A restaurant for lovers of German beer and snacks. Deliciously prepared, large portions. The cheerful and helpful waiter Omatillo helped with selections and was always willing to accommodate requests. Thank you for the cocktail “Nice to meet you” :).

Very nice restaurant right on the beach. In the evening, when temperatures are cooler, patio heaters are provided. Very good German cuisine and nice waiters.

Omatillo best service

Been here again after a long time. It was incredibly beautiful here. Our server, Omatillo, was very attentive and extremely friendly. The food was great, tasted better than in Germany. Thank you for the lovely evening.

They charged us 2X for a different order which was not placed under happy hour. After speaking with management, they said they cannot do anything. It’s a nice ambience, but suffers severely from mismanagement and inefficiency.

It has been a while since something at a restaurant got me really grumpy during a meal, but the Brauhaus managed tonight to do it. I ordered a meal I had ordered once before: a cheese sausage plate where everything is tasty, but pretty salty - salty sausage, melted cheese, soft pretzel, etc. Knowing that, I asked for both a water and iced tea when I ordered.

Neither drink came while I waited for my food, so when the waiter brought the food I asked if he could bring the iced tea so I had something to drink with my meal. It never came. I tried to eat slowly so I could drink something, but the food was getting cold. Finally, the waiter came back, but without my drink, and instead took a drinks order from the table next to me. I reminded him that I still had never received my drink and he said he would bring it right over. He then returned with both beers for the table next to me and no drink for me. Hence my grumpy mood.

We had a 12 hour stop over in aba Dhabi so we wanted to have a drink with a nice view. We came to draughous and enjoyed a bottle of wine. It was so nice with a lovely view. Our waiter was Sunil from Nepal and he was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Will be back here if I’m in aba Dhabi again to visit Sunil.

The price to quality ratio just doesn't work. We ordered a sausage and it was 180 AED. The waiter talked it up and it was mediocre. I regret going there. The view is stunning though!

Beautiful place for are romantic evening with your partner or meetings with your friends and families. Its totally for all, so peaceful and calm with light music

Absolutely amazing experience here at Brauhaus. Raj and Gizelle were lovely hosts, topped off with wonderful food and a lovely few drinks. Beautiful ambience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a casual chat over a lovely drink and amazing food. Excellent service!

We asked the waiter if we could Bring food from another venue in Abu Dhabi Mall to have along with some Beers. He said yes. When we got the food, the manager came and basically kicked us out because of their own mistake. Nice deal, you just lost a planned dinner reservation for 12 people

Amazing.

The staff are so attentative and friendly. So much choice on the menu. Massive portions. Everything beautiful. Will defiently be back and would have no problem recommending this restaurant to anybody else.

We spend most Sundays here for there Happy hour from 5 to 6. I love to get a big Stein at 5pm and savour it. The beer is amazing aswell as the food. Right before 6 the wonderfull staff gives us the option to order another stein before Happy hour finishes even tho I may not finish my first till maybe 06 20. The outdoor seating area is excellent with a pond full of tropical fish beneath you and amazing sites of Al Maryah and water fronts. Love love love love it

Great place for a weekend drink! We ordered 2 bottles of wine and a liter of beer and the delicious angus burger. Our server Nishfaq was delightful and quick and served us complimentary chips as well! Definitely will come back again

Had a great birthday meal for my roomate here. We were served by Glenda who is an amazing waitress. Food and service was superb. Could not be better.

The Brauhaus has great food, a wonderful atmosphere and a great happy hour. I’ve eaten here a few times and everything is always excellent. No exception was Glenda, her attention to detail, friendly demeanor and service was exceptional. I highly recommend the brauhaus!

I never write reviews but I had such a fantastic experience at Brauhaus I just had to. Hard to find a good welcoming place with a wide selection of draft beer in Abu Dhabi, but Brauhaus is second to none.
Special shout out to Liam the manager for making sure we never had an empty glass. Will be back soon

Spent a lovely midweek evening here. Stunning setting. Great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the service of the staff with a special mention for the manager Liam. Would recommend to friends and will definitely be back

We had a wonderful experience. Being German, I hardly had such a great Sauerbraten. The meat was so tender - amazing. Unbelievable german beer selection. The entire staff was just lovely. We had a wonderful german evening. You will see us soon back in the Brauhaus.

Wow, Brauhaus had a wonderful selection of beers. The food was good. If you don't like smoking I would say avoid the bar area. Other then that they don't seem to have boots.

Great German food and beer, friendly staff and beautiful view from the patio. Currently no valet parking so a bid of a walk from the parking lot especially when it’s 41c outside

Pure Germany food. Excellent quality, the place is beautiful—worth going at the day's end and staying outside.

