Biryani Palace Restaurant

We had ordered Egg Biryani from them and specifically called and asked if even chicken broth is used for egg biryani to which they said that rice used for egg biryani is specifically for egg, paneer and vegetables. But while we had the biryani, we found pieces of chicken. When we called and informed them, their staff spoke carelessly, casually and unapologetically. It may be casual for them but not to someone who hasn’t ever had chicken and that too after specially confirming with them. They said they would send their foreman in the evening which they never did.

Why would someone want to have food from here if neither food, nor staff attitude or service is appropriate.

Food taste:
I saw the review it was worse, still i tried to check the taste. Its worse. Biriyani no taste at all useless. Old chicken taste. No proper hygienic delivery. Spill etc.the delivery guy always rude

Even 5 dhirams is not worth any biryani. Very rude and poor administration. If you ask anything they will reply like "we are beggar". 2 years before it was good. My suggestion is don't go and don't waste your valuable money. Quality and Quantity is very very worst.

The rice was overcooked and The chicken taste was not fresh.

The taste is very authentic one of the best biryanis I’ve tried i ordered a chicken biryani and chicken Manchuria it was the first time i try chicken Manchuria and in all honesty i fell in love with the dish, wish they had a branch in dubai i would definitely order again.

Only the biryani items are good to eat and in quantity.
DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER ITEMS OTHER THAN BIRYANI. Normal items are a waste of money because they serve very little quantity and only bones for mutton meat. Yet again VERY GOOD biryani in shabia 10.

I have ordered veg biryani, it has the worst taste and they had parcelled only the rice with carrot gravy.

I have ordered mutton achari. It was my biggest mistake to come in biryani palace. It was soo salty and staff is sahing it taste like that. Being a hyderabadi i recommend please do not visit this hotel and waste your taste buds. Guy in the reception was so rude acting like he owns the restro. I hope i never visit this restaurant again.

Good taste of non veg dishes.
As per my observations, Biryani taste has not been maintained compared to past eight years ago.

Biryani is fine according to the price but avoid eating veg. Service is also very slow if you have extra time then you can go

Mouthwatering tasty Biriyani's they have, recently tasted the "Ambur Dum Biriyani" which was yummylicious with the traditional taste and quality.

Yesterday we are come your hotel for lunch but no one's responding for us very bad and we are the regular customer, hotel is very good but give respect for customers

Daily I used to go for dinner with my colleagues and we like the chapatis there but in recent times we are not getting the freshly cooked chapatis and even on informing we get reply from them " yehi chapati hai abhi". As me and my colleagues are the regular customers, we expect more from biryani palace.

Over all the food is good.

65 Biryani and Hyderabadi Biryani are something to look out for.
Also their double ka meetha is good

You will get a glimpse of taste for Hyderabad Biriyani, I mean lots of scope for improving authenticity on Hyderabad Biriyani.

I am telling you honestly tonight i took Mutton biryani, too much spicy and only bones.i will never prefer this restaurant to anyone.only name biryani inside no biryani.

Their food is all about color and frozened.

Food is nice but the staff attitude is worse. They deliver the wrong order and Don't even apologize and say very casually it's not available hence we delivered other. The change the prices of the food depending upon them.

If you want to taste the worst biryani over in mussafah you should visit this restaurant once they use the before days rice and half cooked chicken with the worst smell u ever thought would come from biryani i m really disapointed how is the restaurant still running this has to get closed sooner rather than being late of anyone getting sick by eating their so called fresh biryani which i never got to taste. Please folks do not eat there are many other options available other than this. I wanted to rate it as negative star but unfortunately there is no option of negative

Good taste. I just go there to eat biryani.but u have to inform them that u need biryani with zero masala.then they will serve good biryani which will be normal to eat.other wise he will bring full masala which is very spicy

Great place for biryanis. All types of biryani available. Must try the original Hyderabad chicken biryani. Loved the food and very affordable. Quantity is amazing and quality of ingredients is good. Ambience and customer service is appreciable. Would surely visit again!

Took a take-away mutton biryani. The meat was burnt and charred, and the food tasted smoky. They put too much masala and i had to eat part of it which had some plain rice and salvage portion of meat which was not burnt only because i was too hungry to wait for something else.

They forget the orders frequently. And they frequently lie that it’s on the way. But it’s taking ages waiting for it. One can’t rely on them

I tried mutton Biryani, which is not upto the mark. Mutton pieces mostly had fat and bones in it. Chiken 65 is a must try

Today I have ordered a mutton biryani when they delivered the biryani I was surprised with quantity and quality of biryani, it's seems like they have more consumers then they increased the rate of biryani and they decreased the quantity of biryani

Awesome place for Hyderabadi biryani, great taste and good serving size if you are hungry, had a great time and seating area is enough for a small restaurant and service is quick and helpful, definitely will be visiting again
