I called the store after reading very good reviews. Luckily, it was Shukkoor that answered the call. I'm an absolute beginner in using a sewing machine, but Shukkoor was very patient and very helpful. He suggested a list of everything I might need for my first project, from a sewing machine to tailor's chalk. And he even was kind enough to get it all delivered as I was on home quarantine. An employee there called Shukur took his time when I called and we texted on Whatsapp to help me find a sewing machine that ticked all my requirements very easily.

He sent me youtube videos on how to use the machine, helped me find something that fit my budget, and was very professional and kind throughout the way.

I didn't want to go to the store and spend time looking due to exposure to COVID-19, he helped me choose something through whatsapp so when I go to the store I can directly pay for it.

I am new to sewing and he offered to show me an easy demonstration when I come to the store so I can learn how to use the machine.
