Nice place to get the treatment you need. From a recent visit had a friendly welcome during screening from nurses Christopher & Anna. Physio Tracey engages in friendly, & often needed distracting, chat while putting you through the exercises. Helpful.

I don’t like visiting hospitals but who does? My visit to Burjeel Al Reem was pleasant because of their mall like ambience. The service is quick and my whole experience from the reception until pharmacy was smooth. Every one is courteous particularly the Nurse Christopher.

They have a live piano session at the welcome lobby which is soothing while you wait for your turn. Who would have thought of that?

Dr. Enas, the dental physician, is excellent. Very kind. This is the first time I did not feel any pain in my cleaning, polishing and filling.

Very friendly and professional experience, Dr Mishra and nurse Anna were very helpful. Nurse Mufeeda was so careful and patient with our infant. We were very pleased with her.

As a tourist, I took a PCR test at this location and they did not update it in the AlHosn app after numerous calls and inquires at the location. I don t recommend.

Dr. Faisal Hamza is such an amazing doctor as He is the only doctor who was able to control my diabetes and gave me the right medicine and with the help of his dedicated nurse Mr. Cristopher Who kept in touch with me to update me about my tests and what are the Dr’s instructions I couldn’t and wouldn’t ask more from such an amazing hospital and staff.

The gyno clinic literally proves its uniqueness in its excellent service, which was lacking in many other hospitals, as we were taken care as "at home" there, where we are free to ask and know each and evry details of any medical conditions or information that we are there for. That transparency and the consequent consolation with apt remedies are such a great quality that i have seen here unlike many else where. I’m very grateful to Dr. Suneel Kumar. He’s one of the finest physiotherapist in Abu Dhabi. He has helped fix my neck and back problem that I’ve been suffering from over a year. After much frustration with multiple failed attempts with other doctors, it was his treatment that addressed the problem. I had a persistent neck pain due to cervical disc bulges. Felt a lot of relief after a few sessions of fixation, traction, tecar therapy, muscle stimulation and deep tissue massage. Dr. Suneel really knows what he’s doing and I highly recommend him.

The worst hospital and customer service ever. First I waited for an hour for a PCR test, then I asked them if it will show on my alhosn app, they confirmed. But it’s been the 4th day since testing and I have been calling them every day to fix this, without success. I don’t recommend this place for PCRs or anything else.

Lately, I am very pleased with the care of Dr. Sivaraman (General Surgeon at Burjeel Reem). He provided me the right guidance and saved me a lot of hassle. I am very glad that I met him at the right time otherwise I would have undergone unnecessary treatment which could have not helped me. I had the a good experience with Dr. ENAS ALI YEHYA. She is a great dentist and very caring indeed. Dr. Enas is very experienced and knowledgeable in her area. The options she gives for treatment are evidence-based and very practical.

She answered all my questions with patience and elaboration. The good part is that she makes you very comfortable to ask whatever concerns you have. She is one of the best dentists I ever met and I do strongly recommend her.

Update: changing to 1 star. Months later and the issue is still not resolved.

Hospital is clean and all, but staff are absolutely terrible. Always sleeping, mixing up appointments and paper work. Its a logistics nightmare over there.

What a great experience I had being treated at the Physiotherapy department at Burjeel, Al Reem Island. Mr Wajid Ali was absolutely amazing! He is well nursed, an expert in his field of physio. After weeks and weeks of unbearable pain, he worked with it and understood how to help me. Also a genuine person! I am a new person. I feel amazing! The rest of the nursing and reception staff were so great as well. Very sweet, accommodating and so friendly! I would recommend Mr Wajid 100%. Thank you sir. I am sooo happy! God bless you!

VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.
We were so relieved that my sister live very near Abu Dhabi Burjeel Surgery Center in Al Reem Island which is ready to cater for PCR TEST but it turns out to be a nightmare.
Tuesday before 8pm my husband had his PCR tested. But comes Weds.morning we received already text message that he’s negative so were hoping within few mins atleast Al Hosn app should be updated but it hasn't appeared yet. So, since the center its within the neighborhood better to come back to the testing centre. The guy was helpful and promising us that this will be fixed w/in 1-2hrs by their IT team. Few hrs.passed we called back to escalate the issue but Al Hosn app up to this day was never updated. Just to let u know we have removed and reinstall the app, log in and log out to troubleshoot as well. We have raised this concern and complain again today. Not sure what they will do to fix it asap.

Highly recommended Gynecologist in Abu dhabi Dr. Monica Singh Chauhan of Burjeel Day Surgery Center.way back last august this year 2021 i suffered from sever pain in my lower abdomen every period and i decided to went to Burger Day Surgery Center to be checked by a Gynecologist, i was diagnosed with Mayoma, i never regret to follow advice of my Doctor (Dr. Monica Chauhan) to take the surgery or removal of my mayona. Cause its been 3 months now from my surgery and all the discomfort which ive experienced before had gone.i am very healthy now. The surgery went very successful and easy. Thank you to my Doctor Dr. Monica and to her team, specially to Ms. Alex for taking care of me.i owe to you Doc Monica the part of my life as a woman. Helpful, friendly staff. Christopher one of the nurses from the internal medicine department is very courteous and helpful. And also, I would like to recommend Dr. Faisal Dalvi, who is very patient with me with my questions, and giving guidelines to me.

I would like to commend the whole team of Dr. Misra for a job well done! I've been visiting cardio clinic since February last year initially for a clearance prior surgery and now for follow ups. So, I can definitely say that they're very commited in providing top-notch patient experience. What i liked most is how very detailed and attentive Dr. Misra is. Especially the way he explains test results, management and instructions. Shukran doctor! Big thanks as well to nurse Anna, tech Mufeeda and 'kuya' Rolando (as per Dr. Misra) who were all very welcoming and efficient in their fields.

