Baniyas Mall

Baniyas Mall is a two-story building that offers a variety of shops catering to different needs. One of the highlights is "Absyas". Many stores have women's clothing that is beloved by the local community. The mall also features gold jewelry shops, carpet stores, and several small vendors, providing an arabic style clothing, perfumes and spices.

One notable advantage of Baniyas Mall is the ample parking space available, which makes it convenient for visitors. However, it's unfortunate that the mall's escalator was not in working order during my visit. This can be inconvenient for shoppers, especially those with mobility issues.

Overall, Baniyas Mall seems to offer a range of shopping options, particularly in the clothing and jewelry departments, making it a valuable resource for the local community. However, addressing maintenance issues like the non-functioning escalator would enhance the overall shopping experience.

المصمم العصري it’s the worst shop it has a very bad tailors and workers they have a really bad attitude especially the guy at the cashier the Syrian guys but there is a kind lady that works there so I don’t recommend this shop it is my first and last time entering it

سوق شعبي يعتبر مركز بني ياس التجاري بجانبه مركز اللؤلؤ التجاري مما يجعل المنطقة مزدحمة بهذه المنطقة التجارية جميع المحلات التجارية الحديثة والقديمة كان اسمه المتعارف عليه سوق البلدية لوجود مركز بلدية مراقبة الاسواق كانت بداخله وتديره عندما كان سوق شعبي صرف

محلات للخياطه واسعار افضل من خيايط ف الاماكن الثانيه وتنوع ف المرديلات ومحلات لتفصيل الفساتين بطريقه مرتبه والاسعار عاديه

مول يللي احتياجات العمال في المنطقة العمالية بالمفرق كبير واسع ولكن لا انصح بالتسوق العائلة فيه

Very bad customer service of lulu staff they misbehave with customers. And even the manager of lulu very aggressive best area for shopping but staff is not good that's y alot of customers complains.

مكان الالعاب واسع وكبير ومتنوع تناسب مختلف الأعمار. التسوق فيه متعه لمحبي التسوق محلاته كثيره تناسب جميع الطبقات وبضاعته مختلفه جدا عن المولات الباقيه افضل وارقى. بالنسبه للكافيات والمطاعم متنوعه وكثيره خدمتها ممتازه. مشكلته انه كبير ويضيع فقط. ما اعتبره وجهتي الأولى بالشراء