One of my favorite places in Abu dhabi. For those who look after beer restaurants I would strongly advise. Selection of food offered there can match to variety of beers served in this beautiful place i the heart of the city.

You can go for the salad alone. If you are South African, you will feel right at home. Very friendly service.

Wiener schnitzel was quite large and tasted very good, very similar to Germany and Austrian schnitzels. Crispy fries were a bonus.

I love visiting Brauhouse especially when I can sit outside. They have variety of very good German beer and tasty dishes. Music recently changed, it was German music before, which I appreciated. I would prefer the old music they had, but other than that everything is amazing.

We had great service and the food was grand. On the beach or next to it- the choice is yours where to enjoy some good company.

Well this was our second visit to Brauhaus, and yes I was still surprised and VERY impressed. The food was great, the space has a unique welcome coupled with the look and feel. The staff were very attentive, with a level of care and attention to detail. That is a winning combination. Well done, drinks were on time, just the right temperature, ambiance was great, no fuss. To the Management- thank you for a job well done, we will be back for more memories, tasty and delicious food and love and care from the whole team.

Big and Beer! This place is always crowded! Ofcourse they have amazing pork menu, ribs and sausages platter is our favourite! I just wish they can expand their cocktails menu for those who's not fan of beer! But yeah this is our hangout place with friends!

Had an amazing time here. The food was delicious and the drinks kept on coming! Nighttime has phenomenal lighting and aesthetic. There was an outside bar as well and very friendly staff. The first night I actually switched over from hard liquor to beer and I now enjoy beer ever since.

Nice, cozy restaurant on a good location near the beach. At first we were sitting outside where the waiter was very nice, than, because we were with a baby, we went inside where the waitress wasn't wery polite. It seemed like she don't like her job, or it was a bad day for her. But, we got what we asked for and it was nice and tasty.

Brauhaus definitely had a family vibe to. So if the latter is what you're looking for than this is the perfect place. Great beer selection as well as german food.

If you want to try real and authentic Bavarian/Austrian food and drinks in Abu Dhabi, Brauhaus is the perfect place. Just tastes like home.

I have been a regular visitor and almost 3 years now. Recently the service has become pathetic. I could see managements reply to few other negative reviews and i wonder whether they take this seriously and train the guys other than replying.

Went for the beer, stayed for the sausage. The sausage platter was very good, and the mustards were paired rather well. Nice atmosphere and great service.

Too cold, too many TVs showing football, no discount on my card (just today?) and bad music. Good beer and good service though.

Absolutely terrible. This was one of my favourite restaurants in the whole of the UAE but the experience I had there recently was complete rubbish. We waited around an hour and a half for our food with multiple waiters coming up to us and saying "it's just coming" throughout that time. Every other table around us was getting their food even if they had ordered after us. I am so disappointed and won't be coming back for a LOOOONG while. The service was terrible except for a single tall waiter who was nice enough to say he was sorry. Ended up walking out of the restaurant after the last "it's coming in 10 mins" was 30 mins earlier. Ended up going to Wagamamas in Abu Dhabi mall which was next to the restaurant, was great. Such a shame.

They serve pork dishes that are really superb. Air conditioned smoking area during summer days is super cool. Outside dining is also perfect at night with a wonderful view of Sowwah Island. Food is great, amazing place and good service. Special mention to Albert for being so funny and accommodating. You deserve a raise mah men! Definitely going back.

Great food and good beer. The outside area would be better in winter but not bad for getting fresh air in summer too. Inside the bar is exactly like you would expect in Germany.

Always an excellent experience here. The rotana is lively in the evening so it's a place to be if you long for informal chats over excellent beers under a soothing ambience.

A great place to sit outside with a view on the hotels garden and the water (if the weather allows you). There is also a nice German pub inside where you can hear all the music from Deutsland. Having Happy Hour daily from 16-18 hour. All beers half price and one wine of each colour. Unfortunately Chardonnay is not included!

Great food and beer. Terrible service. We were sat down, we had a reservation, and after 20 minutes had to ask a passing waiter for a menu. We ordered our drinks with him. 40 minutes after during down I went to the manager to complain as we still hasn't received our drinks! I have to say it wasn't full either. The food was good, the drinks were as you would expect but pricey for spirits.
All in all quite disappointed.

Great food and beer. We were disappointed by our server's robotic and unwelcoming approach which made us feel more like just another bill for her to ring in rather than a cherished guest. Not even a "thanks for coming, see you next time" as we left. 5/5 for the quality, portion size, and selection of food and beer. 2/5 for the service, though it was quick there was just no personality in it.

They have the best German beers and the food is so great! Location is so beautiful and very warm and inviting! The service is great and staff are so friendly and hospitable. It was a great experience!
