On 25th April 2021 I purchased a TV in UAE Mall online shop and received the payment confirmation. The shop neither delivered the TV nor returned money despite my request to do so. I'm still trying to get my money back, but still no success yet. It is very difficult to get hold of them and every time they tell all kinds of excuses. I think it is a fraud. I've already filed a case with Consumer Protection department. Don't fall into the same trap and don't buy from them.
