Hit or miss. Scheduled for an 8am AC service, waited for an hour, started calling. No answer, no team to service my AC.

Finally, I have found the best Maintenance Company in Abu Dhabi! I have struggled for so long with other companies but, Authentic Facility Management never disappointed. The technician team was very cooperative, prepared, equipped, professional, well-dressed, extra hygenic as they used professional hand gloves, head protection too, they also were very friendly & humble. They knew exactly what's the problem & how to fix it, and they were able to resolve the problem within only 10 minutes! An amazing Client Care team is also available 24/7 on whatsapp. In addition, I have requested an invoice of the service charges to be provided and it was shared within the same day as a pdf file! That experience is beyond extraordinary, exceeding every expectations. This will not be my last time to deal with such great company. Authentic facility management will always be my first choice! Dealt with Satish when I needed my home chiller fixed. I had dealt with another company a few months back and it was never really fixed. These guys arrived on time as promised and fixed the chiller properly, but most importantly left my place as clean as they had found it!
