Dedicated doctors and nurses for our pets. Our cat had dental surgery and everything went great, from the actual procedure to the follow up and doctors' updates. A few days later we returned to the clinic for an unrelated medical emergency during the night and they once again behaved professionally and acted very quickly. We highly recommend the clinic!

I wish I could give AVC more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond for our pets relocation. There was unanticipated complications with paperwork from the exporter, they worked tirelessly to ensure that they helped us, but that our pet was safe and comfortable also. This was both business hours and after hours. It was a level of service, dedication, and compassion that exceeded expectations. I can not say enough good things about our experience working with AVC relocation.

My cat was emergency case the doctor asking for so many tests useful test for zero results usually next check up it’s free in all the word they wants me to pay for that no feeling this animal they suffer they can’t expressing feelings god save my Luna alhamdolilah I would like just to clearing something there is rules and you had to be honest and to follow it handred time very poooooooooor for this comercial clinic

Actually it's a question not review, my cat is itching all the time, she doesn't have parasites or fleas, she is 7 months old, she is spending her day itching and scratching her body especially her neck and legs, don't know what to do I gave her antihistamines and gave her anti allergy treatment, she is eating the dry food she used to eat since she was kitten because she loves it. I took her to the doctor he said she is healthy and she has no issue but she can't enjoy her life only itching

The best veterinary clinic I have dealt with so far. All staffs are very professional from front desk to doctors and nurses. Kudos to the management as well for making sure everyone in the clinic are acting based on company standards! Keep up the good work!

Service from booking to end was smooth and amazing!

We visited another clinic before which was not as accommodating and my cat had a trauma/anxiety after.

Thankful we came to American Veterinary Clinic! Staff are just hospitable, from receptionist to the doctor to the assistant, everyone was knowledgeable and knew how to handle even a cat that is anxious.:)

I had questions about bringing my two dogs to Abu Dhabi and the whole staff was very helpful. Abhi, in particular, was awesome.he answered all of my questions patiently and provided me with all the information I needed. He also has made himself available throughout by email or phone. AVC is helping us with all of the paperwork at a very reasonable cost.

We have been with AVC for all our pets since early 2002 - our current brood of 2 cats and 2 dogs,
and our previous dogs who lived for 16 years each.

High quality service. You can depend on Dr Pranesh (and Dr Reid before him) to have the latest medical info on hand, keeping abreast of
the latest developments in vet medical research, and you KNOW that you are getting expert advice.

They do not prescribe tests and procedures that are not necessary - we have personally experienced this time and again in the last 20 years.

Our pets have always been treated as their own! And treated with so much affection - not only by the vets, but also by the technicians
and receptionists, and even we, the humans, are treated as family:)

Dr P is a star, recommended by a friend who swears by him for her 3 dogs and he's been great for my 3 cats

Highly DO NOT recommend this clinic. Lack of adherence to understanding. If it doesn't make them a lot of money they are not interested. You will loose out on your pet and you will then be threatened for their fault. I highly recommend to look elsewhere if you care for who you are taking in. Learn from others mistakes. PS: There is nothing American about it

Transparency, care, Service, reasonable price tag among competition.all you need in hospitality sector.

This have been the place for my pets over the last 23yrs! They are the best of putting the pet need over anything else, showing love, care and logic! I recommend them as the best in the city, pricing is at normal level in the upper market, definitely the only place for my pets! Thank you team!

The staff is great; friendly, attentive, caring and knowledgeable, but the prices are high. However, that seems to be fairly common throughout the UAE when it comes to pets. The grooming services offered here are the best I've found in all of Abu Dhabi. Overall they do a great job here, and if easily recommend the place for pet care.

Excellent vets and staff. High level of quality care. We said goodbye to our beloved pet cat this morning. The staff and vet were so good.

I went in with a very poorly cat and they couldn't have been better. They kept me updated and informed. Reassuring that my cats treatment wasn't rushed and he had the best care. Thank you to all the staff.

I’ve brought my cat here for regular checkups and other issues for 7 years now. They have really nice doctors and staff. Dr. Pranesh and Dr. Reid have been very helpful. They also provide pet transportation/ travel assistance and services.

I didn't not deal with the doctors, but I called to ask questions as I have strays kitties that need care. Receptionist were very helpful, she answered all my questions and the good thing she told me that the vet has a discount for consultations and neutraing/ Spaying stray kitties. Although they did not have an available appointment she referred me to another veternity clinic which Showed her care about animals.

Thank you so much for your compassion recently when we had to say goodbye to our community cat. You and the team were amazing.
