Don't go, I went to change the gear oil, I brought the oil with me so he will charge only the labour charges, after releasing all gear oil from my car they have increased the price which is drive me crazy about his altitude, they don't responsible about their work and they are not listening to my advice to safe my car. Any way it was a first and last time going to them.

This place and people are completely unprofessional, never ever trust this organization. Especially team led by Mr Shahid.

Very bad. Damaged seals on engine while either removing or replacing transmission. Do not go here. They took no responsibility for what they did. Would give 0 if possible.

In response to the reply.it is not correct. When my vehicle was dropped off, there was no leak. When I recieved my vehicle back, there was a leak. The vehicle was inspected by my mechanic prior to the service and there was no leak. I pointed this out and you did nothing. The leak came as a direct result of time in your shop.

I had to pay more than 1000aed to fix a leak in the mid left part of the engine that was caused by your shop. My mechanic believes that the leak was caused by stress put on it while removing the transmission from the vehicle. You provided no responsibility for your work. In order to repair a transmission, you must remove many parts from the vehicle, including the transmission. So, dont say you only touch the transmission, because that is not true. You are responsible for removal, repair and reinstallation. You failed in this and also failed to take responsibility. Very poor.

والله عانينا جدا مع هذي الورشة. دفعنا مبلغ كبير و النتيجة نرجع مرات كثيرة و عالفاضي ما تصلحت السيارة. و آخرتها قالولنا المشكلة مش من القير اصلا، يعني المشكلة في سيارتك مش فينا. اذا فلوسك وايدة و عادي سيارتك تتمي خربانة ممكن تروح هالورشة. روحو الشارقة بيسوون الشغل صح من اول مرة و بترتاحون

It is really sad to write that this company appears to be cheaters company fm top to bottom. I took my car to fix the gear issue. Instead they charge me aed6500 without doing any thing. After repair wt they are claiming same problem occurred after running the car half an hours. Whole year they spent and nothing happen. Finally they refused to do any thing or return any money, even one person Obaid, Ali refused to meet me and finalize the issue.
I request customer to be aware this company is full of unprofessional people and demand all original invoices when they hand over the car. Otherwise u will also suffer the way I suffered and lost money cheating by them.

I'd have to rate it a strong 4 as this establishment is competing with the best in AbuDhabi when it comes to auto gears and solving their issues rather than other shops that won't attempt to fix the problem and just fully rebuild it.

وعود بان ترجع سيارتك كما كانت. وفي النهايه يقولون لك سوينا اللي علينا. عدم توضيح ما القطع التي يتم تبديلها بالضبط. جلست السياره حول الثلاث شهور وما زالت المشكله موجوده. والسعر جدا غالي بالنسبه لجوده التصليح

شغل اي شي لا صلحو الموتر ورديته لهم ويلس عندهم اسبوعين وردت مشاكله الاوليه بختصار لا انصح بهم واسعارهم عالية جدا

I had bad experience with them, they told me that my gear box totally broken and they asked for 800 Dhs just for his hand work, in the same time i went to another workshop my gear was need only programming.

مكان ذو مصداقية وجودة، انا انصح بزيارته والتعامل معه بشدة.
