A terrible experience with Aramex due to receiving shipments with damaged items, missing items, wrong delivering address, delay, and above all of that, poor customer service when issue is there.
I came to them to ship a very important medical device to KSA and they shipped it to California instead. I need that item and have been trying to get them to ship it correctly for the past 7 months but they have ignored me despite repeated attempts at communication. This Branch is irresponsible and dangerous to trust with valuable shipments. For your own safety and peace of mind go with DHL or Fedex.
Shop and ship customer since 2008 and I think I will finally give up using shop and ship after 14 years because of their incompetent customer service who love to close the cases with no help whatsoever. There are 2 packages and they keep closing the case telling me to wait for 3 working days, then close them again because it was invalid and I waited 7 days to report the missing the packages. Then one of their incompetent representative told me I should ask the seller if my shipment is allowed to travel to UAE? I don't know who they are hiring, but they need new people who understand how shop and ship actually works. - I need to edit this as they told me to send an email to them and explain and thier reply to my email was “ kindly note that we will take your feedback into consideration and we will do our best to serve you better in future” … that’s it I guess
Aramex is giving me the run around in trying to deliver a card. They keep saying attempted to deliver but noone comes to the delivery address or even calls. On 19 may tey clain they attempted delivery but noone even came to the premise. It is impossible to get to the call centre and any missed call does not connect to the agent, company or courier. It is impossible to get them yo deliver. Useless arranging on the system becuase they do not deliver as promised.
I tried to call Aramex help line; the customer service REPRESENTATIVE who accepted my call was just asking do you hear me do you hear me; after some respectable words in his respect he responded; if Aramex cannot handle the customer better close operations
Regarding delivery guy i received call from a number continuously busy and with remarks on my delivery status tried to call customer; when delivery window is till 19: 00 why they cant deliver at 18: 00 or around why?

CAN I SPEAK TO HUMAN? It’s really annoying! I supposed to receive my package a week ago and till now it’s not delivered! And I received the notification even in the tracking system it’s written the delivery is 4 days ago and now updated! Till now it’s not reached and I can’t talk to anyone to solve this problem!
The worst logistics provider in the country! Emirates Post is more professional and far more effective and customer-freindly than this global operator. I am still waiting after four days torecive a document sent from Abu Dhabi to Abu Dhabi. No one to talk to and no response. Absolute inefficiency and lack of professionalism!
Aramax UAE drivers are not responding to the calls if we miss their call and thats not fair Customers will not always will be with phone in hand sometimes they misses the calls too and aramax had a fine delivery schedule option before that we can choose time option between every hour and now changed to 2 option either 9 to 2 or 2 to 7 and aramx should understand customers will not sit all these hours if it was like before we just have to schedule and that will be only 2 hours to wait to get things delivered to us, atleast by this change they should have asked the drivers to call us to inform early not on the time when they arrived on location. I hope aramax businees development team or delivery incharge have eniugh sense to understand this and this new change is very dissapointing
Delaying delivery on purpose and they are tricking us to collect from their office.
I was supposed to receivive a courier for my bank document, got the msg on 04.12.22 saying will receive it shortly, then after 2 days received a call from call center saying they can schedule it on 12.12.21. I can't believe why such delay of more than a week for a delivery that too within UAE.
Soooo useless company in uae when ever you call them they will never pick the robert will keep saying press 1 or 2 and track your shipment so on if u try to whats app its also useless wasnt expecting this kind of behavior from such big company The worst logistics service. The customer support is ABSOLUTELY useless. I sent the email complain.received the response they were like we are sorry and we will contact you within 24/48 hours.my cheque book is stuck in between since 26-9-2021 i tried to reschedule but no use even tho its late just pls guide your costumer or say them it will be delay i will share my shipment details
Absolutely horrible. No way to contact them. I missed a call from the driver once (at 8 am, when my delivery was meant to be in the afternoon) and tried calling the driver over 129 times and he hasn’t answered once. I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Absolutely unacceptable!
3 days.is need delivery item from Abu Dhabi to dubai.may be because distance is like to planet moon.need air plane to delivery the item.is so so poor service.first time and ever never use Aramex again.no following up no information.no phone or inform to confirm to sender or to receiving person.is the way. Aramex do it? Is so poor.
Worst carrier ever. You can’t speak to a human being only the automated. For delivery they call you from a land line and when you call after few seconds only you keep getting call failed and they reschedule for the next day.
FOUR DAYS for getting an envelope of documents from Abu Dhabi to Dubai! I sent it on Tuesday and they said it will arrive the next day, Thursday late afternoon they said it will arrive either before 9PM or next day the early morning! And it arrived Saturday AM. It was suppised to reach a friend traveling on Friday but he traveled without it. What a disappointment! Worst experience EVER!

Despite being shipment was booked under priority express services looks like material is moving in snails pace and top of all estimated time of delivery is still not given even after 4 days of handing shipment to your facility.
Wondering if this is the service of express shipment with priority means what would be the fate of normal shipments.

