Aster Clinic - Primary Care, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

My first and last visit. Staffs are good especially Dr Rajesh, nurses and receptionist.
Waiting for some basic lab results for 2 days,Usually it takes maximum 2 hours for the results. Card payment was not working. Hope you will improve your service.

I want to know how much is the trust I mean is it expensive I want to do a pregnancy test and know if my pregnancy is okay how much do I need to pay

Many times I did visited this Aster, only one time one staff's behavior was unpleasant

One thing I like and appreciate about the Aster they have fine and Quick service no need to wait.

I met Dr. Rajesh.he is consulted me & he collected my detailed medical history.explained about my condition clearly.
Nursing staffs also very nice & kind.

Visited here after feeling sick and weak, the climb to reach the entrance is itself a pain… so many stairs and no lift.

The patient registration process is very slow and snail like compared to other Asters.

Cleanliness of this place is also very poor and most of the furniture feels olds or worn out (maybe that is why the facility looks poor housekeeping)

Staff here is rude. I would say so is because they would just tell people to go and sit and directly start procedures, without explaining what it is being done for. When I asked what the procedure is for, I heard a mumble and then again no answer.

Coming to the Doctor. She was patient enough to listen, but my only grievance would be that if only the doctor would explain what is the reason or cause as per her findings or analysis, a person would be at ease. The doctor just gave prescription and said ill give medicine (ivy drips) so that pain will go.

My trust is always in Aster, and I hope this would help you better the facilities, as mostly the people who visit here are low income people, and a little bit extra care and extra explanation would make them also at ease and comfort them.

I had to ask the staff there to change the paper towel on the bed, as this looked used (it was used) and again this male nurse had a mumble and groan.

ECG was done on me and the staff who did it did not care to even explain what was the outcome or what so ever and just gave it to to doc who again did not explain anything to me.

While I was on IV drips, the housekeeping staff came to clean the room and the way he swung the flat mop, I was just praying not to be hit by him, which he eventually succeeded in doing so by hitting the stick on both my hand as well as my IV bottle with no remorse from the housekeeping staff or the clinic nurse.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on ASTER CLINIC and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. They providing excellent treatments and has shown true commitment to solve my health issues.

Very Good clinic, Good Staff, Iam taking treatment with Dr. Rajesh since one year iam very happy with the treatment. I sujest to my friends and colleagues to visit the clinic and take treatment with Dr. Rajesh. P

Receptionist also very helpful& polite.

It is nice to see the receptionist serving you as he has known you for a long time. I noticed that he provides the same services to all patients. I knew his name from the nurses and they used to call him Sohail, he has a nice behavior.thank you sohail for excellent service thank you to the management for putting the right person in the right place.

The lady doctor is not try to understand the problems. So please do not show headwait in front of any patients.

I got a good experience with aster primary care mussafah recently I visited the Centre, I was having high fever and stomach pain, the clinic was very busy, but I got a special attention from the Cse, nursing and Dr side, I was given a good care and treatment and I am happy with the clinic service.

Today I visited Aster clinic. Its provide good services include doctor consultation (Doctor Rajesh), management and from Nurses team they are very co operative and helpful.
