I'm a regular costumer here
The service quality and variety has always been amazing
Today I was shocked and disappointed
I got a bouquet and got a single flower seperately
I was asked to pay for the flower card
The Anthea store card, not a greeting card!
I do understand how things work for a minimal payment to happen (to a certain extent) but given my purchase, I don't think it's reasonable at all to ask for 3 dirhams for a store card! This should always be free!
I'm very disappointed, you just lost a costumer.

Very poor experience, do not recommand at all. Tried ordering via their website. Filled everything accordingly, but they still managed to send to the guest an email with ALL the details (Price + postcard content,). Totally unacceptable! When I told them about this, they immediately tried to tell me that I mixed up the "sender" and "guest" information. I have proof that this is incorrect. I asked for a refund which they have accepted. I will update my comment once I receive the refund. I do not recommand using their website at all.
