Very bad attitude of Arabic lady staff who answered the call. First of all I had to ask by my self if this is Aldo store, phone ethics is zero. Secondly, when I asked about specific bag it happened on Aldo website it is almost twice cheaper and I got a fantastic reply: You can buy it online mama. In store we don’t have discount. This is so disrespectful and disgusting! This person should not be there!

As a working girl in her 20s, Aldo is a go-to brand for me for shoes, bags and accessories. I love their collection because it's so diverse and caters to different styles. I never had an issue with them until recently.
I was about to travel to Dubai, but decided to make a quick stop to Aldo in Abu Dhabi mall to replace my sunglasses which became really loose and uncomfortable to wear in the intense summer heat of UAE. I bought a gorgeous pair that would go well with any outfit. The Filipino lady who was the cashier that time gave me a pouch for my pair, but it didn't include a cleaning wipe. I had to ask and she gave me one. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't check it. I paid and just grabbed my items and left. When I got home, I checked the pouch and saw I was given an overly used cleaning wipe. It had a loooot of stains and was just really dirty that I can't even use it. I threw it away. I know it was just a small thing, but I felt really upset and disappointed.
Maybe this was an isolated case, but I hope this doesn't happen to me again or to anyone for that matter because I really like Aldo as a brand.

We both received an excellent service from the staff and the prices were pretty reasonable.
