Open 24hours! I reached place at 7: 40am and waited until 9: 15 am then they started work with many lines of people, all staff they were just chatting to each other, even they don’t have enough staff work here, people jumping in queues …. Caos, poor management, poor service.now 2 hours has gone, I’m still waiting in the half way of the test!

They provides the worst service, very, very bad, including but not limited to:
1. There is a staff (can speak Chinese) who has a bad attitude to the guest, quarrels with customers;
2. The results of the test report were not timely always, one report was promised to the passenger within 5 hours, the passenger paid for that, but they not received the report after 10 hours; the customer missed the test report submitting time, resulting in missed thye flight;
3. The worker in the laboratary often create rules that don't exist ever and not publiced to all, for example, they think that if it is a group ticket, it must be close contacter each, when in fact each passenger may not know each other and come from different locations.
4.it ‘’s not sure what the relationship between this laboratory and Eithad is, etihad Airlines said that this laboratory team informed the cancellation of the tickets of many people who have performed all the procedures, and have been got all the test results. Report nagotive
5. This is a dishonest laboratory, please don't believe it can make accurate and correct results, he only serves airlines, not passengers.
6. If you come here for testing to match an airline's plane, it is recommended that you change the testing agency. If the airline does not accept your report from another agency, you'd better not change you plan.
6. If you want to take off on time, it is strongly not recommended that you come here for testing, because after you get all the required reports, you still cannot take off on time, and there is no notification.
7. When you check at the counter, the staff will tell you. You are met the rule, but no one had informed passengers of this rule on the official website or public media, Mobile APP.

User, Totally agreed. They run a monopoly business appointed by Chinese ambassy. Price is way higner than any PCR services in Adu Dhabi. But the worst part is I doubt about the accuracy of false postive. Myself did 3 times in each 2 hours, the 1st is G42 shows postive, 2rd in Seha shows negative, then I did the 3rd time at G42 shows negative. My RAT each day shows negative therefore I call G42 to ask them run my 1st time sampel again to see is there any false result. The guy took call say there are some similar complaints but you have to write a mail with evidence. I did as requested since then no any news to me. No one call no email reply, it costs me a flight cancel. Damn!

قيمة فحص البي سي ار PCR مرتفعة جدا بالرغم من توافر مراكز وباصات الفحوصات المجانية في جميع انحاء امارة ابوظبي الفرق فقط ان هذا المختبر يعطي النتائج خلال ساعتين او خمس ساعات يعني فقط للمستعجل والحالات الطارئة

Just make sure if you doing saliva test for you kid to tell them at the counter otherwise they will order pcr test by default, i heard many negative feed back and i was terrified. But when i was there if was a good experience, fast and they staff was very fast and efficient. Overall thumb up.

No one answer the phone and why its mobile number they no normal phone number? Im i calling to broker or medical Center.save reply also calling to free 800 number no one picks up.

Very bad experience. 2 hours waiting with our kids to do the pcr.and we didn't receive the result till now.more than 30 hours

During rush hour before midnight and before curfew timings in Eid, only one line is open! ALTHOUGH staff is still there. Such a big dissapoinment.

Horrible experience. Don’t recommend it at all. The place is not organized and really hot inside. The person entering my info made two mistakes and I’m still waiting on results of our tests.

Good place, but they need to open all colsed counters when the place is congested with people. As well work littel bit faster at the registration.

The lab is hard to find as it is inside a warehouse complex. Look for a grey building with big, orange windows. The lab is very well.organised inside and very efficient

I was told I had paid for an 8 hour test result and upon following up found out it was 24 hours. Called them and they expressed no sense of empathy or concern and told me the only thing I could do is come back and pay even more for the 8 hour test I had believed I already paid for. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone unless there is absolutely no other choice.

Corona test center for G42, before may we were getting the result within 12 hours, but now you have to wait more than 30 hours. This is my personal experience with them for more than 6 months. Please improve the performance.

Do not able to manage properly, every time rush for PCR, Min 2 hours to get the things done, parking is an issue, poorly managed

I could not thank the staff at g42 enough.
I was running late on my flight and they helped expedite my Covid PCR results so fast that I actually made it home.

خدمه سيئه سجلو اسماء الناس الموجوده ودفعنا الفلوس بعدها قالو تريو 5 دقايق تمينا اكثر من 40 دقيقه اروح لهم اقول بكنسل يقولون لا بس دقيقتين وكذا حد كان معصب ويتكلم وياهم يقولون خدمه سيئه

A racist alien lab.number 1, location is highly inconvenient

Not a very customer-oriented organisation. I am trying to call them and never anybody picks up the phone. I have done more than 50 COVID Tests with them and requested invoices all the time. Never get any. No very professional.

Place is not easy to find, kind of creepy in a big empty hanger with few plastic chairs and some staff.
The procedure was quick for a PRC test it took me less than 15 mins! But I was there 11 pm not sure about other working hours.

Usually I don’t make any review, but the negative reviews from some people are totally pathetic, some complain about the organization in that place, some funny people comment that their results delayed more than 24 hours, another funny are asking no clear procedure in place! Guys who are not satisfied, go to SEHA or other places, you may enjoy there waiting for more than 2 to 3 hours and for sure you will get the result at least after 24 hours and in some after few days!
As per my experience with this place, it’s the best ever you can get in Abu Dhabi! It’s not crowded and you will finish the test in no time! Besides the results always coming before 24 hours!

Everywhere covid test fee 85 aed but they charged 89.25 aed

Sent a message as per website to their Whatsapp number. It took more than an hour to go through. 5hrs later still no response, 5 days still no response, I even tried to call them.
Be careful of the steps = yes it says mind the step but doesn't say which one! I unfortunately didn't realise that the door was also a step and have been sporting bruised knees and a carpet burn on my hand as well as a bruised ego.
2 weeks later and still no response. I know its busy but customer service is absolutely awful

One of the facility is used for the COVID-19 testing for the school students. Very well organised and good staff at the location
