Had Thai yellow curry and it tastes amazing, and we order wild mushroom Risotto.

If you wish to treat your self with delicious meal and welcome atmosphere you better come to this place our host Singh and Abhishek were beyond friendly with us and specially with my little one. She had her tooth done and she was in pain, and they were very kind and kept talking to her to comfort her. The lunch deal also is great, 42 Dr for a drink, main course and soup. The portion was good for one person and the flavor was heavenly. I get the yellow Thai curry and it is a great option as a vegetarian or with protein Same for the build up pasta. I had a great time and definitely will come back whenever I have a chance.

Great new discovery for us! Loved the Devil’s Pizza, Mexican Burger and Teriyaki Noodles! Sangita really took good care of me and my family. Will definitely return!

Tried burger for today at Bloomsbury's. My attendants Abdul and Saman, suggested I try the Dope Burger. It's Angus beef burger dipped in oyster sauce. I've got to say, I am impressed! I never thought Burger, dipped in oyster sauce would be a great combination! However, I am wrong, the combination is to die for!

Today we visited Bloomsbury in silicon central mall Dubai and we loved it the food quality and taste was amazing, ambience was refreshing, very kind and friendly staff. The staff even gave us a complimentary cake since we were among the first few customers? I would like to appreciate karthik for being so kind and thoughtful and for the wonderful servicehighly recommend this place!

Generous serving of their breakfast meal which earned brownie points, and coffee was surprisingly good. Hasan has always been accommodating and polite.

Had a lovely breakfast of avocado and toast with poached eggs. My husband had a new menu item of velvet pancakes with ice cream which were delicious. Service was excellent with the attentive Diya. Great value too.

I tried the carrot cake slice for 25 aed. The serving was good but the cream cheese frosting was really dry and thick. The cake was ok.

Why do u have head chef rude in ur alwahda branch he is very top he angry to his staff we lost ur appetite to eat really he is the staff also he is not the owner of alwahda mall i hate to see bloomsburry bcoz of him

Cozy place, very relaxing. The red velvet cheese cake is to die for! The menu is very interesting. Prices are so competitive. Surely we will be back to eat again.

Pros:
Ordered yesterday a costume cake and it looked perfect. The decorations were on point and the design was perfectly made. It looked ridiculously good. But.
Cons:
It was smaller than expected especially that I got 3 Kgs and was disappointed by the size. ALSO it didn't taste very good.
The cake itself wasn't the best and didn't taste good. The outer blue cream layer was very thick. Was disappointed when it came to how it tasted and its size.
Overall, Was a very good looking cake but not the best cake to eat. Only good to look at.

The brownie was not heated properly and was half cold half hot, which is exciting, you never know what your next bite will be.

I am a regular customer, we used to get cakes for different gatherings/company celebration as the product was good. What is so sad, the poor handling of the staff - had a very unpleasant situation where i was trying to understand prices and manager Neha just failed at explaining, becoming very rude, talking in a way no one has ever talked to me, being so unpolite and disrespectul. I have reached a manager for a complaint and no actions were taken - which makes me understand no one cares about the customers, it's either take it or leave it situation.

Today dated 25/12/2021 we just had a slice of Nutella cake worth 28AED. Believe me it was old cake kept on the display. The cake sponge was hard and not at all soft.both of us spoiled our Christmas Eve ….

This is not the first time experience from Bloomsbury.

Extremely disappointed ordered for German chocolate cake, the quality was very low and the taste was disaster. Not worth the price.

The pistachio cake (from Ramadan special) deserve every calorie, very rich in pistachio and cheese flavor.and the delivery was on time.

Cakes are nice, coffee overpriced and average service. Careful, discounts do not apply to cakes!

Delicious cake, great portion and worth the money.cant wait to try the other cakes they have.

