False promises, this place loves scamming and over selling.
I bought 3 suits, paid for three, and was promised that I'll get the third one on 11th feb, and I made my purchase based on the three colours I chose.

I came on the 11th and was told the suit o
Is still being delivered from Dubai. On the 17th feb they told me it is out of stock and I have 14 days from the original purchase to find another suit or my money will be lost.

The guy who does alterations doesn't know anything. Already, one trousers ruined, hopefully he doesn't ruin the rest of the suits.

3 times bought from abu dhabi Mall, all of these three times were bad.

1st get a salesman that treat customer like a customer i feel traumatized by one of your staff name mahmoud he so rude that make me cry literally infront of other people, like im doing wrong thing by fitting the shirt I supposed to be buy please dont let other customers experience what I experienced today, thank you to other staff who assist me To calm down.

Worst experience. Bought suits and they said, that’s your size, now it’s tight and and I can alter it whatever size I want and it has so much back up cloth inside stitch. They said, they can’t alter it from their shop. So I altered it from outside maximum and still it’s not fitting me. When I went their shop, they are forcing me wear tight suits and saying it’s fitting you. They always say, we will make you happy and do it something for you. But actually they are making me fooooooool. Almost I visited their shop in Abu Dhabi mall 4 times just for this clothes.
Please beware of fake promises from their Side. They will say, any issues, please come back or call, we will take it back. When I call, they are not answered my call, when I return, now they are saying our policy does not accept to return it because I altered from outside. But they were not ready to accept to alter from their shop.

Also, once they sold me TESTER perfume which I bought to give gift. Luckily when I went home and checked, I saw it’s written as TESTER. If I had not opened the box, then I wouldn’t have come to know and would have gifted.

Also suit trouser button which I bought from their shop pathetic quality and broken in just 2 months and ended up giving outside tailor to alter.

Bought 2 suits. After 1 week, they gave me the suits without doing required alterations. Even after 12 days, they are not able to deliver me the suits. I've already made 3 rounds after the purchase.

One of my trusted store for all my corporate suits. Riyaz and Mohamed Biyi are two of the best sales man here. They are very attentive, efficient and respectful. Riyaz even remembers my name everytime I go. What a customer service! Well recommended.

Really had bad experience with this place.have come for replacement of my shoes purchased 2 days back due to injury created due to the model of shoes. They didn’t replace since I wore it.and I hardly used 20 min.as I cannot even walk with it.staff were not even concerned of the replacement. I don’t recommend anyone purchase from this place.please go to some good brands and get a good product

Wonderful experience at this Brands outlet in Abu Dhabi.
They have very welcoming staffs especially Mr. Mousa helped us everytime we got to this branch with the right selection.
They also have a wonderful tailor for alteration Mr. Abdu Satthar, gives you the perfect fitting without even a second try!

Riyaz was so helpful and kind. Adjustments were properly done. He was also prompt in relaying message when the clothes are ready for pick up.

Sales executives are approachable and they suggest suitable items for you. They made selections easy.

I have made a purchase on 29th of Jan, and i was asked to collect my suit on 1st Feb, so i visited the store on 1st of feb to collect the suit which was bought and then given for trouser lenght alterations. The store told me it is sent to Al wadha for alterations and not been received till now, so i understood and went back asking them to give me call, I did not receive any calls until 5th feb so i went there again to get the suit back but same thing happened they said it is still in Al wadha, so i said i dont want to come again and again so please have the suit delivered to my address, they agreed to do that. Since this morning they said they will come to deliver i waited hours at home thinking it will be delivered but did not get it till now. This is worst customer service ever and really an unpleasant experience, no one is responsible and professional at this store. I do not recommend anyone to visit AD mall branch.
