Very bad experience. I went to hospital with 40.3 fever and it too me 4hrs to get everything done. Moreover, doctor prescribed most of the medicine which is not covered by insurance. This is very surprising for me. Worst from it Burjeel pharmacy is very slow. You need at least one hours for pharmacy.
I’ll not visit again.

Dr. Nahed Mohammad Ali is the best pediatrician doctor. She was very friendly, kind and helpful with my daughter. She explained everything in details and provided us with an excellent quality of care. I would highly recommend her. Thank you so much dr. Nahed

أفضل دكتورة شافتها عيني د. صفية نسائية. دكتورة متعاونة جدًا وتجاوب لكل سؤال مع اعطاء الوقت الكافي بكل راحة وحب وابتسامة لطيفة طبعًا كملت مراجعتي معاها ولين يوم الولادة (كانت عملية) خففت عني وكانت تكلمني واي خوف تبعده عني. اي كلمة قليل في حق هالدكتورة ابوس يدها الحرير ماقصرت معاي وصبورة وتتابع معاي لين تحسنت حالتي وانا مستمرة معاها بـ اذن الله. انصح اي بنت حابة تراجع تتواصل معاها ولا تتردد ابداً شاااااطرة بكل معنى وبكل ثقة?

أسوأ مستشفى ممكن الواحد يروح عليها! بتضل ساعة عالخط لحد يرد عليك ،، وبتموت وتعيش لحتى تاخد موعد عندهم!

The the staff need to be more productive. The place is full of people and the don't know how to organize it

تجربتي مع عيادة المسالك البوليه مع الدكتور أحمد مبدأ تجربه فريده ومتميزه وكانت لدي حصا كبيره بصرف لي ادويه والحمد لله خرجت الحصا بدون عمليه او عمل جراحي

مركز طبي سيئ ولا يتعامل مع الحالات المرضية باحترافية كافيه، تتعامل مع المرضى وكأنهم مجرد أرقام فقط ولا يهم حالة المريض حتى ولو كان طفل. للأسف كادر التمريض لا يكترث لصحة الأطفال حتى ولو كانت حرارتهم مرتفعة جدا. كذلك الانتظار لفترات طويلة جدا. عيادات كهذه بحاجة لمراجعة وتدقيق من قبل الجهات المختصة. لا وجود لأي إداري لحل المشاكل التي تواجه المراجعين، ولا ينصح بها أبدا.

اتعامل مع الدكتوره صفيه الحشيمي - طبيبة نسائيه، من اكثر من عامين وصراحه انسانه راقيه ومتعاونه وفاهمه شغلها الحمدلله متابعاتي معها في الحمل الاول والثاني منتظمه وتشرح التفاصيل وتتناقش مع المريضه
وتم بحمد الله اجراء قيصريه على المولود الاول بنجاح وسهوله بدون اي تعقيدات او الم مابعد الولاده الا شي بسيط ماشاء الله وان شاء الله انا بانتظار المولود الثاني ومازلت اتعامل مع الدكتوره ومركز برجيل شكرا لكم

20.11.22 i had a terrible experience in this hospital. I came to check a kidney stone 2.1 mm which i have and which is bothering me from time to time. Doctor totally unprofessional, he couldn't read an ultrasound report and explain the urine test, i did on 17.11.22. But not only this! He blame me and scream that i reply to my husband in what's up (it was some urgent matter), in front of him: "You play on your phone and did not pay attention" he's exact word. Off course i wrote a complain about that. Shocked until now.

زيارتي لمستشفى بارجيل فرع الشامخة عند الدكتورة نرمين قسم الجلدية لعلاج تساقط الشعر الشديد اللي عندي لدرجة صلع نسائي وتبارك الله الدكتورة شاااااااطرة وفاهمة شغلها واسلوبها جدا راقي وعلاجها وايد نفعني بشكل ملحوظ

I've always liked Burjeel and this was one of the best experiences I've had since in Abu Dhabi. Six sessions of hair treatment in Dermatology with Dr. Narmin and her nurse assistant Mrs Yasmeem, made sure all went well and in a timely manner. Minor pain was expected for the treatment, however they did their best and made it easy.

They took my sister Emirates id and asked her wait. 40 minutes passed and when she checked again they informed her she was not registered for blood work in the system by her doctor and took no action to fix the problem in those 40 minutes of her waiting…? Then when they did take action and asked the doctor to register her for blood work they did not refresh the system and made her wait another 30 minutes until SHE ASKED AGAIN!

