Very good service from the receptionist- kavita for fast and kind service and dr. Mahendra Kumar from Aster TCL clinic.

As requested by the Dr. I had to take a blood test and I had to wait for the lab assist to arrive for 20 mints that’s also after serval request made to the reception. Upon asking a nurse she asking to go and inform the receptionist. This is not the first time. Please change and get good quality working staff. All the quality services given by the Doctors goes in vain.

Very bad experience and more than 1 hour of waiting time - new patients coming and seeing the doctor before us and when I asked they replied you are next and all of a sudden another new patient goes in while the receptionist is just looking! There is no professionalism in this clinic and everyone seems careless!

I went here for a check up with pay but the outcome was very bad. I am suffering from constipation but no one initiates to put pain reliever
to relieve the pain and the blood test result came out after the day of my check up until now no one called me to tell the next thing to do.

The Services that I receive from Dr. Vinu George are excellent.
He saw me, observing my situation and suggested a blood test and the next day called me to an immediate meeting with him, he explained clearly that my platelet counts are very low and I must be admitted in hospital, he also asked me about my travel history and he suspected Dengue.
He is a very experienced doctor in Internal Medicines and writes very few medicines for instant relief as well as suggesting that I get admitted in hospital for better treatment.
I was admitted in a hospital the same day just after meeting with Dr. Vinu George and my platelets count went down day by day and touched to near 20k. Hospital took 7 days to find that I am suffering from Dengue because there are no Dengue tests in UAE and they have sent my samples to outside borders. I am very well now but the time I was admitted to the hospital Dr. Vinu George has suggested some medications and treatments for relief and talked to my family.
He is a well professional and experienced Doctor.

Dr. Vinu George is the best doctor for chronic diseases in Aster clinic Electra street Abu Dhabi. He listens to patients problems carefully with patience and provides good treatment.

I booked at 6: 20 with the ob gyne.came to clinic at 6: 00 pm.still waiting here on the line.its already 7 pm. I dont understand the booking system.they dont follow it.

I am Diabetic past 10 years my sugars were chaotic high met many doctors but in vain heard of Dr. Vinu internal medicine from my group chat just met him as usual he followed up with my past results and my tons of old medicines.i must say his counselling is fabulous, he gave me a diet chart made me follow up regulary was very patient enough to listen to all my queries and my sugars are under control and he is very friendly attends my queries when i call him in clinic despite of his busy time.i would recommend him to everyone!

I give 5 stars to Indian Dr. Phalguna Kousika, pediatrician. He was very friendly and attentive. He was too patient and tolerated my kids fuzziness and tried his maximum to make her feel safe and calm. Clearly explained in detaiĺ about her reports and medication along with diet chart. I strongly recommend him as he is supportive and answers all queries. My child is eating healthy because of him. Thanks to you Doctor!

Less one star (0 star) for the front desk staffs in first floor for not welcoming (no smile, no kind gestures.). Filipino staff nurses are very good and gentle to everyone. Keralite staffs do not wear any smile if you are not their national. While taking blood, my 17month old kid cried to death and that area was swollen for two days. For blood test or vaccine or infact for anyother injections, I need to double think to visit the Clinic incase the staff will do instead of the Doctor. Forgot to mention: The one in the entrance is very welcoming.

Last week I had a terrible backache.
This clinic was the nearest to me so I went there.
I had to take the stairs because there is no lift.
My visit took 4 minutes i think. 3 minutes waiting and 20 seconds with Dr. Nikita.she didn’t bother herself at all (no Hippocratic Oath was found). I told her I didn’t sleep last night please give me a pain killer.she was like ”ok” and she didn’t.and I didn’t sleep for another night until I went to another clinic.
If you want to save time, energy and “money” don’t go there.very bad experience.

My spouse had her entire pregnancy treatment and delivery under Dr. Faby Abraham, Aster Clinic, Tourist Club Area, Abu Dhabi.

During the entire treatment, Dr. Faby has been proactive in all types of examinations required. She managed to reduce the number of visits to avoid getting infected with COVID-19. During the delivery period, though there were some complications but Dr. Faby managed to handle those easily being more active and personally followed up the treatment at Medeor hospital.

Dr. Faby understands her patients very well, listen to their concerns calmly and provide all kind of suggestions and possible supports. Kudos to Dr. Faby, Aster Clinic Nurses & Staff and Medeor Hospital for great work!

Today was our second visit to Aster clinic, Abu Dhabi. We got to visit Pedeatrician Dr. Phalguna Kousika. We are so happy and satisfied with the service he gave us. He was so friendly and caring. He took enough time to listen and explain me well about the diet and health for my baby. Me as a young and new mom was so confused and concerned about the diet and health of my baby but now I’m so confident and happy. He made my baby so comfortable that my baby was so calm and comfortable with the doctor when he checked his ears. We as new parents felt so comfortable and we are 100% recommending.

Nurse and other staff are good but Doctor specially Dr. Pamina she was the worst Dr in this clinic.always she was chewing a bubble and busy in mobile for personal use.thanks God she is no more in this clinic.

I came there at 8: 40 pm feeling so dizzy and under high temperature. I approach reception and the receptionist were laughing with each other without to ask me why I am there. When I said that I dont feel well i need somebody to check me. She said cold as ice that Doctora is already packed to leave home and they are about to close? ! There were 20 min more and clinic were empty. I asked them if i die there they will not ask somebody to help me because they need to go home 20 min before working time is over. She just laughed at me and said sorry we are closing. If this is what the etic in one hospital is then they can consider themself not humans. Person standing in fron of them shaking and they just rejected me before working time. This is how the dog is not supposed to be treated. Shame!

Pros:
Wonderful Caring staff
Well knowledgeable and informative Doctors
Cons:
Located in a congested busy area therefore finding a car parking could be time consuming
Often the wait time is a bit long 10-15 minutes

During my visits to Aster Clinic and being treated from Dr. Amer Rasheed I’ve always enjoyed talking about many personal issues as I found Dr. Amer to be a well knowledgeable and trust worthy. Also, he will go the extra mile in assisting/treating his patients, something hard to find with many other people in his profession.

To sum it all up, I recommend visiting Aster Clinic in Tourist Club/AlZaheya Area and choosing Dr. Amer Rasheed for medical treatment as I personally have experienced his professional treatment, caring attitude friendliness and kindness
