Worst service ever i came at 7:40pm for customer service and am waiting till 9:30pm. No one committed to calling number systems and the que is horrbile my ticket number is R191

Highly crowded branch with a staff of almost 5 to 7 members. I visited it on Friday and it almost took me 2.5 hours to get my number. I will not say the customer service is not good, but over crowding is the main reason most people get offended.