I am so pleased with not only a professional service rendered but such personal and caring cardio doctor in the person of Dr. Misra, patients feel confident about how he clearly explains the findings and diagnostics. The nurses are so kind and very polite as well. The Burjeel Reem ambience is very cozy and homelike and the system they have is also impressive.

This review is just for the incident of my first dose of covid 19 vaccine at ENT dept. The nurse Mary France Masaga insisted that she needed to do my pregnancy test which was ok even though I told her I was not pregnant and I was at the end my period. When I came back to the room with my urine sample, she opened and tested it right next to this stranger man's face who was also getting the vaccine and sitting in the room with me. Not only I was embarrassed but why this man had to hear whether I was pregnant or not! It was NOT professional and not safe for us to be in the same room especially when we were getting covid vaccine. The nurse knew this man and I were not related.

It's lovely hospital and friendly stuff, i meet pradeesh today he's so friendly and help me with registering easily for my surgery today and i'm so thankful for him.

I’ve been visiting Dr Potdar in orthopedics department for last couple of years. Be it my displaced knee or treating that annoyingly painful neck sprain, Dr Potdar is quite thorough with his diagnosis, compassionate and ensures that you get the care you deserve. I would highly recommend Dr Potdar to anyone for ortho problems.

Worst ever Hospital in Reem island, I m still waiting from 10.20 my appointment with pediatrician. Even with appointment, I wait walk in patients

I visited Burjeel Hospital Al Reem because I had a tiny infected scar. The doctor gave me a medicine that cause me irritation which I went back to see him after 3 day as my wound was not getting better. I think the medicine didn't work well with me. The doctor said to listen to him and continue the medicine despite from my wound getting worse. I finally changed the doctor and got that wound to heal which took almost 3 months and left a bigger scar than it should because of this doctor ignorance from Burjeel Hospital.
I contacted customer service and pretty much got a sorry but the doctor did what he think it was best for me and take no action to help me with the scar that this hospital cause me to live with for the rest of my live.
I really hope for anyone who come to this hospital to get better and didn't have to go through what happened to me. This is the worst treatment I ever had in my life. I will not trust this hospital again on my health nor my family.

I just wish there is a zero star option. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Razan. They informed me that as a new patient the earliest appointment is in September 2020 and its January when I called for an appointment. What a Joke.

Absolutely horrible experience, My wife had a doctor appointment and waited for more than an hour, the doctor never arrived and the staff was unable to provide accurate information, they only keep saying to wait for 10 minutes. And this is not the first time that something like this happened, ussually appointment time there, are never respected, I understand that delays can happen due to unforeseen reasons, but when it becomes a common practice then you realize that the problem is the organization and customer care. Absolutely not recommended.

Extremely professional and friendly. Dr Seema Rab saw me very quickly and was considerate and polite. She never made me feel rushed like I have felt in other places. Very impressed.

You have better doctors than in main burjeel branch. They care about the patients well being and take time to diagnose the issue.the problem is you always overbook patients and doctors have barely time to breathe.i have only seen one pharmacist every time I come here and they are all overworked and tired. For the amount of money taken from the patients, I expect the clinic to be full staffed and with a leeway to take any walk-ins. For the last 30 mins before closing time, they still have more than 5 patients to see.this is definitely not how it should be.

I went for a treatment recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. The nurses couldn’t handle the simple task of drawing my blood. They couldn’t find my vein and injured me twice in their attempts. Next they called the doctor and even he was unable to manage this task until his second attempt. I now have 4 nasty bruises due to their incompetence. I’ve had the same treatment done multiple times in Dubai clinics where no one has struggled with this super basic task of drawing blood. Instead of investing in the aesthetics of this hospital, I’d rather you invest in training your staff.

Every time I go to burjeel I have to wait for at least one hour. I took an appointment at 9 am, and when I came on time, there were 2 patients before me!
The appointment lasted 10 minutes! I wonder what the doctor was doing (I guess having coffee and chatting). Avoid

Unprofessional doctors. You come with A they treat you for B. In you are looking for professional health care better go somewhere else.

I think pediatricians are really great. On the other hand, orthopedic surgeons are the worst. I could only see the bones, so the question of why I came here was really tongue-t I don't think I'll ever go to orthopedics again.

Good atmosphere but if you are having an appointment, be ready to wait for a minimum of 1 hour.

I tried to schedule an appointment with DR. RAZAN in September, and the earliest day I was given was mid November. I got a call on the same day saying I might have to wait an hour to see the doctor, I agreed. The morrocan at the derm reception was extremely rude, no manners. After 40mins have passed, she said I’ll have to wait another hour. Very unprofessional. I will certainly not be going there again and I do not recommend other customers/patients to do as well.

Bad service, specially the labs, they always ask us to fill the forms in order to receive the results by email but they never send them without a reminder.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I booked an appointment with Dr. Razan in dermatology SIX months in advance. I called to confirm the time a day prior to the appointment only to be informed that they had cancelled it without informing or notifying the patient. This is a repeated offence that’s not only happened with me, but also with a friend, and with another family member.

When you visit here you will see reception desk on the ground floor first. At there brusque two staff without any smile on their face will tell your doctor's room location. But there is another reception desk so you need to show your ID to the brusque 3 staff again. They will not say/ask anything to you kindly until you ask them about your appointment.

Oh, don't forget your doctor's name if you take back your ID easily. They asked me it.
