The Squid Ink Scampi Risotto was also so wonderfully rich that deserves special mention. The pasta with ground beef didn’t taste good, the tomato pasta has no taste but tomato sauce and pasta with little chees, the calamari was poor quality, first and last time I go there.

The restaurant was amazing in all aspects, the overall atmosphere felt like really in Italy, staff was so professional friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Andrea the restaurant manager and Rebecca for going above and beyond to make my dinner so special.food was tasty & Authentic

Nice pizza tasty its Napoli pizza but the tomato sauce must be more it. But in general its nice

We did not book but was greeted with a warm welcome and shown to a lovely table outside which was perfect.
The staff are really professional and Friendly and know how to look after there guests.
We had sea bass which was really taste and a pizza and salad.
O my what a fantastic pizza it was and really could have feed the two of us along with a lovely salad I had.
The cocktails aren't bad either.

We would love to go back again to this restaurant, my friend would like to have Italian cuisine we dine at Sole restaurant last Friday night we were friendly welcome by the staff though it was busy night luckily we still got our table. We had dinner great food thanks to the manager Andrea he is so accomodating and well verse what food we should try since it is our first to dine in to this restaurant. We really like what he recommeded from wine to pasta.the the seafood risotto in this restuarant was so tasty and the pasta, it is well blend not so salty and u can taste the seafood its well mixed with other ingredients. Thanx to the manager Andrea for checking on us and make sure our food were well.served.he recommended again what desert to try the baba rum and it was good. The restaurant has a good ambiance view by the pool its good for a dinner date and family dinner well recommended.

Dining in sole restaurant is a great experience for me. I'm with friends when dining in, the food is delicious, ambiance and interior of the restaurant is beautiful plus the staff is so helpful and nice, special mention to there manager Andrea such a wonderful person, he is so accommodating. All in all experience for us is very good and highly recommended with friends. Planning to go back soon.

This is 5+. Amazing turnaround by the chef and Andrea. Great risotto. Special espresso. And the salad is out of the world. Business lunch has more varieties also. Must try

As a resident of Etihad Tower I always enjoy to go out in restaurant around and I decided to try SOLE with a special booking for my wife birthday. Bad idea! We arrived with a reservation but had to wait for 10mins in front of the restaurant as per the lady hostess instructions. She disappeared and we then decided to enter by ourselves. Once entered. Same story the waiter asked us to wait while the restaurant was not crowded at all. We waited again and just decided to leave the place. Surprising for a restaurant like SOLE.

Waiter n waitresses are very accommodating. The food is perfect as well as the ambiance. Will surely recommend and will comeback soon.

Everything great but the slow service. Overall we had a great dinner here. The restaurant is located in an amazing icon building for the city. The ambiance of the inside is so classy and high end. The outside is set back from the beach and many hotel pools. The pasta and breads were amazing with good flavor. Even the coffee deserts were amazing. It's unfortunate that the service is beyond slow. It was 1hr between ordering dinner and it arriving. When I asked for the checks I saw the same person setting more tables instead of getting out bills. We were not the only guest not pleased with service yet they kept seating more people. Good experience overall though mostly due to ambiance.

This wonderful restaurant will give you everything you need to spend a great evening: professional staff, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere. Among the food I enjoyed the cheese platter, dry cured meat and a selection of fresh juices. I was also given free slices of hot, crunchy, straight-from-the-oven pizza, which was a great gesture indeed.

The place is amazing.the atmosphere is great, the food is yummy and most importantly the staff are awesome starting from the restaurant manager Pablos who’s just supper friendly and try’s his best to make each customer happy.our waitress was Erika in our New Year’s Eve. She was awesome and helpful in choosing the dishes we liked.she even offered to ask the chief to makes thing off the menu.

Beef Carpaccio with Rocket, Parmesan Shaving, Balsamic Dressing.its melting on my mouth and i can say this one is really  appetizing.  the texture, taste, quality of the food is perfect.

Fritto di Calamari, Gamberi e Zucchine
Fried Calamari, Shrimps and Zucchini.
The meat is firm and white.fried squid and shrimp with firm and chewy.serve with lemon and sauce for dipping.t the breading is super thin, crispy and tasty.

MAIN COURSE
Filetto Di Salmone con Carponata Siciliana
Pan Roasted Salmon Fillet with Sicilian Caponata
Perfectly cooked salmon Roasted Pan, crispy skin, Flavorful and  has a subtle and great taste,   right portion with nice plating.

Agnello Marinato al Pepe Rosa
Pink Pepper Marinated Lumb Rump, Pearl Onion, Broad Beans, Baby Carrots

The Beef is really Delish! So tender, juicy and flavorful.all i say is  delizioso! It's simply delicious.

DESSERT
Tiramisu' Al Cappuccino

Italian Cappuccino Tiramisu.
OMG! This is the BEST Tiramisu in Town! Its highly recommend.im not a fan of Tiramisu but this one is amazing! Super moist, creamy and PERFECT! And the presentation is cute.

Overall experience is amazing! Its a night with Great ambiance, Great Singer/Pianist , Great Staff and Great Food and If your looking for Authentic Italian Cuisine, this place is PERFECT!

The Staff are very welcoming, they make sure everything is good and perfect.friendly &  Accommodating most especially the manager and Chef Simone De Vivo introduced the food and give us an idea on the quality, preparation and the taste of every Dishes.that makes it easier to choose what's the best for our Taste buds.

 
The Ambiance is Great.very romantic, quite and very spacious.they have indoor and outdoor table (which is perfect because the weather is good now) and Full Bar Available & a live Pianist.   its a great place to Dine and Chill.

Once again very tasty food in great atmosphere. Very polite and friendly waiters with excellent choice of wine for the main course. Would recommend it anytime again. This evening we even had a live piano player which was very nice.

We went recently for a improvised birthday dinner for a friend of mine. I could say the place was very suitable for the occasion with delicious choice, elegant and also nice ambience. The terrace is wonderful if the weather allows to be outside. The Chef also came to say hi which was a nice touch.

We visited BICE last Thursday. We had a wonderful starter of Beef Capacio. It was excellent. Chef Delfino has a delicate touch and a true understanding for food. We didnt managed to eat the main course or the desert as we needed to leave early. But definitely we will be looking forward to going back to BICE again.
