Their work talk for itself. I used to have my flower arrangments prepared in WTC branch until there was no more way to reach the shop. After that started dealing with Fairmont branch which seemed to have happier lively florists. I hope WTC florists are still there as they are also great florists. It seems all bliss branches have the very best florists there is around.

Sadly, behind all the professional work done to improve their brand. Yet they still have major time delays, bad customer responses on the phone when you call and they pretty much ruined the event we had planned for Mother’s Day. If you are unable to meet the demands of your clients, simply limit how many orders you can accept.

One of the best flower shops, but delivery delays ruins your special moment. Not dependable at all. You need to order way in advance to avoid disappointment.

Bliss is the leading flower boutique in the region. It provides high quality, breath-taking range of multiple types and colors of flowers. Their magnificent collection are mainly coming from Europe, which is the reason why you will not find similar flowers anywhere else at any florist in the United Emirates as a whole. The price range is fairly 'medium-high' depending on the size of the bouquet, collection season, and the material of the vase. A bouquet can be customized upon request. The price can also be adjusted depending on your budget; (Kindly note that this does not mean you will get a discount, but it means that the adjustment on the total price would be in regards with the size of the bouquet, meaning: You will have a less number of flowers in an adjusted-priced bouquet). The bouquet order comes in a very classy bag, with a complimentary message on card. The business provides a very flexible approach to clients. The delivery is always on time as scheduled. Very recommended for Special occassions, and Weddings. Bliss flowers is quite costly but totally worth the price. Professional client-care service, free delivery, premium quality flowers. Unfortunately, overseas delivery is not available for the time being. These would last for a straight 14-19 days long, which is very impressive! (It may last longer if professional florist care guide instructions are followed carefully). Overall experience: Exceptional.

I've been a customer of Bliss Flower Boutique for a long time and since then they never fail to impress me. Every time I need a flower arrangement they're able to make gorgeous bouquet for me. They even did my gorgeous garden wedding flawlessly. The way they handle and assist customers is just perfection! They have a lot of beautiful and fresh flowers as always but what's best was they always make sure that the flowers will be delivered as fresh as it was picked for you. The worst customer service ever. They used to be really good but now they are one of the worst flower shops in Abu Dhabi because of their poor customer service and impolite employees.

They blame customers for their own mistakes and their change of plans without informing the customer.

Amazing customer service and they always deliver early. When they don’t have the flowers in stock they always pull together stunning alternative arrangements that are valued much higher than the original order. Great team, great company!

Overpriced for nothing, and late delivery.

I’m very sad about my experience with your Fairmont Hotel branch. I called yesterday asking for any ready bouquets they have to be delivered and they told me they are fully booked and there is no more flowers for they day and they will contact me the next day and they will deliver it for me the next day anytime morning to 12 PM.today no one call me! When i called them they said were fully booked we can’t deliver. I as a customer I trusted them and I had my plans according to what they told me and now everything didn’t go as I wanted. Totally unprofessional and unexpected. I wish you train the staff to be more professional and to keep on their mind whatever they say they should do it because this is how you will attract your customer not losing them.

I know that I can not go wrong when I choose Bliss Fairmont. I can say that they are one of the very few professional florists here who take the arrangement to a different level. The staff too are very friendly, cooperative and understanding.
I chose them just last week to decorate the baby reception of my sister and it was beyond expectations. We were happy with the freshness of the flowers, the combo of colours and the type of flowers chosen, moreover the staff was very patient to the number of false alarms we gave LOL. Also they drove all the way to AlAin very late (after their working hours 8: 00pm) and were willing to stay with us till 11: 30pm to finalise things. Thanks again to Jillian and the whole team who was involved in this.
