Excellent atmosphere, Good taste. We ordered veg biryani- (AED 38/-). Liked it's taste, wish to go go again. Want to try other dishes as well.

This is my second visit. I didn't change my first review. Below is my latest review.

New review:
Tried again their biryani, chole with butter naan and cheese kulche - really disappointed. Chile had some sauce which killed Indian Taste. Naan were rubber like.

This restaurant service is too much bad and this restaurant staff is not respect for customer and food is not fresh butter chicken is very badly smell too bad this restaurant food

It is so disappointing restaurant. I ordered chicken butter that is not a chicken butter. I can't call it a chicken butter whereas the sauce was bad, and chicken was smelly. The mixed grill was a joke. I got kebab like a rubber band. Chicken Tikka was toooooooooooooooooooo bad. I don't recommend this place at all

Very bad food it's doesn't look like a briyani it looks you rice with chicken kahrai really disappointing bad taste.not freshly cooked

Beautiful presentation of biriyani in neat and clean clay pots … samosa chaat is a must try.

Was very average. Especially disappointing was tikka paneer tandoori. No tandoori flavor at all. The rest of dishes are ok, felt like home cooked, but were missing bright flavor.

Amazing briyani to eat it's very tasty superb and awesome, everyone should try and service is too good and well managed by the staff.

Most pathetic biryani I've ever had! It was not even pulao, just plain rice. Absolutely disappointing!

Great to see an Indian restaurant in the UAE with a separate section on the menu just for vegan dishes. I saw this restaurant mentioned on the Happy Cow app and, because I currently work nearby, decided to check it out.
The location in the mall is nice - away from the hustle & bustle. I ordered the vegan jalfrezi and, well, it was okay. Not really bad, but not outstanding either. I finished it and wasn't hungry anymore, so it did that job, though it didn't leave me feeling randomly culinarily elated. Still, I'd come here again to try some of the other vegan options.
Non-food related downside: Even if you dine in, they still give you the food in plastic containers with plastic cutlery. Who eats Indian food with cutlery anyway? Also, environmentally unfriendly.

It's good to eat here. Chicken Biryani was like fresh, hot with enough boneless chicken. Taste was good. Veg Jalferizi was also better but it was missing paneer

A bit bland. Spices missing - which makes the taste improper.

Request the Biryani to be made a bit spicy with “garam masala” and chilli when ordering.

The same goes for yellow dal tadka.

Very good Indian food, the offer meals they have are fairly good for their price, and they have some fusion meals that could be interesting for you.

So, the chicken biryani and the lamb biryani is nothing great to write home about. Too much oil masks the taste & aroma of biryani. Thankfully, there are a few other dishes on the menu which come to their rescue. Dal makhani, for instance is delicious. Tandori chicken tikka, malai chicken tikka, lamb seekh kebabs, roasted paneer tikka which are served with bread & mint chutney are well made too. Vegetable jalfrezi was a let down. Butter garlic naans were too chewy. The sitting arrangement was spartan. Fairly priced. Expected better.

Just ate here for the first time with the wife as they accept entertainer. We were so impressed with the quality of food, it far exceed any expectation we had. Truly, the biryani pot is delicious; the prawns were so succulent, the whole dish was a taste explosion. Service was sharp, staff polite and helpful, and food presentation great. My wife and I will be here again, of that there is no doubt.

Arrived on time without any delay.food well presented hot and delicious.

So good through delivery or dine-in, amazing taste and so fresh. The taste of the bryani and the butter chicken is something out of this world. Also the salads the sambosa is good, basically i trust everything in there menu

A terrible experience from this restaurant. A very small portion size which will make me never come back to this restaurant. The food was barely warm, not freshly cooked abd not even heavy properly. The taste is always below average.

Butter chicken is the worst ohad ever really very bad no taste chicken not fresh the sauce its inly ketchup whith tomato paste

Overpriced and food that tastes like it’s just been put in a microwave. There are so many better Indian restaurants and take always. The only one thing I like about I’m this restaurant is the presentation of the meal.

