I visited Baniyas HealthCare Center once, and it was an experience I'd rather not repeat. At the time of my scheduled appointment, I was surprised to find that they were letting another patient in, despite my prior appointment. The lack of professionalism and respect for patients' time was evident during my visit. Despite having an appointment, I had to endure a lengthy wait, far beyond what should be considered acceptable. It's unfortunate that my first and only experience at this health center left such a negative impression. I won't be returning.
The registration process is pathetic, it took 1 hour to reach my token number and the registration receptionists were not available properly. Also there is only one guy serving in the pharmacy section, which is taking too long to attend to all the patients. Need Improvement
Only 1 person at the reception at almost all times or there's never anyone there, why? Last time i went i was waiting for my number to be called but the receptionist was chatting with the security guy and laughing for 5 minutes and then they called my number.and when i approached he desk and sat, did you think she started giving me her attention? Nope.she was watching a funny video on the security's phone and they were both laughing for about 2 minutes.then when she finally spoke to me and i told her about my request she told me "go see another recipient idk how to print your health certificate" and there was only her at the reception.what recipient doesn't know how to print? She was obviously being lazy and wanted to chat more. Worst experience in a hospital.she was very rude istg idk how this place just literally hires anyone
I went this morning, took the cue number from automated machine, number was never called, til i saw that there wer like 4 named was called ahead of me, i went to the reception and ask if my cue number is still waiting or should i take another again and wait again in line.then she told me that i still have to wait for my name to be called.the other staff is ok and nice to deal with my concern.the doctor who Dx me is very nice and explained everything.plus the lady who works at the xray room her smile is very contagious.but the receptionist at counter 10 i think she always had a rough day, grouchy and mean (i understand im only an Expat) and she's Arabic.its Ramadan month, for my understanding, Ramadan is Month of Peace, Love, Happiness, Consideration. Understandings.but her i just wish her that Allah Will bless her with A very Good understanding and more patiently when handling patients not only for her own kind, for everyone regardless of race.after all she accepted that job, and Its a HEALTH CARE CENTER, (CARE).
أبا أشكر دكتورة سلامة المشرقي كان عند الم في الظهر و كانت جدا لطيفة و مرنه و لما ما كان في ممرضة تدز الكرسي هي بنفسها دزت الكرسي وودتني صوب الصيدلية، أسأل الله أن يعطيها حتى يرضيها
اسوء عيادة واسوأ ادارة، العيادة سيئة بشكل غير معقول وشركة صحة المسوؤل الاول والاخير عن اللي يحصل، المشكلة ادارية بحته وآخر مره اتعامل مع منشآت شركة صحة.
أتمنى من كل واحد يخاف على أهله وبالذات الكبار بالعمر ما يوديهم هالمركز كان لي للأسف الشديد موقف غير مقبول من دكتورة ما عندها أي إنسانية ولا ضمير تستصغر الناس واستغلت ضعف والدتي الكبيرة بالعمر وما راعت مرضها وبدون أي سبب طردتها من غرفة المعاينة ولما اشتكينا لدائرة الصحة طلع عندها تاريخ بالشكاوي وبالذات مع كبار العمر ومع ذلك ما زالت تشتغل
التأخير يخليك تفكر كثير قبل ماترجع لهم. اما نظام العيادة او الموظفين يحتاجون لتطوير وتحديث. ناس وايد معلقين على نفس المشكله ومافي اي تغيير وهذا يدل على عدم اهتمام الادارة للاسف. اتمنى تكونون الافضل في تقديم الخدمات العلاجية للمرضى
أسوء عيادة تأخير رغم كبر العيادة وكثرة الغرف، عيادات أصغر وذو طاقة استيعابية أصغر تعمل أضعاف الأضعف عن هذه العيادة. تعامل غير محترم وعدم اهتمام للمرضى أو أي تسائل لهم. موظفة استقبال كوفيد تطرد عكس التشجيع لتلقي اللقاح.
20mins waiting to register this is crazy! Even at SKMC itself you dont wait this long to register unfortunately i passed the 20mins and still waiting! Oh one more thing they not even follow the waiting numbers whoever come just jumped on reception and for the love of god they accept his id for registration ignoring patients on waiting! Then why the hell you put the tokens! For what purpose exactly! I guess showoff maybe.