This is not a very poor service, the result PCR was said within 24 hours, more than a day has passed and there is no result

Very very very bad experience, worst service, very long waiting time, but the best part is that they make you pay first so you won't be able to leave when fed up with the long waiting time.

تجربة غير جيدة ولا تليق بسمعة مستشفى وبذات فرعهم في مول مكاني الشامخة لا يوجد رد على هاتف والا اي متابعة مع شركات التأمين من اجل موافقات الطبية

The worst PCR experience, the Sample was collected on 5JAN2022 and report issued on 7JAN2022, SMS was received but not updated on AlHson App called the the call center for two days to update AlHson App but not done, no follow up and no clear way forward.

It is my first and last time to do PCR at Burjeel Makani Mall Shamkah Abu Dhabi.

Very disappointed!

One of worst medical center in Abu Dhabi. My doctor wrote me for MRI and submit the approval to insurance, they got the approval from my insurance same and whenever I call to book my MRI appointment they said we didn’t get approval from insurance. I send them approval on radiology email, but still they where saying the same we don’t receive the approval. After all this I complaint to Abu Dhabi Government and they solved my issue. After lot’s of struggle this Burjeel medical center book my appointment for MRI.
This part was done.
The next part is to get the reports.
After the MRI nurse told me you will get the text message to collect the MRI reports. It’s been 3 days now there is no reports generated.
I have low back pain and suffering from this pain.
I am surprised how this clinic is working.
Very bad experience.
I will never recommend this medical center to anyone.

Bad service and bad staff. Very disappointing to see such institution this weak. This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in Abu Dhabi. They treat patients very poorly. There system is so unorganized and all over the place. One star is an over rate for such medical center.

The worst in waiting time no respect for appointment.always you have to come before the appointment by 1/2 h there was only 1 staff before they serve me (all in lunch break maybe) came at 1: 04 min and now is 2: 13 still waiting so why we take appointments and they don’t give us any rights

Don’t think about wasting your time/money on the dermatologist they have or their dentist. You’d be better off going to clinics in Khalifa city. My visit to the dermatologist was a waste of my time. The wait to see her was long and my visit with her lasted 2 mins. She didn’t seem like she cares about her patients. And the dentist was just heavy handed and didn’t care about my gums to be honest.

للاسف لايوجد اهتمام للحالات الطارئة
و لا يوجد سرعه فالحالات الطارئه ولاتوجد نظافه ، موظفه غير مهتمه بالمراجعين غرفه رقم 24 ، لايوجد تنظيم.

Scheduling an appointment in this branch is a joke. No respect to one's time. With a confirmed appointment expect a waiting time of 1-2 hours especially on Saturday's and with internal medicine department.

Always have to wait 1 hour or more to see a doctor despite taking an appointment and arriving there in time for the appointment. It is like our time has no importance at all.

Worst hospital ever been too from the minute you step in till u leave you are in a circus.and no measures if covid19 are taken if you don't have the virus you sure will there

To make it worse 3dats a regular routine blood tests needed urgently didn't come out. No contact # for a manager and call center keep sending reminder emails and nothing happens

Dr Raneesha is the best dermatologist i have ever consulted. She has been my doctor over an year and i wouldn't choose any one else!
She always has the best solution for every needs.

Horrible dermatologist by the name of Raneesha Shafiq. She's the only dermatologist they have and she seems overworked and very fed up with the load of patients she sees everyday. She even showed me the list of patients she has to see today to explain to me why she was rushing me out of her office. Very unproffesional and argumentative. Super combative and rude in general. Would not recommend at all. 0/10.

تعالجت عند دكتوره ميسون "طبيبة عام" وليييتني مارحت عندها دكتوره ماتستحق كلمة دكتورة مستعجله في التشخيص ولا تحترم المريض ولا عندها اسلوب في الحوار ولا تشرح لي العلاج بطربقه مناسبه ولاهي لابسه جاكيت الطبيب مستقبلتني بلبس كاجوال
اتمنى تشوفون لنا حل مع امثالها لان تخرب سمعة المستشفى

للأمانة المستشفى راقي و الخدمة و التسجيل و المواعيد ما تتأخر و الكادر الطبي مستواه فووق الممتاز. خاصة الدكتورة (ميسوون أحمد) دكتورة طب الأسرة في برجيل.

