I wish I can select zero stars. The most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen. Extremely disappointment and furious with the service I received today. I don't know how this facility is allowed to operate in this chaos. I will be sure to notify health authorities.

ومش من المعقول وكل موظف الو قرار لحالو بالاستقبال انا بتعالج عند الدكتور عمر ودائما براجع بعد اسبوع هون حسب مزاج الموظف الموجود على الاستقبال أما بتراجع مجاني اما بتدفع كشفية جديدة ومع العلم انا كنت عند الدكتور يوم الاحد ويوم الجمعة المساء مغلق المركز ويوم السبت مغلق بشكل كامل وعندي مراجعة اليوم بتحكي الموظفة انو كشفية جديدة يعني 5 ايام عمل من المعقول ادفع كشفية مرتين خلال 6 ايام وهلا بحكولك هاد قرار ضمان مش من عنا كيف المرة الماضية مادفعت والمرة هاي بتدفع حسب مزاج الي موجود على الاستقبال وكمان المركز مغلق الجمعة مساء والسبت كامل

I had appointment. Dr not came. I waited 40 minutes. He didn’t come. And didn’t answer his phone. I left to other medical center

I highly recommend the blonde girl which called Mays, she is vey nice and she know how to deal with patients and make them calm

بدي اشارك رايي بخصوص الدكتورة لبنى اخصائية اطفال انا كانت بنتي تعبانه لمدة شهرين كنت اتابع لها مع مركزين لا داعي لذكر اسم المركز لكن دون نتيجة او عدم كفاية خبرة وسبحان الله في صدفة جمعتني بالدكتورة لبنى وشاكرة لها جهدها ومتابعتها لحالة لبنتي واطمئنانها عليها
شكرا لك من خالص القلب وشكرا لطاقم سحب الدم نظرا لعمر بنتي وشكرا لطاقم غرفة العلاج

Very bad experience they gave appointment at 9: 30 then found my self waiting one hour no doctor nobody to tell that so really bad service even one star is too much for them

I would like to thank the receptionist specially mr hani kastali from the lab section hes very helpful and he and ms mais the receptionist supervaisor she very helpful

Its a good medical center provides excellent medical care, has knowledgeable and compassionate staff especially madam Marla and madam Mays, the center is equipped with modern technology, and maintains a clean and organized enviroment.

The staff are very accommodating. Tha filipino staff and other staff os very hospitable when it comes to there patient. Thank you for helping us.

‏السموحة ولكن هذا المركز ليس جدير بال مراجعة لأن الحين أنا نلغي الجلسة لا يرجعون المبلغ المتبقي وأنا ليس أسبوعين أحاول مراجعة المركز التخصص بهذا الشيء ولا أحصل على رد ما هذه المعاملة السيئة

Great doctors, great Nurses and great service. All the staff are very helpful and assisting specially Esraa from the reception group. I really appreciate Her a lot. Although, shes on break, she assisted me with passion and a big smile.

It made my day, and its 1 of more reason why I wanted to always have a check up in this medical center.

I highly don't recommend you this Center. They failed to send me the PCR results after more than 48 hours. This delay is not acceptable. One of the reason is that if you need a quick result you need to pay more, Shame

We did the walk in option in to do the covid 19 test and it was pretty fast. Went early at about 8am. The process was smooth. Got our results in the mail in about 6 to 7 hours.

Don’t use them for the 24h PCR because they will send the report after 40 hours or more. So if you can wait for 2 days then go ahead. If you expect the results for traveling purpose and crossing the border back to Abu Dhabi you will be in deep trouble. Reason is they outsource to a another lab as they don’t have their own. Don’t risk it and go somewhere where they have their own lab. Price is the same but fast delivery.
The worst part as well is that you will see no empathy from the management. Nothing. They will tell you they can’t do anything about it. Such an awful experience and will NEVER use them in future.

Great service! I love this Center. Everyone is so professional and I come here specifically for the laser technician April. Highly recommended

Unfortunately their staff very rude, unprofessional while the Dr and the therapist were amazing,
As a well known center i expect a well trained staff but unfortunately they're not,
even they dont know how to deal with the clients and how to respects them

I tried many times to get in touch with the management, and no one get back to me,

I don't recommend you to deal with them for the PCR. The results are given after 48 h.if you need them before you will be asked to pay more. Not acceptable.

