The Hooka is ok, but everything else not so much. The waitress don’t serve very well. Also they charge 5.25 for the plastic pipe. How do you buy hooka and they charge you for the piece of equipment needed to use it?

Ladies staffs behavior is very bad.
We came with friends.

Nice place with the delicious food and a wide menu of shisha flavour.was so lovely and friendly staff? Al istikana shisha lounge is the perfect spot to catch up with friends over some of the best shisha in mussafah-44 See you again guys

واحد من افضل المقاهي في أبوظبي. الطاقم رائع في التعامل. الأكل لذييذ جداً و الطعام رائع. العصائر طازجة. و الشيشة طيبه. أنصح به بشده

Nice place to sit outside and have coffee and shesha but the service is very very bad. You have to ask many time to get what you want. No one come to ask if you need anything. Three time asked for food menu and didn't get it.
Poor service from ladies in restaurant they think like they are their just people to chat and look at them. So careless about customer. Sitting all of them on one table at the corner and chatting with each other.
That's why i think very few customers go their. It was my first and last visit.
