I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ruby at Al Wahdaha Medical Center. She is an outstanding dental doctor who provided top-notch care. Dr. Ruby was attentive, and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The treatment I received was thorough and effective, and I'm very satisfied with the results. Dr. Nuzhat Shakeel worse Doctor, from telling me:

1.2-5 minutes only including the printing of certificate and medicine, without checking and touching me or any observation. Just asking what happened then bla bla bla nonsense and blaming me?

2. That she was stress of YOU PEOPLE ASKING FOR SICK LEAVE

3.she wish check up and sick certificate should be 100aed so YOU PEOPLE DONT COME AND BOTHER US.

If i can still go to other hospital for 2nd opinion I will definitely show it in your face.

I have recently Consulted Family Physician in Al Wahda in the Down Town of Abu Dhabi.
Consultation was Brilliant - What I understand so far we Need such a Gems in Health Sector Specially for our Chronic Diseases.

It is stated to inform you about the recent medical negligence that occurred with me in the hospitals.

On 3rd March 2022, I had visited Al Wahda Medical Centre, Abu Dhabi and consulted General Physician over there, as I had a swelling at the chin near to the neck. The doctor on duty instead of carrying out a detailed analysis, he simply had a glance and declared it was a swelling and prescribed me an antibiotic. And also ask me to consult again after the antibiotic consumption as if he were not sure about the swelling.

As soon as I started consuming the antibiotic, it got allergic. And when I consulted the doctor again, he asked me to stop using the medicine and prescribed another antibiotic, which in turn result in zero or no effect.
Since I loss trust and confidence in the General Physician at Al Wadha Medical Centre, I thought to visit LLH Hospital Abu Dhabi for better treatment.

On 16th March 2022, i consulted doctor, ENT department, LLH Hospital, Abu Dhabi. I explained to him the entire situation in detail. He prescribed me another antibiotic and informed if this is not getting better, we will do detailed checkup. I started continuing the medicine again. Same as above it also results in zero effect.

All these antibiotics were driving me into unbearable head pain, tiredness, hair loss and moreover it was affecting my mental health day by day.

Then I started searching myself for the reason behind the swelling in different portal, Medias and so on. Somewhere I had read, even tooth infection can also cause swelling in Chin. As a last chance, before consulting the LLH doctor for further checkup, I thought to consult with a dental doctor.

On 24th March 2022, I consulted the dental doctor Mr. Arun Babu, Medline Medical Center, Musaffah. He enquired whether the doctors suggested consulting the dentist or not. Since it’s always the first thing which has to be done for such kind of swelling. Strange truth is that none of the physicians or doctors advised me to consult the dentist. He then recommended and prescribed me another medicine and which is healing my infection now.

This is undoubtedly a case of medical negligence where the doctor had no idea which medicine is suitable because they did not analyze my infection in detail. They somehow take this as a trial and error which made me suffer even more later.

Hence, I want you to look deep into the matter and check the expertise of the physician so that such negligence is not repeated with other patients. The hospital’s reputation would be at stake due to this, and the people might face irreversible loss related to their health in longer and even in the shorter run. I hope you would make sure such negligence is not repeated in the future. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

For common people like us Doctors are like Superhero’s with Stethoscopes and if they started seeing business out of our lives rather than service, whom we can trust finally?

One of the worst reception team, I have ever come across.
Once you visit this clinic be ready to waste lot of time and also be ready to forget your self respect while dealing with the rude reception staff.
This centre seriously needs a complete overall change of the useless reception staff.
I wonder how this medical centre is still sustaining in 2022 with no respect for time and discipline.
The staff sitting at reception will waste 90 mins in completing the paper work. Height of inefficiency!
The management of this clinic needs to learn from Burjeel of how to hire efficient and well mannered staff.

No need to mention the name. One doctor is working without proper uniform. He will type alot of things in his computer. But when you recieve the sick leave. Surprise, only "fever" is written They will tell you they will send email for your sick leave. But until you finish your sick leave there is no sick leave report Just try so you will know guys

Today i visit here which the first hospital comes always to my mind when it come to their service however today is the very worse experience i had and very rude doctor! Her name was jaya! I visit the hospital because of my stomach pain which the pain doesn’t goes away! Even my insurance was expired but i still i do proceed even i pay regular price! This is the scenario after the consultation and giving me the prescription medicine i came back to her to get a sick leave! Which she not even ask me how many days! I just notice it she gave me one day! And i came back to her and say please if she can give a 2 days sick leave as a politely as i can but she refused it and had a lot of reason and told me that im wasting her time! I try to compose my self not to cause any commotion inside the room instead of having a fight with her i just walk away feel so down about my self even my stomach still in pain! Im the one who is sick not her! Im know my body! How come a doctor will told you that im wasting her time without manners saying it! Its understandable if she told me in a right way! I dont know why you keeping a doctor like her! Which is very unprofessional person! And rude! I hope i draw your attention to this kind of behavior of doctor jaya!

The receptionist who answer my call are very rude.no greetings at all and she don't have don't telephone etiquette. She dropped the call while still saying something

The staff are good but one of the doctor who see me very rude, why she need to ask if I have private work to get sick leave and there is no care for her patient that's why i came there so that i can know wht is the problem from my sore throat.i can prevent what ever medicine i can get because im working. Need to address this thing I saw the review mostly the patient complain this lady doctor, we are paying the service and our insurance thats why treat your patient as your family who got sick also.thank you.

Now, we need to keep some money for our health issue. I have worst insurance that's why I came here. Cheap billings that's why cheap service. No need to pinpoint someone just try this center so you will know

Doctors won't check your condition like Nuzhat Shakeel just busy talking on the phone does not look likes she likes her work, very disgusting.

I have visited today for this medical clinic and totally satisfied. Also Doctors, Nurses, Supporting staffs and Minor staffs are very friendly and giving good services.

Having our baby in Al wahada medical centre under the expertise of Dr Yogesh Raval and his team was one of the best experiences in the clinic.
I will always be thankful for the exemplary dedication and support provided by the staff members (un less some staff not in proper).

It was really a bad experience coming to this hospital. My frnd she just had a fever and wants to put for her trip wen she refused to do the trip they nurse showed her bad attitude and inform to doctor not to provide the sick leave. And the nurse who wer Der in the nursing room was Frm my nationalty I heard the wer talking in my language. Bad experience

I have been their customer for last 4 years
But today I had a very bad experience with the reception. Once I approach the reception they collected my Emirates ID and told me to wait.
I waited almost 45 minutes and they were attending the people came after me.
Later I approached them, then only they have attended me. When I asked them the reception lady was telling something else
I have lots other choices in Abudhabi
And I will make sure that I will not visit again and I will not recommend anyone to Alwahda Medical clinic

Very bad experience, should no star at all. If i am not mistaken with the name (Dr. Shakeer) she is not good. I wouldnt recommend this clinic.

I came here last week with my friend who was suffering from cough and cold. Good hospitality from the staffs but bad experience from the doctor which my friend consulted. Doctor was very rude and arrogant. She was not trying to listen what we want. She was forcing her to take injections. I think that doctor is new appointment in the medical centre. We came there to consult Dr. Padmanabhan or Dr. Abdullah. But they were not available in afternoon. I havent see an arrogant doctor like this in my life.

One of the worst medical clinics in UAE. Don't choose this place even if you don't have other options.
