Would give them 10 stars if I could. My general experience with bliss has always been positive, but I reached out to this specific boutique to send a bouquet to a friend whom I thought lived in al ain.
When the order was dispatched, we discovered that recipient is in AD, but staff went out of their way to coordinate with Bani Yas to deliver my bouquet on time.
