أسوء شركة موظفين سيئن فعلآ و بيطلبو فلوسعشان يكنسلو السيارة الكراجات الي بيتعاملو معاهم نفس الشي السيارة قعدت شهرين في الكراج بس ما اقول إلى حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل

من أسوأ شركات التأمين في الدولة. قسم الحوادث موظفين لا مباليين ومزاجيين ولا يسعون لخدمة العملاء، ومدير القسم لا بهش ولا بنش، ومساعده يدير المعاملات على مزاجه. معاملة بقيت عندهم لأكثر من 3 أسابيع، وعندما وصلت أخيرا لمدير القطاع، (أصرت السكرتيرة على أنه في اجتماع خارج المكتب، وللصدفة يخرج بنفسه من مكتبه!) تم حل الموضوع في 5 دقائق!

شركة الخزنة للتأمين من الشركات ذات الاسم اللامع في التأمين ولها تاريخ في هذا المجال.

Absolutely the WORST insurance company in the UAE, Sterile procedures, rude staff, poor customer satisfaction intention.
It's The only insurance company in UAE which asks you to report to their HQ in case someone hits your car and you are fully insured with Agency repair?
Moreover, you will not get repair approval before one week to ten days and after many useless calls and visits to their HQ.
All that headache despite you are FULLY COVERED and the accident is not your fault!
while with other advanced insurance companies, you just drop the car at your agency workshop with police report and they get you the approval from your insurance company within two days! That's LOGICAL, simply because you are fully insured!
The Management Must:
Simplify the procedures, reduce paper work, Train your stuff, and give attention to customer satisfaction.