الدكتوره ميسون من افضل الدكاتره الي مريت عليها ماشالله عليها متميزه في شغلها والتشخيص وتعتبر الدكتوره الأساسية للعائلة

بالرغم هذي العيادة قريبة من بيتنا لكن ما تعالجت فيها الا مرتين او ثلاث وكانت اسوء تجارب العيادة مافيها الا كم نفر وبطيئين يبالك ساعات وغير ذلك اخلاق ما عندهم خاصة الصيدلية الطب مهنة انسانية لا مادية الله يحفظكم

There is a girl working in reception, she just texting and chew her gummy like I’m not exist. Takes many hours of waiting just to take a medicine.

Really worst experience I have ever had. I’ll complain to government about situation this hospital no treat us like we are human being when I’m suffering a lot with my body

من اخسسسسس المستشفيات الصراحه دخلت ١١ لين الساعه ١٢: ٤٥ وانا بعدني ؟ والمكان فاضي ع شو التاخير ؟ والله الدكتوره بتروح تصلي وعقب حمام وكل شوي تطلع عسى ماشر لو انك بتموت خلاص لا تسير لها

The place was not crowded at all. And I had an appointment but guess what they kept me waiting for a long time to see the doctor until I ask the nurse when I can see the doctor, I thought he is busy with a patient but guess what the doctor was not in his office he was somewhere in the hospital till the nurse got him and told him that there is a patient waiting for you.

So there was no patient before and I arrived on time for my appointment and I was waiting for a long time because the doctor was unprofessional and if I did not call the nurse to see him god’s know How long I will wait
المكان كان فاضي و كان عندي موعد. و تميت ف الانتظار وقت طويل عشان اشوف الدكتور لين ما سألت الممرضة متى اقدر اشوف الدكتور كنت اظن انه الدكتور مشغول مع مريض ثاني بس طلع انه مش موجود ف مكتبه كان في مكان ما ف العيادة و لا كأنه عنده موعد مع مريض لين ما ناداته الممرضة و دخلني على طول.

يعني ما كان في حد قبلي و كنت واصلة عالموعد و خلوني انتظر لان الدكتور مهمل و مايدري عن مواعيده و لو ما كلمت الممرضة الله اعلم لين متى بنتظر

Worst exp ever! Tried to go for PCR test where their call center confirmed it is available. After 30 mins drive, i reached there and asked the receptionist for the test. She coldly told me to talk to the security! Who informed me "sticks" are not available so test is not!
Seriously! Why do you need receptionist if i have to talk to security!

I can’t believe this, I was a lot of pain and there is no any patients front of me I was a line in pharmacy and they take around 1 hour to give me medicine. Unbelievable for real even reception girl disrespectful not wearing her mask.

This is a joke hospital

Been there alot of times for my mother, my family, the maid and myself

Internal: Dr Dalia she was gentle with my mom as an elder and very concerned and listening, she disgnosed her correctly and she got better afterwards.

Dental: was bad, will never go for dental.

Dermatology, it was an indian dr i forgot her name but great and the dandruff in my son sculp went away.

Pediatrics, Dr Fatima amazing with todlers, very understanding and joyful with kids movements, nice and helped to give the right medications to my son.

Physical Therapy is excellet in this branch, my mother highly recommends it, she was very happy.

Reception is a bit slow, needs to improve and get faster.

Overall, very good.

نصيحتي روحوا برجيل ابوظبي لا تروحون الي في الشامخة بصراحة لا اخلاق وبطيئين والبعض منهم يعلي صوته عليك (البعض) الشغل يبيله صبر وطولة بال

المختبر فاااااااشل والسبب انه التحاليل يرسلونها للفرع الرئيسي والنتايج تتأخر بشكل مش مقبووول ابدا

بطيئين جداً و الموظفين غير لبقين في التعامل غير ان الدكاتره مالهم نفس يشتغلون و يكلمون المرضى بدون نفس و الواحد يقعد ساعه بس عشان يشوف الدكتور!

