Bliss Flower Boutique - WTC

This Branch off Bliss is unfortunately not meeting expectations, their easy access location made me visited them 3 times but every time I hope they will be better but unfortunately each time their service was worse than before. I wish the management of Bliss can improve customer service in that branch.

Bliss flowers bouquet arrangement always exceed our expectations. Florist name Jessie made a perfect arrangement. Staffs are very accomodating and customer oriented especially Ms. Mikay.thank you for always available for us.

Bliss flowers is one of my favorite places to buy flowers and Maica and Dinar were amazing in accommodating my last minute request

I ordered through WhatsApp and within two hours the most beautiful bouquet was delivered with extraordinary flowers

Flowers imported from Holland, one piece cost 25 AED minimum, the parking is inconvenient from the main road.

The florist at Bliss is called DAN. HE DID MY GIFT ARRANGEMENT AND IT WAS AMAZING! Helped me choose perfect flowers combination, and finished the arrangement in less than 30 minutes i was surprised honestly when they called that the arrangement is done. IT LOOKED ABSOLUTELY STUNNING

Seems that the staff treats costumers differently according to skin color. One of the staff priorities whatever she was doing on her phone than accommodating the costumers.

The best in town! The shop has a vibrant ambiance, top notch customer service, the staffs are friendly and accomodating, the flowers are all fresh and the arrangements are superb! If you want to surprise your loved ones or send flowers. Bliss is the right choice. Two thumbs up!

I had a 5 hour window for my delivery. 6.5 hours passed and the order still hasn't reached. Everytime I call customer service no one knows where my order is or when it will reach.

Update: delivery ended up reaching 9 hours later. Julia the manager was nice enough to offer a refund.
