Did a hydrafacial with Mitch. She is very lovely, friendly and honest. Made me feel very comfortable. She also did a diligent job cleaning out my pores.

In fact. It is was my first and last time unless thungs changed. As the first impression was not as expected i went for. A service. The reception lady was so nice and helpful they took me to the room for the treatment. Thought i i should have some relaxation and privacy however i felt like am in the lobby of. Ghe building noise many peoples enter to the room than got surprised that i have to share the room with another person who working on the computer Watching mobile Very. Distarcting and annoying i had the same service in other places was much better. Than this. Am not happy and wish this will not happen with other customer. Received. An apology and appreciate how pascale responded to this.

الصراحة عملت في المركز مايكروبليدنج ومايكروشيدنج وتصحيح ألوان خلال تجربتي الطويلة مع المركز وكان الشغل كتيييير حلو و رائع، بفضل الدكتورة مديحة ، وضليت زبونة عندها ، وأنا بنصح كل الصبايا بالدكتورة مديحة في مركز مدينة الرازي، ومش راح تندموا صدقوني، أداء رائع وأمانة في العمل و تعامل أكتر من رائع، كل التوفيق للدكتورة وللمركز

من اروع المراكز اللي جربتها مش بس في ابو ظبي في كل امارات الدولة
الخدمة عندهم من الافضل و الدكاترة عندهم افضل دكاترة و خصوصا قسم الجلدية و الليزر

العياده من ناحيه الاسنان جداً جداً سيىء الدكتور شهاب شاهين سوالي حشوات كلهم غلط واضطريت اعيدهم وكان في تسوس تحتهم وسوالي زراعه والزرعه الحين مكسوره وتحتاج خلع ما انصح حد فيها

هناك ملاحظات كثيرة على هذا المركز: أول شيء هو الاستقبال الذي يعتبر واجهة المستشفى، بعض الموظفات لا يُحسن التعامل مع المرضى، وأيضا أعتقد أن التعقيم ليس بالمستوى المطلوب، أما بالنسبة للعلاج، فكانت تجربتي سيئة مع د. خنساء، فاضطررت إلى استكمال العلاج مع دكتور آخر ثم الانتقال إلى عيادة أخرى.
مع إن إدارة المركز حاولوا بطريقة لطيفة حل المشكلة، وأشكر لهم ذلك.
فانتبهوا من د. خنساء، سيئة جداً.

They should wear masks at all time especially the receptionist every time I go there i see them not wearing one only the nurses.

Good for laser but not good for botox. The doctor only gives you a small amount of botox and refuses to listen to what you want. The results from the botox lasted me 3 weeks only when they usually last me 4 months. Don't waste your money on botox there.
But the laser is good, I am happy with the results.

Bad experience from the first time trying this clinic, first they took sooo long to register my information in the system, my appointment supposed to be at 6 pm however they delayed me for more than 45 minutes as they schedule the appointments with no gap in between.
Will never waste my time there again.

للاسف المواعيد غير منظبطه المفروض كان عندى ميعاد الساعه ٨ واتصل بيا حد من المركز غيرو لى الميعاد بسبب الاجازات واكتشفت ان صاحبتى مواعيدها متغيرتش والبنت قالت لى ده لمده اسبوعين مع العلم انها عارفه مواعيد شغلى وحتى محاولتش تعرض عليا ميعاد تانى

عيادة ممتازة جداً ومناسبة للي عنده تساقط شعر والدكتوره باسكال جداً فاهمه في شغلها والتساقط للأمانة وقف بعد أول جلسة وحالياً مكمل عندهم.

I had bad experience staff not friendly at the reception, i had an appointment but they let me wait for almost 1 hour, actually i went there two times to fix my teeth, i paid 1000aed and no results unfortunately

I love this clinic. Apart from the staff being very professional, they're extremely nice. I've done my dental work with Dr. Hassan, one gem of a doctor. My sister comes here for hair removal laser and talks very highly of their machines and work as well.

اكثر مكان تعيس روحته في حياتي كان جزار مو دكتور معامله غير محترمه غير متمكن من شغله في ازمه صحيه بسببهم

They have a very bad smell in the waiting area need some perfuming system or something to cover it up.