I ordered the Lamb Biryani, for 3 to 4 people on Sept 8,2020 for Lunch from Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi. I believe they could do much better by using authentic basmati rice instead of what looks and tastes like low-cost American rice. An impression shared by everyone eating. How could you do that to Biryani?

I ordered the lamb biryani pot. Im used to more intense spices with Indian food. This meal lacked a significant amount of flavor.

Very unsatisfied. Not worthy for the amount of money that i paid. Even though my home was just 5 min from the restaurant in Al Maryah Abu Dhabi the delivery was sooooo late, and the food so cold i had to warm it all. The butter naan was so cold and strong and there was not even butter in there. Not gonna order from this restaurant again.

Good especially for Galleria employees otherwise we wouldn't manage to pay if there was no option for staff meal

Ordered in from the biryani pot restaurant at Galleria mall, the delivery was really quick and the food hot and steaming. The samosa chaat was very delicious but the butter chicken biryani didn't live up to my expectations. It was served beautifully in am earthen pot, with a roti to seal it, but it was too dry.and unfortunately not very flavorful. The raita was totally flat and not like its supposed to be.

Totally loved it i ordered butter chicken biryani, sorry for no picture to display because i completely forgot to take a photo when the food arrived i was so much indulged in.
It is little pricy compared to other places but Taste was amazing undoubtedly, it was worth paying.

I have tried #modrenized type of ancient biryani named as "#Biryani Pot" signature dish for the resturant.

A unique addition in #Authentic #Biryani served in pot covered with Pakitsani bread

You can see a pot lid is made of bread (like mostly you found in #turkish #dished) cut it open and HO HO your #biryani is served.i think the concept has been inspired from #Turkish_cuisine

One of the best places to have biriyani. I made the order over Zomato and delivery was done promptly on time. Loved the taste and you can’t finish one fully.

Biryani pot, Bawabat Al sharaq mall outlet had set bench mark for Biryani pots Biryani's for me. Unfortunately Galleria mall outlet has not come up to the mark. The presentation is good with the plates and cutlery. The pot prolongs the dum effect with it's seal made of atta Dough. When we start transferring the dish from the pot to the plate we see a semi thick gravy soaking major portion of the rice, which is not the expectation. The condiments and spices in it didn't bring out their aroma, the chilly powder and turmeric had done it's task but dye component (food colour) is there in the dish may be from chilli powder or turmeric or even added dye in it stained my hand while eating. The rice lost it's texture and chicken was a bit over cooked. But keeping the gravy component away biriyani is far better than many other options in the market. You only lost it to your other store guys! Mr Shihab and team who worked their in Bawabat AS outlet had taken great interest in getting feedback from diners including me.

Ordered chicken Biryani and it was disappointing to see that a mix of curry and rice packaged in a pot was delivered in the name of Biryani.

To be very fair, my 2 stars is me being generous. If you're visiting or a local who appreciates authentic Biryani, unfortunately you'll be very disappointed by this place. Overdose of Cardimon and Clove combined with overcooked Lamb.

Terrible. Rubbish. You need education on what a Biryani is? Above all what is Dum Biryani? And what a lamb curry is. We are senior citizens and the lamb was so salty, it was inedible. The roti was not enough to satisfy a two year old. Never Again.rotiwas not even big

Great Indian food, super quick and their signature dishes (Biryani Pot) are amazing. Spicy, but that’s what you want for Indian food. Not too spicy though.

The taste is good and their presentation is really unique.you have to give it a try during your visit to Galleria and its really mouthwatering.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant. Biryani Pot's food is definitely the most enjoyable and favorable. Try the Quinoa biryani and butter chicken. You will want to keep coming back for more. The display of spiced jars is very authentic and reminds me old days of my mother's kitchen.
