Al Sagr National Insurance Company - Musaffah Branch

Worst company. Difficult to contact to the right person. They will promise a lot and give nothing. We are having comprehensive policy for our entire fleets and have had lots enough either to get recovery service or repairs. We started pay ourselves for recovery service though covered in policy. Guys be careful before you choose Al Sagr

Dont ever try to deal with this company, and if you go to visit they wont help you and try to postpone everything or throw the task to another branch that is far away from you, i have been trying to reach them for 4 days in a row and no one answers the phone. They only answered me once and the guy who answered was rude, WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. They deserve 0 stars

The staff are polite and nice they try to help you and provide good services. But honestly they didn’t finish the policy as fast as they told us it will take. And they gave us a very high price comparing to other companies.

I had sort of both type of experiences of disappointment and joy from Al Sagr insurance. Firstly they increased my Mother's health insurance by almost 4 times of the previous years amount without any notice. But than My insurance adviser Mr. Nithin from Al Sagr Mussafah branch went out of his way to properly guide me to get my company's basic insurance done. He puts a personal touch in his work. He even responded to my Whatsapp messages at 2300hrs at night. It's very difficult to find employees like him. He definitely deserves to gets promoted for his hard work.

The worst service, I will prefer go without insurance, if it remained the last and only insurance company in UAE, extremely slow, complicated system, and irritating staff

According to the company policies, they can only tell us the renewal quotation amount 21 days prior to the insurance expiry date, also according to "Al Sagr national Insurance Company", even though you have a maternity coverage you are not suppose to get pregnant.especially when the expiry date is before the delivery date.otherwise on your renewal time they will be asking you to pay the whole hospital bill as their insurance policy amount.so if you are planning to get pregnant while insured with Al Sagr, the best time to conceive is before 3 months from the date you entered the policy, otherwise your delivery date will be after the expiry date of your insurance policy.then you will be forced to pay a huge amount of money to the company or you will have to leave the country, go back home and come back after the delivery which is cheaper.

Very bad insurance company and staff also not professional, if you ask about your check or follow up just replaying that company policy is to finalise the process in 15 days. I have my case which delay almost 1 month but no one is solving the problem.
