The hotel is really nice, the rooms are big and cosy, the terrace bar is perfect and the pool has some awesome views, staff are great and always happy to help or provide some information. The hotel wifi could be upgraded, sometimes the connection was really slow (maybe it was just in our room or part of the floor). Other than that everything was great!
Arun was immediately in the room to restore the German channel and repaired it. Super Service. The hotel is extremely stylish and chic. The rooms are very large and we had a great view on the 32nd floor. There are very attentive employees in the restaurant. Perfect hotel experience.
Very bad hotel, they disrespect me and my baby girl who is only 4 months! They refuse to help to bring my food and ask me to bring it while I’m with my baby girl in the room. I tried many times to speak with them but they refuse and making me bring the food, after I wake up my baby and have to take her with me down stairs (she is only 4 months) I also tried to spoke to the manager his name is Abdulla and try to explain to him my situation but he also refuse they didn’t respect me and they didn’t respect my baby girl. I understand that they have policy but also they have to know that we have personal issues sometimes.after that they say cancel your order (which the food is for my baby) they are the WORSTE! And this is my last time staying here in the hotel.they didn’t show any kind of help and absolutely seems they don’t care about human rights or to be more specific baby’s rights. I’m leaving this hotel with big disappointment and hurt broken to see this kind of treatment.to the Andaz Capital gate hotel SHAM ON YOU!
The hotel is modern and chic. The rooms were nice, clean and the mattress made for a great night's sleep. The hotel is quite at night, and the outside noise is hardly audible. The view from our room was fabulous and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Special thank you to Sami and Abduljalil for the incredible service. Definitely I will be back and I highly recommend Andaz to anyone who is looking for a clean and quiet hotel in Abu Dhabi!
I try to call the number no one answer for three hours! Then i found number 800–. they ask many questions one of the question “why you want to stay in our hotel” I thought it is a police station not a hotel.and then they put me on hold for 19 minutes

OMG! This place is just.wow! Customer service was on point. Dont get me started on the room, the bed was so comfy.the option of both shower and bath tub was amazing! We didn't get to go out much but for the inside of the room, it was awesome!

During the COVID pandemic, we stayed at the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi requires all citizens & visitors to have proof of COVID vaccine & for visitors, your Unified number (visa number) & negative Covid test, which must be taken upon arrival. Abu Dhabi confirms a person’s status through the ALHOSN app. We arrived in Dubai and were not given our Unified number & feared our trip to visit our son, who attends university here, was ruined. And without our Unified number, it would be impossible to register for the ALHOSN app.
Why do I tell you this? Well, beyond giving you a heads up regarding Abu Dhabi travel, I tell you this because without SAGAR, who works the night shift at the Andaz Capital Gate, our trip really would have been ruined. We arrived past midnight and Sagar spent the next several hours checking websites and making phone calls on our behalf & tracking down our Unified Number. It could have been a further catastrophe. The ALHOSN app also requires a local UAE number to send a verification code to set up the app. Sagar stepped in again & provided us with a local number. He followed through and made sure we were set up. I know he helped other visitors do the same. This act of kindness goes well beyond regular customer service. Sagar single handedly has made the Andaz Capital Gate the best place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Thank you, Sagar!
Beyond Sagar’s very generous act of kindness, we commend Patrick in the restaurant for his top notch service and welcoming spirit. He made sure I had almond milk and some delightful gluten free options. He also gave us great Abu Dhabi recommendations.
By the way, the hotel is also beautiful and very cool. We highly recommend it.
After a dissapointment in Dubai with another Hotel, we checked in in Andaz for a couple of days. We didn't book a suite or something, just a normal room.
We were very pleased with the cleanness of the room, the ameneties, facility, shower, etc. Everything is very high standard. Especially the staff and the food quality during breakfast in the Cyan restaurant lived up to their 5 stars. They made the stay very special and every evening we were looking forward for the brakfast in the morning.
If I'd have to nitpick, I'd feedback the following minor issues: - Lightbulb in the room broken - No towels in the gym, had to get pool towels all the time - The guy responsible for Gym and Pool didn't take care much. He didn't refill shampoo in the showers for all the 4 days we were staying - Someone smoked a cigar in the pool and threw away the packaging in the pool's drainage. Wasn't cleaned for a day until I made the pool guy aware of it - Guests blowing their noses in the water. Pool guy didn't do anything. But it's not fault of the hotel - Some strains on the carpet (wine, they can't remove it) and black mildew in the shower (hard to remove, I give them that)
Apart from that: - Receptionists VERY, VERY welcoming. They could easily be working for The Plaza, NY - The view during breakfast + from the rooms is phenomenal - The simple rooms are better than 4 star grand suites in Dubai - Housekeeping is very thoroughly - Hotel is a bit far away from Corniche, but it's VERY quiet - Guests cleaning the machines in the Gym after themselves - Great SPA on the same level as the gym
It was a very nice experience. The service was great. The room was so relaxing and comfortable. I love it. And the breakfast, it's perfect. I enjoyed a lot and will surely come back again.