We stopped by and tried different slices of cake and boom boom. We ordered my favorite cake which is carrot cake and pistachio boom boom and a tiny little cute raspberry cupcake for my bday. If you are on a diet and don't want to eat sweets that much like me they have different choices of tiny cupcakes and boom boom is also perfect for that.

We got to try their exclusive Ramadan gift box which includes cupcakes, dates, macadamia truffles, cookies etc.
It’s perfect to gift during Ramadan. The quality of the products were amazing. I will definitely go and check out the other products as well.

Extremely bad experience while ordering a birthday cake. Very poor service. Unreasonably high price for an ordinary cake. Disappointed.no stars

Not a welcoming atmosphere, stood at the cake display for a while at around 4.40PM yesterday but non of the 3 employee's behind bothered to assist (2 girls & 1 guy from the Philippines) they were busy talking to each others!

Ordered Red velevet petite, very nice cake. Though ordered at last moment, but they delivered on time.

Been coming for the Pink Vanilla cake since their Dubai Mall days, which inexplicably they removed from the menu, but thankfully restored. Cookies are good as well

A week ago I’ve ordered a birthday cake for my son with a very special design.
I sent a photo of a fire theme cake to the Bloomsbury team through WhatsApp, we discussed all the details as taste, size and design. And they made it exactly as we agreed and the cake was delivered on time.
My son was very happy! The cake was very beautiful!
I would like to say thanks to the chef and all the team who was working on it!

I ordered cake through tablez rewards and someone called me from bloomsburry's al whada regarding the delivery timing, I wanted the delivery time to be by 5pm but I was informed that the delivery timing that they have is 4pm and 6: 30 only and I really felt that I was not given much choice but to adhere with what they want. So I guess giving your customer the option for delivery time is NOT MUCH OF GREAT USE.

I was really surprise/ upset as this is not the first time I ordered from them and all my previous transactions went well. Except for this one.

Hope you can work out on it.

The staff wasn't friendly at all. Especially the short lady staff, with the short hair. She doesn't even smile and didn't say thank you at all. It was annoying experience today. I hope u will be more friendly next time.

We ordered blueberry wild cheesecake and the blueberry is spoiled until I vomit. Even the cashier is very slowly, we waited so long for disaster cake ever. Not recommended.

Much thanks to the whole team, especially to George, for helping me sort out an issue I had ordering online. While the system can fail sometimes, which happened to my order online for a cake for my sister's upcoming birthday, communicating from London to Abu Dhabi through George using the store's WhatsApp number was easy and smooth. I was sent another invoice, which I paid and got an instant confirmation from George. On top of that, he offered to write a message on the cake I ordered, which is awesome. Such a positive and excellent service, thanks to George and the whole team.

وفي اعتقادي بما اننا في دولة خليجية وكذلك عربية يجب فرض قوائم الطعام باللغة العربية.

We were at Bloomsbury- wahda mall on 6th Dec 2019,1.25pm for red velvet cake.very surprised to know that there is nothing to taste, no date and time when it was made, no red colour icing to write.

I experienced the worst customer service ever. They accidentally charged my boyfriend twice when he ordered online for my birthday. I contacted them, sent all the screenshots of the transaction and they said they will return the money on the the same account that we used. However, they don't give timely updates with our refund. I e-mailed them lots of times and if I don't call them and say that I sent an email, they will not respond.

With lots of emails and calls that were done, we ended up getting our refund on the store itself  after 6 weeks only, when they told that it will only take 2 weeks to return it to the bank. And if they can do that, why not do it on the first place instead of saying that they handed over our concern with the accounting department? !

I love the cakes in Bloomsbury, but the way they handled our complaint was extremely disappointing. Will never order again.

The 3 stars are because of the salads. Otherwise I would give them given them a 2 for the dilapidated decor.

The worst bakes I ever had.i tried double chocolate and red velvet pastry, 80 percent both have same taste and double chocolate wasn’t even fresh.
Better to if I had 2 dirham chocolate cup cake from Lebanon flower bakery.

Successfully Wasted 36 AED.
