The food was a joke no taste/old.
Seems like the service staff cooked the food for charging almost 100AED really disappointing.
When asking for manager or chef everyone left apparently.
Unbelievable, you shouldn’t treat your customer like that. Will not be coming back.

The pita was as chewy as the inside of rubber, you couldn't chew it. The falafel was not tasty. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Disgusting the only good thing is the orange juice. Chich taook was bad, the meat one too, very poir quality not worth the money

I only asked for spoon to eat my food she told me no we dont have then i told her i will give you money for that no problem, she tell me i cant give you by bad behavior! And I always come to eat from automatic to eat but this time i bring my own food! And she treat me like this!

What a fabulous find. Delightfully helpful staff and very attentive service. Absolutely delicious food which was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I literally grew up knowing Automatic. However this is the first time I had it Abu Dhabi. The food was not as good as I remember it but it still has the almost the same flavours. A good place for take away and shawarmas

A guy who grilled my chicken today is very good. He looks like a Philipino, I forgot to ask his name. He is different from the other ones.

Good food. I liked the shawarma platter, had lots of chicken. The sheesh tawook was very tall. Quick service

This was the first time I tried Automatic's Shawarma.
We had the Arabic Shawarma and it was okay. Nothing so great or bad, just usual shawarma taste.
They should improve on it as there are many places that serves very good shawarmas and people do have good expectations especially while trying new places.