Very bad hotel and they are making fake promotions with taj application Complicated hotel, parking, access and room access I dont advice anyone to visit it unless they want to waste their time with not important stuff Promised to upgrade and when I checked in they were asking for extra fees lol very cheap hotel
Booked this the morning of on Hotels Tonight. It was a great choice. The service was impeccable, no disappointments. Staff was friendly, answered any questions asked, And we're very accommodating. They gave us a quick tour of the beautifully decorated restaurant, Cyan. Marko, one of the managers, even took the time to tell us about the surrounding area. We also, had the opportunity to upgrade the room at check-in. My only complaint: there are no microwaves in guest rooms. They did not accommodate otherwise because of Covid rules. Anyway, we asked for foil.to warm our food. Thank God for improvising!
This is a special, dare I say magical, place. From the first moment we have loved this hotel and stayed many times. Especially if you appreciate innovative architecture and artistic touches, the whole place is a work of art.
The staff is wonderful under the leadership of Mr. Bahl, and we have especially appreciated the kindness of Dionne at reception, and Ranjan and Mohammed at the Cyan restaurant. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere to match.
Amazing place to stay and to have dinner or lunch dates, we went for dinner date at cyan restaurant where mr.ravi served us amazing dinner, also he explained every dish we had, would love to have him again and would love to go this place again️

Very contemporary hotel. The reception hosts an art gallery, a coffee shop and a seating area. Had the pleasure to eat at the restaurant on 18th floor. Tried the salmon in the set manu. It was great!

As a place it is so nice yet we were not treated well by some of the stuff! We didn’t feel home at all! A stuff came & called the security for us just because we were sitting out in front of our room! As they claim it is not allowed & if we want to talk we should go to the lobby! This never ever happened in any other hotel!
Wow is the word. Located in architecture marvel at Abu Dhabi. Hotel starts from 18 floor onwards Excellent support staff. Rooms are luxurious. Adequately furnished with all amenities. Small heaven on earth.
An astonishing hotel with outstanding services and very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location within easy reach to most famous attractions in the lovely city Abu Dhabi.
The hotel's rooms are large in size with nice furniture and beautiful decoration. The bathroom is very large and equipped with a brand toiletries. The bed's matress is very unique and very comfortable for good sleep.
Rooms towards the Mangrove area have spectacular views. Buffet breakfast is also excellent with many selections and fresh juices. I like the lounge in the 18th floor that serves complementary cookies, coffee and juice.

The person who takes call at night should be trained and know how to deal with people. I will never come back again. This hotel is good but the attitude of this person is bad. I think he is from india.
The architecture is stunning and the interior design is uniquely interesting. RECEPTION is on the 18th floor. Free coffee all day with dates, nuts and butter cookies. The STAFF was kind, considerate and accommodating. ROOMS and view are lovely, well designed, but could tell the desk wasn't cleaned beforehand. Complementary breakfast buffet is nice with fresh juice, breads, custom egg/omelet and alike, but wouldn't consider it 5 stars. Recommend staying here if attending a convention. OVERALL: 4 Star experience. Would stay here again. Would recommend.
Valet car park at ground floor and the reception area is at 18/F. Need to change to another lift to access the room. The interior is modern and clean. Beds are comfy and breakfast are okay. Time for getting the room ans car was short
Stay here. This place rules. Fabulous breakfast buffet, good rooftop drinks, incredibly nice staff and supercool rooms and vibe. If I’m ever back I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with super comfy beds and feather pillows. The restaurant is really good with great service and a friendly smile, plus I appreciated the welcome tray of delicacies that was waiting in the room and personalised welcome letter. Contemporary look and feel to the hotel that works well given the iconic nature of the building's structure. Overall, a great experience.
