I had a truly terrible experience with this gardening service. Not only were they overpriced, but they did not do the job properly and the labor was unprofessional. When I contacted their customer service to express my concerns, I was met with poor customer service and no resolution to my issues.

Firstly, the price they charged for their services was way too high (400 Dhs for 4 visits: 15 Minutes watering only), especially considering the poor quality of work they provided. They did not complete the job to my satisfaction, leaving weeds and debris all over my garden.

Moreover, the labor they sent was unprofessional and seemed to lack basic knowledge about gardening. They didn't handle the tools properly and caused more damage to my plants than necessary.

When I tried to express my dissatisfaction to their customer service, I was met with dismissive responses. They refused to offer any compensation or solutions to the problems.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone looking for gardening services to avoid this company at all costs. The high prices, poor quality of work, unprofessional labor, and terrible customer service make for a truly terrible experience.

If I can give Zero Star I will. Extremely poor quality service, overpriced service for nothing. Group of unprofessional unskilled labor who come water and do nothing else. I can hire someone to do the same service for 100 dirhams a month.

Will suit garden and maintenance to expat type of services as expected in home country. For example, will help or support design ideas and plant selections similar to “how the yards are in America…”. Invoices and estimates are Provided for jobs and additional work. They have basic grass selection suitable for your garden’s needs. We had significant pest issues with destructive grubs that ate 3 lawn installs up… after an extensive search in Abu Dhabi, this team was the first to respond, first to quickly set up a
Site consultation, and the company to get our business. At the consultation we decided to do a bigger update and add more design features to suit dogs and the yard layout. When doing a major project it’s best for you to be available on site to manage any issues that will arise. This company is has good response times on WhatsApp.

Hired them as a subcontractor and get quirky work with professional services, highly recommended

I am currently using this company to build a swimming pool in Rahba, the service is terribly poor. They don't show up to finish their work. All dimensions have huge mistakes. The owner keeps giving false promises.
I would never consider using them again. And they never do any housekeeping. The labors have zero safety considerations.

ماشاء الله so the results speak themselves well worth the money, and we make solid wooden gazebo with outdoor pizza oven and my yard complete with water fountain.and now we still do monthly garden maintenance.

I use Services Landscape Design Service got my 3 D design with amazing prices, a waiting time is worth with the amount I pay, other companies ask for more, Absolutely best landscape companies in Abu Dhabi, will build this garden very soon
