i had a very unprofessional inshop experience (twice not once). I wrote a comment on instagram but the comment was deleted and no action was taken no apology, not even a DM

I had great experience since many years but recently, I don’t recommend it anymore. The workers are not providing information correctly, the forever flowers are old stock, most of the workers are not friendly. They have timing issues, so when they are busy in work they don’t care if an old customer comes they just say we cant do it or not this week, if i have a birthday gift should i tell the person wait till the flowers shop will be free? This is really inappropriate. This is the last time i’ll ever come to this shop although it was my fav since more than 3 years

Never fails to impress me. No words can describe how amazing the service and flowers are. Bravo
