We like Dr. Abdelaziz. He was very thorough in checking our kitten, before administering the 2nd booster vaccination shot. Just don’t come on weekends, as it’s a bit full and crowded in Al Raha Branch.

We were given free cat treats and our little baby boy was so happy. Thank you for this sweet gesture!

Thank you for taking care of my cats and grooming them. You can watch them being groomed on a TV. Unfortunately 2 weeks later my cats starting loosing hair, they contracted ringworm which just kept spreading. It was so expensive to get them medicine and took months of bleaching to rid my house of it. I will not go again.

VERY RUDE DOCTOR AND INHUMAN

They refused to hospitalise a stray cat i took there just coz he's a stray even though i was willing to pay full bill
Their excuse was they have no space so i had to go running out again to look for another clinic to save the kitten

Above all that the Dr was sitting on his phone when i entered he didnt even bother to move knowing that i have an emergency

I brought my 2 cats to this clinic today,   and I could not be happier with the treatment they received. My pets were treated with kindness by the experienced, caring pet groomers. The personnel were helpful and polite, and the clinic was clean and well organized. Anyone looking for outstanding care for their beloved fur babies should definitely consider this clinic!

Took great care of my dog, the treatment healed his disease. The doctor is intelligent and explains the cause and the treatment plan in detail. Cost is affordable. Would recommend and would visit again.

Very lovely staff. I’m really glad as they helped me with my aggressive dog and good value for money. I also did my dogs castration here too.
Dr. Abdul Aziz, nurses Amer and shareef were superb.

Had grooming for my two cats and the groomers are very friendly and professional. Customer service was also friendly and gave us coffee. Will come back again: D

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY EXPENSIVE I went to just trim my kitten’s nails and it only took 1 minute and they charged me 30 AED for only cutting nails and I told them to just look at the cat and they said no we can’t you have to pay 75 AED the service was really bad and very rude.

Worst clinic for grooming, no at all mild with animals, they were working like as though they were compelled to work