Most lousy service. They have only one LAN number (probably a call centre. You need to press 1 for English.i did so.then a lady voiced auto-answer starts talking in Arabic continuously with the client not having any clue.n hangs the phone. The package is extremely sensitive. I dont want Aramex to go and deliver in any wrong address of my previous employers. I havent got a single call back. Horrible service i Must say.
More than a month ago, Aramex delivered an item to me that I did not request, but I thought it was a promotional item because of its low value and compatibility with a device I own. Then, a couple of days ago a call center agent calls and asks me to return it, explaining that it was delivered to me by mistake (Aramex did check my ID and collect shipping charges on delivery). I agreed of course, explaining to the agent that the item was no longer in its box. The conversation then turned surreal: the agent told be that I will have to pay for the item, despite acknowledging that the delivery was Aramex's fault. Naturally, I objected and agreed only to return the item in its current (excellent) condition. The agent insisted and informed me that they would deactivate my account if I do not comply. I then informed the agent that I will not pay the amount, no matter how small, as a matter of principle and that Aramex should own to their mistakes instead of trying to reflect them on their customers. My next action, which I fully intend to be the last in relation with this company, was to ask Aramex to send someone to collect the wrongly delivered item, which I certainly do not wish to keep. I am astounded at the lack of customer appreciation and low level of service provided by Aramex in this instance.
We can’t contact anyone if urgent.all the provided numbers leads to electronic respond which is most of the time not helpful for the request or inquiry we need.so please I can share here with mt request.please ask your delivery team to change their tome when talking to customers.they should be polite.it is dhocking how they shout
Extremely Bad services and customer caring.there is no concerned person for any department to clear our doubts.ran behind them for 3 days continuously with many calls.still no one cares. NO REFERENCE NUMBERS FOR OUR CALL REQUESTS.some of the customer care representatives doesn't understand english. Gave them my contact number and email id to different persons in 3 consequent days to sort out.fed up now.
1) my delivery was extremely late. It was supposed to be delivered between 9-11. It is now almost 4: 30 when the delivery came.
2) the delivery guy called and told me that I need to leave my house and come to him because he cannot come. I told him that I cannot come outside. He went back and forth with me on the phone. He told me that his card reader will not read my Emirates ID. Then he came to the door because I made him come! When he called, he said, “open your door” I told him that he need to ring the door bell.
He was very rude at the door. I told him that I will make a complaint. He said no problem.
People like him who have such an attitude and are very persistent does not need to work for a reputable company
If you want to send a parcel be careful cuz they round up number to highest for example you want to send 10 kilos qnd you hqve 10.02 it will be 11 kilos.
Very bad recent experience! More than 10 days waiting for a local shipment, and everyday Aramex team confirm that it’ll be delivered the day after. Until this moment, nothing was received!
Very bad experience.from Abu dhabi to Dubai its taking one week for the shipment.from last third days i have been calling the customer care and each time they tell different date.last they told me 25th august 9pm to 1pm.now the time is 2: 45pm, when i called them they are telling its still in the warehouse.i extended my stay in hotel for extra 3days just to recieve the shipment. Today i need to check out.but waiting for the package.its really funny.never ever in my life i have seen such a horrible service.i hope you guys will atleast check the review and do some thing.coz no one is responding and giving an accurate answer.never i will. Suggest you guys to anyone. Thank you Aramex
The waiting time to talk to them is over 30 minutes, they don't call back if the line disconnects. They haven't delivered my shipments in over 60 days now.
Customer service/support does not exist. I'm waiting for the past 10 days for my shipment to appear in the shop and ship app. No replies from my emails and you need easly an hour for anyone to attend the phone, which yeilds nothing
Bad service, very slow, they told you one week but its well not reach after 1 Month, if you want to send Argent staff don't choose Aramex becouse they well tell you we didn't know ware is your chippment.
I have paid for the shipment on the aramex app then the aramex agent (delivery man) took the money also cash on delivery So i have paid twice for the same shipment and now from two days I’m trying to reach the aramex call center and no one responded
Difficult to believe such a worst courier service exists in great country like UAE. This Courier service worst of worst. My shipment 45905617295 has not been delivered yet since many days.
Extremely bad customer service and shipment handling. I've noticed that Aramex is not like before, their way of handling shipments are getting worse and worse. Last bad experience was this month. They lost my shipment despite of the tens of calls my husband and myself did to inquire about the shipment, each time the answer was "we don't know" or "it is on the way". One month and 10 days to deliver a shipment within the country? ! And Aramex is just as near as you can expect from my place. When we call they leave us more than 45 minutes waiting and we end up without any one answering our calls. It keeps repeating same message "we are busy, we are trying our best.etc". All the credit goes only to one lady calls "Noor" as she was the only one who found the shipment and made sure to keep us updated till we finally received it. Not to mention also the way how their delivery representatives speak on the phone and when they are at the house doorstep, very inappropriate and unprofessional. When I come to know a company is delivering via Aramex I start to get upset knowing how bad things will go till I receive my shipment!
Ive had a pickup scheduled for over a week and they keep cancelling the pickup and rescheduling without even contacting me, worst service ever.very poor quality i avoid aramex at all cost
A bit far from downtown, 20 dirham taxi to get there is not little, still the branch is clear and clean, not crowded and the staff are very nice people, a 3 minute process to receive my package.
It's a convenient place to collect your items in case if your not sure about your availability at your workplace or home. They're using technology to the maximum possible level to minimize wait time for the customers. If you're going to collect your items, you can enter your mobile number on the token machine, and by the time your token is called by an agent, you will see your item ready to be collected on his desk.
POOR SERVICE! No one is updating regarding your parcel.you will schedule it in the morning but it will not come.and if there is some mistake with address which you tell them in detailed they will not accept it as their mistake.you have to accept that your parcel will be delivered late. ALWAYS LATE! POOR SERVICE!
Aramex should call thier customers and schedule the delivery. I checked online for my shipment and I was surprised when they mentioned that they tried to deliver my shipment but the client is not available. I didn't recieve a single call or email regarding delivery time. Then I called the customer service and requested to collect the shipment myself from thier center and they said that I can collect it the next day after 11am. I went the next day on 2 pm th the center but my shipment wasn't there and they said I need to come after 3pm. What a waste of time!
