Peace be upon you God's mercy and blessings be upon you. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Professor Dr. Hassan at the Clinic for Gastroenterology, for whom I bring all gratitude and a word of gratitude that is not sufficient in his right in terms of the very prestigious method and treatment that makes the patient reassure psychologically and physically in terms of illness while he is in his hands and secondly. He is indeed a skilled doctor with experience in refuting diseases, even if their symptoms are insurmountable and vague, so I personally passed several doctors among them outside the Burjeel Hospital and some of them are working in Burjeel Hospital without mentioning names, but I did not find anyone who made a correct diagnosis in my diagnosis and cared for me properly as it should be Every doctor did to his patient. Dr. Hassan diagnosed me very accurately and put his hand on the same cause, praise be to God, after a long effort that spanned years and reached the path of compliance with recovery, but, God willing, after performing the required operation regarding this matter. Ultimately, I cannot help but thank you very much, professor, you are really a professor and more than that. If there was more than a lot of thanks in my hand, I would like to offer you.

*_اولا من حيث الاسلوب والتعامل المرموق جداً الذي يجعل المريض يطمئن نفسياً وجسدياً من حيث المرض وهو بين يديه

*_ثانياُ. انه فعلا طبيب ماهر وذو خبره في تفنيد الامراض ولو كانت مستعصيه واعراضها مبهمه، فا أنا شخصياً مررت بعدة اطباء منهم خارج مستشفى برجيل ومنهم من هو يعمل في مستشفى برجيل وبدون ذكر اسماء ولكن لم اجد احد قام بتشخيصي تشخيصاً صحيحاً واهتم بي اهتمام صحيح كما ينبغي على كل طبيب فعله تجاه مريضه. فقد شخصني الدكتور حسن بشكل دقيق جداً ووضع يده على العله ذاتها والحمدلله بعد عناء طويل يمتد لسنوات وصلت لطريق الامتثال بالشفاء ولكن ان شاء الله بعد اجراء العمليه المطلوبه بخصوص هذا الشأن. وفالنهايه لايسعني الا ان اقول شكرا جزيلا ايها البروفسور فعلا انك بروفسور واكثر من ذالك ولو كان هناك اكثر من الشكر الجزيل بيدي اقدمه لك لفعلت واطلب من الله العلي القدير ان يمدك بالعمر المديد بالصحه والعافيه وان يوفقك ويُعلي من قدرك ودرجتك ويجعلك في اعلى المراتب والمناصب يارب.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing childbirth under the care of Dr. Pathukutty and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional support and guidance she provided during this life-changing event. Even after crew of doctors came in and suggest her to do emergency c-section for me during my labor she firmly against it and make it as normal delivery. I am convinced that Dr.pathukutty’s expertise played a crucial role in my successful normal delivery. Wanted to reach the Aryuvedic Clinic inside of LLHospital. Did know it is a Burjeel Hospital. The operator could not provide me with the necessary information for me to speak to someone there. Then puts me on hold, for what?

Coming for emergency and waited for 30 minutes just for temperature check and then 1 hour to see a doctor.

I can't begin to describe the wonderful experience that I had with the staff at Burjeel Hospital! It was a pleasure meeting Dr Fuad who was a highly qualified and an amazing doctor. And of course, Madam Israa was there with me from the beginning until the end. She helped me arrange appointments whenever I needed them, followed up my lab test results and guided me on where to go for my next treatment. She's a wonderful human being and a key asset to this amazing hospital. The fact she was there on every step of my journey made me feel very safe and secure.
I want to once again extend my gratitude to Burjeel Hospital for having Dr Fuad and Madam Israa. They really are the jewels of this organisation.

The care he provided through our journey is great, with all the complications my wife had but thanks to him we’ve made it and got our little foot safe and healthy.

Very good hospital and especially the highly professional Doctors in emergency department. I would sincerely like to thanks Dr. Vikas Lal for the excellent treatment we received from him in the emergency department. He is having an excellent experience in pediatric emergencies. He posses a very polite nature. My kids loves him a lot. And they always feel very comfortable with him.

Great hospital with an amazing team. Had been to Burjeel for delivery and must say that the entire team who handled the delivery is great. My doctor who handled the delivery of my wife was well experienced and ensured the delivery went smooth. The doctors and their entire team are very kind and professional. I would like to mention the name of my dr paathukutty and dr Sobia Hassan and the nurse renjitha who stood with me through out the delivery time. They gave physical and mental support for my wife. This was a wonderful experience which I have received from Burjeel Hospital ABUDHABI. My wife admitted on 25th of this November and we received our little princess on 27th November.

Since my wife pregnancy case was very difficult due to low placenta, Dr. Pathukutty Mohammed has handled the critical case so nicely that she made the complicated journey into very easy by arranging all the requirements in time.

The worst experience ever. My husband and I, we have done some blood test eight days ago. We have filled immediately the form requesting to receive the results via email. Well the results have been ready for five days now and they were not sent yet! I have called the call center four or even five times in the past two days, each time the agent will confirm that i will receive them shortly. This is totally unacceptable! I have lost a lot of time and energy calling and asking for those results, listening to absurd excuses! You should really review your system because you clearly have a huge problem to resolve. I would have received my results long time ago if i had done the blood test in any other respectable hospital.

My wife went through hell due to the poorly executed artificial hip replacement. Within one year, she was eight times in the hospital. Suffered a lot after two surgeries and many displacements. Finally, we were directed to doctor Oussama Chaar. He managed to break this circle of madness, and fix a standard topic which due to bad performance in the past was truly messed up elsewhere. My wife is recovering, the contact with the doctor through his assistant Badreia Hassan, was incredibly smooth and fluent, and she helped us a lot. The nurses very passionate, carrying and professional. We are happy and lucky to get solved my wife’s medical issue at Burjeel Hospital.

One of the best hospitals in UAE, I would like to thank all the staff and special thanks for Dr. Nader Darwish, Dr. Mostafa Azab, Mr. Naser, Mr. Mahmoud and the nurses Robert, Nicole and Johanna.
Really I found professional staff, with high awareness and very well trained.
The staff were working from their heart to keep the hospital performance at highest standard level.

Hospitality is good but kept me waiting for a long time. One hour 30 min to call in reception and another one and half hour to see the doctor. Again more than one hour for sick leave and Doctor is not interested hear patient concerns. Took 5 hours in total in hospital just for a minor fever and cold. I came here at 2: 30pm and it’s 7: 30pm now.

Room 422, Everything is very good at this hospital and I found here the best doctor ever, Nashwa. Thank you.

Very bad experience.yesterday I went their as an emergency situation. As a emergency patient they called me very lately.also came to know many peoples raise the same complaint.

Without mentioning any dr names there. I want to tell you that this hospital has without competition the worst emergency care ever. I would advise all my fellow people living in Abu Dhabi to avoid checking in in the emergency there. I have a proved case of being given wrong medications and wrong diagnoses from several doctors.forget about their complaint number it won’t help.they close the complaint cases between themselves there are no real third party investigations.just stay away from this Branch of burjeel.others are doing better.

Always a great experience. Well versed medical treatment. Front desk staff at Internal Medicine needs a refresher on costumer service and has to be more polite with patients. Long cues at internal medicine clinic should be addressed with better flow of services.

Great care and amazing hospitality. I've had 2 surgeries in this hospital with Dr. Osamma and I cant thank him enough. The nurses on the 6th floor are also amazing and so helpful.