Worst people to deal with.if you are planning to APPLY for jobs, don't you dare. HR Don't deal with the employees in a nice way she thinks she owns you. BETTER to apply to another company than here. SALARY is always late they are always telling that there is no money.

PCR test results are delivered after 72 H. We contacted the center and the lab but no positive feedback or explanation or answer. I DON'T RECOMMMEND THIS CENTER

They have issues with PCR delivery and don’t respect the timeline given.
Its 48 hours for a PCR of 50 which they claim is taking 24 h. Other centres are faster. Don’t use them.
All positive reviews are done by their own staff!

I used to go there before and it was average compared to other places but it now has gone worst. Don't go there for pcr testing because the delay is big and you will not receive the result only after 2 days.

Had a pleasant experience with the rapid PCR home sample collection, I highly recommend AMC and a special thanks to Engy Abdallah for her efforts.

Worst service ever! They took my money for the pcr test and kicked me out without doing it for no reason! Enjy is the worst staff I’ve ever met in any clinic very unprofessional

I am very disappointed from their staff especially Enjy she’s very rude to the patients and she refuses to help in any means, I asked her to contact the insurance to get an approval on getting the student pcr for free, and after she refused to help and I ended up paying, she went after me to the room where I was supposed to get my pcr done and she asked the nurse not to do it for me and she kicked me and my family outside the clinic without giving us our money back and she threatened us in front of all the patients!
I’m shocked and very disappointed from her unprofessional and rude attitude!

This medical center is very good as it has a great doctors &staff specialy in the pcr department with ms, Engy &her team as i received my result in a very short time and she was a really helpful person so I want to Thank you so much &guys I highly recommend this medical center for anyone.

I have signed up for a 6 session for hair laser removal and i have 1 session left now.so far i have really enjoyed the sessions and the ladies are just lovely! I defo recommend this place

It was amazing experience in Amrita Medical Center. Friendly stuffs, clean and neat atmosphere. They are using very good and upgrading equipment. Highly recommended!

Very friendly company with collaborative people.i’ve tried laser sessions, very neat, clean, well organised under Dr Manal supervision, over all i give very high grade from call center to all management departments.

Amrita medical Center physiotherapist is one of the best in Abu Dhabi. They helped me a lot to relief the sever pain in my shoulder and my nick.

The worst ever service for PCR test, the result is never updated in Al Hosn APP and since they are using al Burj labs for their tests you will be lost between both entities each blaming the other for the delay! When calling them the staff just picks up the phone without answering! Will never consider them in the future

After 2 visits to the dentist, the issue issue is not yet resolved, now I need to visit another dentist out of this center.

Don't go for work in this place, they will not give you your salary, the most horrible place in abu dhabi.

The Physios are great. Very knowledgeable and take great care in reviewing and treating my condition for Back Pain. I can highly recommend them!

The Receptionist at Physiotherapy is so lazy, I called half an hour continuously with no answer, when I reached there found the receptionist smoking outside their villa. They never call back if I miss an appointment. But very good therapist

Bad experience right at the reception, entered the hospital through the mainroad reception nobody was there, went to the reception where the GP was and the receptionist gave a cold stare. The I told her about the screening test that I needed she was clueless, I requested to see the doctor, she took my cards and then showed me a file to sign on the consent form for treatment and diagnosis, which I did not want to sign, then she asked why can't you sign when there are hundreds who sign everyday? There might be hundreds or thousands who would sign but I will not, she didn't like it and gave a huge sigh. I took my cards and said thanks and apologised for her time wasted. Not again.

The orthopedic doctor was unrespectful, he judges people (including me) for the way they look. The receptionists are clueless, because of them, my physiotherapy sessions were rejected, just because they did not go through the approval process correctly. The physiotherapist was average she also had no clue on policies concerning daman approval.

Very pathetic service, i was calling 11times to book oppointment no one answer.no one call back.i called between 5.30pm to 6: 30pm
