Bliss Flower Boutique

Its my first and last time to do my bouquets in this branch, I didn’t like how they did my bouquet, i always do my bouquets in bliss fairmont branch. They don’t know how to arrange and distribute the flowers in a nice way.

The customer service of Baniyas branch was incredible! Especially Arbin who assisted me with my request and queries. He was so professional and nice! Not to forget the bouquet was amazing and really exceeded my expectations.kudos Arbin and to the team whp works in Baniyas branch!

Very bad customer service. The staff is very rude and actually not even good flowers.worst experience ever!

I never saw a shop where the staff make you feel as if they are doing you a big favour by actually doing their job.very rude and disgusting

Rude staff who doesn’t want to sell to the customer.
Flowers are almost wilted, and only few limited colors.

The staff really rude they need to prove customer service they don’t have bags the flowers very little after searching off 10 minute iPhone three rows as well I wish the Boulevard boutique because is the nearest store for me

We were satisfied with our arrangement, the service was amazing.richard was the one who arranged the flower arrangement and he was very kind and understanding, he knew exactly what i wanted and i was amazed with his work.

Bliss always stands out to have the best and freshest flowers! This branch needs to work on their customer service. I am very disappointed!

Nice flowers.
But what is the use if they have nice flowers. But they NEARLY never comes back to you, answer your emails. Phone calls or messages if you r asking about your flowers being delivered or not, flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday, since yesterday am calling and sending messages on WhatsApp to see if the flowers got delivered " obviously NOT" no answer AT ALL.
Very disappointing for such a business

It have minimum of standard bouquets from 300dhs! Its very disappointed for me if i want a small bouquet

First order it was supposed to be delivered at 10: 00, it arrived 11: 30 after a dozen of calls from my side.
Second order the lady assured me that the flower will hold till morning, unfortunately the didn’t! I put them in a cold room at 9: 00pm by 6: 00 am all roses withered!
I came to fix it in the branch and Kristan was great and made it looking even better!

Most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever ordered! Staff understood exactly what I wanted and were very prompt.

This is a true gem in Bawabat Al Sharq mall - finally Bliss has made it to Baniyas

The best florist in town and always ready help.
