A great research center that works to turn scientific discoveries into better health for all.
A government facility with remarkably hardworking healthcare professionals. Nurse Francis Paul Rosana is one of the best nurses, very polite and helpful—took time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided comprehensive explanations to all queries I had, entire experience exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work and continue to make a positive impact on everyone’s lives

Al Khaleej Healthcare center is now well known as
ABU DHABI HEALTH RESEARCH CENTER.

Abudhabi health research center is one of the best centers in UAE

The staff here is very friendly, providing the best quality service
Very pleased with their welcoming.
Well organized and Waiting time is very less.
I am glad that the Abudhabi govt cares about every person here.
I will advise everyone to volunteer for the vaccine trials being conducted in the Abudhabi Health Research Center.

1- Appointment: doesn't mean much, 30mn delay to start with the registration
2- Registration: you receive no explanation and you will be asked to sign many times on the pad without knowing what you are signing for, nor receiving a copy of what you have signed on
3- Waiting area and environment: not child friendly. No entertainment/ basic games/ educational activities for kids, not even colouring. There is a TV screen with very limited view. (With kids waiting at a healthcare center, this comes very useful when available)
4- Staff: took the nurse 45 mn to enter my son's information on a computer. I had to correct the doctor regarding my daughter's vaccination.
5- Process: i was given an appointment for my son's vaccine. Ended up not doing it because a test should be done prior to the vaccine. The test isn't done at the center. A referral for the test is even given at a 3rd center (after a debate, i was given a referral there). The center that does the test doesn't do the vaccine. Therefore we go to the test center (twice) then have to go back to this place for the vaccine.
6- Call center: after the test results, I called and was given an appointment for thursday when the needed vaccine is only done on Mondays. At the registration (visit N°2) we were informed that the needed vaccine is only done on Monday.and given another appointment.
