We are dealing with Georgina from Tadbeer. She is very professional and active. By dealing with her at Tadbeer, we never have any hassles or issues. She knows really how to deal with the customers and she will do her best efforts possible to make the customers satisfied regarding their requirements.

اسوء مركز ممكن تتعامله معه من موظفين لعقود لعماله فاشله غير مدربه وبعد ما توقع العقد بتلاقي نفسك مجبور تكمل مع العامله لانه مافي حل عندهم ومافي عاملات بديلات وماعندهم رد غير افسخ العقد وادفع الشرط الجزائي

اتمنا من مدير المركز نفسه يتواصل معانا لان صدق في معانه في التعامل مع الموظفين المسئولين عن الشغالات من الخارج سوء معامله وعدم الاهتمام لمهامهم الوظيفيه رجاء خاص من مدير المركز انه يتواصل معانا شكرا

What a great experience with gorgena, this lady has unbelievable skills really we are happy because of her. I strongly recommend her.

The service is being extremely good and all the staff very good including sdaqat and sara and i like to come back always for all my applications in this center (PRO OF H. H SHK HAMDAN BIN ZAYED AL NAHYAN)

No enough employees to take care of the customers, waiting period is vey long for very simple process.

I have been dealing with Al Nukhba since the beginning of October and after 6 months I can say I am extremely happy with the service that I have received.
I dealt with Reem who has always been there to answer my questions and deal with my concerns. She explained payment options and staffing options.
The other ladies (cannot remember their names) have all been amazing and I’ve had calls to check about the lady I have with me.
As with every company your going to have ladies that are good, bad, amazing or just hhhmmm okay - If the lady is not a good fit for you then they will find one that is.
There was no upfront costs and everything is built into the price. The driver will come to take the lady for anything related to medical, vaccination and visa which was great when they did it around my schedule (work, children in school)
I would highly recommend this company

Very low service for maids agency there and the typing centre beside also they don't know they keepdoing wrong transactions.

I visited this center to apply for my maid's visa. From the very beginning, I found their customer service and knowledge to be extremely poor. The marketing person I dealt with was incompetent and slow in processing as well as providing the correct information. The only benefit is they offered the cheapest visa processing rates of the centers I visited. The only person who is competent, knowledgeable and helpful in this center is Fatima from HR.

I am really amazed with the service and respond that I received from Nukhba Center, Sarah responded very quickly by answering the phone immediately and assisting me on my request. Since yesterday I have contacted majority if Tadbeer centers in Abu Dhabi no body answered. I will propose everyone to deal with such professional center as they are very helpful and not expensive in their services

Ms Reem Ayman has supported us on a professional way, she is an outstanding resource whose able to deliver the level of service needed under the umbrella logo of “ Customer Happiness Formula’

تجربة سيئة ما انصحكم تروحون لهذا المكان لأنهم بطيئين جدا والمشكلة 10 كونترات بس يالسين ضرب سوالف وهذا طالع يدوخ (يدخن) والثاني يتكلم تلفون والثالث مجمع اثنين من ربعه ويسولفون ماعدى كونتر رقم 2 وكونتر رقم 10 هم الوحيدين الي يشتقلون

Very poor quality of services, maids only one nationality from Uganda first time only, prices is higher than other tadbeer.
