Absolutely love the product and service, very professional service and staff went extra mile to make my daughter’s day super special. Highly recommend the services for that special celebration touch, worth it.

Before getting there I contacted them through WhatsApp and they were very helpful and nice. Once I arrived the worker greeted us and and so nice and polite. He helped us in finding the right thing and helped us out.

Bad service. Try to sell defective balloons and don't want to change them. Balloons deflate after 10-15 min

Lovely team to work with. I ordered before hand the balloons that I needed and simple went there and picked them up. They understood exactly what I needed for my occasion and even gave me very good recommendations.

WORST PLACE I EVER DEALT WITH. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM. WE BOUGHT BALLOON WITH HELIUM PAID 130 DHS, AS SOON AS WE REACHED HOME WE SAW THEY WERE DAMAGED. TOLD THEM TO SEND REPLACEMENT SINCE WE DONT HAVE TIME TO GO BACK TO THEIR SHOP, THEY ASKED FOR 30 DHS TO DELIVER REPLACEMENT OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT THEY SOLD. I WENT BACK TO THEIR SHOP AND ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY AND KEPT THE BALLOONS AS WELL. THEY DID NOT ISSUE A TAX INVOICE OR RECEIPT AS WELL AT THE TIME OF SALE WHICH IS ALSO ILLEGAL AND CARRY A MATERIAL AMOUNT OF FINE. JUST SAVE YOUR DAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Worst shop I ever dealt with. Had my gender reveal some by them. Used very cheap materials and the design was not even based on what I wanted. The team were very slow and didn't show on time

Best place in abu dhabi for balloons, party decor, table covers, cutlery and everything on between. Great quality and good value for money. Even their delivery charges are reasonable. They came to our place and even set it up within minutes so professionally! They have a fazaa discount too
