Horrible unexperienced customer service. Very unprofessional and unhelpful branch manager. Definitely do not recommend and will never visit birkenstock anymore.

Lack of customer service. Willing to tell you everything you want to hear just to sell you the item.

Very bad and rude service from a particular sales man! We cannot try more than 2 models because of COVID19. What a joke!