مستشفي لا تحترم المرضي ابدا ابدا انا دخلت وانتظرت لين اجا رقمي وكنت في حالة حرجه جدا وقدمو شخص اخر قدامي بدون ما يكلموني ولاشي وفي الشاشه الرقم كان رقمي وحتى ما عبروني ولا اعتبروني انسان مريض و ها تعليقي وانا لا يمكن اروح هاي المستشفى مرة اخرى ابدا ابدا ومستشفى برحيل لها سمعة جيدا جدا ولاكن الموظفين اساءوا الي سمعة المستشفى

معاملة سيئة جدًا وعدم استقبال وعدم الترحيب. ولا يتوفر لديهم العديد من الأدوية المتواجدة في العديد من الصيدليات.

Zero% “Bad Service and Branch” I was there today 26/7/2020 at 10: 30PM and one Dr.she’s really busy with her phone “Chatting” and don’t care about us (Patient) and I ask my friends and there answer about this Dr.was same she’s always don’t care and busy with phone please I hope to keep a camera next to the Dr.to check there job quality.

Burjeel pharmacy service is the worst thing ever. It takes around 1 hour to take the medicines.

سيئة جدا وحتى لو اخد موعد بكل مرة بدك تنتظر اقل شي ساعة عدا انو الموظفين والدكاترة عم يشتغلو بلا نفس. اسوأ تجربة

في وحده من الصيدلانيات معاملتها سيئه وتكلم المرضى بطرف خشمها كأن الواحد يشحت منها ابدا مافي اساوب للتعامل عدا عن ذالك تعالجت عن دكتوره نسرين قمه في الذوق والاحترام

Very bad I have blood test and waited more then a weak for the result and when I call they don’t answer and when I came to ask just of the test is ready or not they asked me to wait the other customers and take a number! Imagine I take number for not a certain thing and wait as much as other patients for only knowing if the result is ready or not!
Not professional at all.

أخذت موعد على الساعة 5 مساءًا و حينما أردت الدخول على الدكتور وجدت الدكتور مأخذ استراحة في اعتقادي الشخصي أن المستشفى يعاني من سوء التنسيق و سوء المعاملة و لا أنصح احد بالتعامل معهم وحينما ذهبت لمراجعة الممرضة المسؤولة على الدخول على الدكتور قالت ان المشكلة من الاستقبال
المقصد من قولي انهم لا يلتزمون بمواعيدهم و إداراتهم سيئة جدًا
و الصيدلية حدث و لا حرج الانتظار لا يقل عن ساعة و نصف

زحمة جدا جدا حتى تشوف طبيب الأسرة تحتاج مابين 2 ل 3 ساعة ما انصح احد يروح (يعني عادي تموت في الانتظار ومحد درى عنك) عفكرة حتى لو عندك موعد نفس السستم.

It took forever to see the doctor and 1 hour at least to get your meds from pharmacy, sometimes the calling machine skippes numbers.

Very crowded, not organized at all. Very slow customer services even if you have an appointment

It's highly mismanaged hospital in Abudhabi. Despite of appointments, have to wait more than an hour is usual here. Staff is unprofessional and really need to shut it down.
There is no option to give negative stars that's why giving one

Unbelievable! This facility must be close, very bad management and after so many complaints not a single call to know about the customer feedback, always waiting time is 1-2 hours with appointment and for them it’s normal. HAAD should take action against these types of facilities where over crowded and every one is suffering including the medical staff, at the end they are making super good money with insulting everyone one. CRM is always telling some funny justification and doctors are telling some thing different, like last night dr was blaming system slowness and management was telling dr.need to give more time to each patient as it’s internal medicine doctor. But I suffered almost 2 hours with the appointment. May Allah guide them and open the owners eye as this way making money is big question marks?

Will never go to burjeel hospital. After waiting 2 and a half hours my child was seen by a specialist. He suspected tonsillitis but only prescribed panadol
He wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic unless the test result was positive. I agree with that, but the issue that the test result will take three days or more to be available. They don't have rapid strep test that shows immediate result. Do you want me to wait three days and expose my child for serious complication for delaying the treatment.
ساعتين ونص علشان الدكتور يشوف بنتي وآخر شي بس وصف لها بنادول للبلاعيم والحمى. يقول عندها التهاب باللوز بس لازم انتظر ثلاثة ايام لنتايج التحاليل علشان تكون جاهزه وبعدها بيوصف. طيب ليش ثلاثة ايام انتظر لين الحاله تتضاعف وتزيد وبعدها تدخل تنام المستشفى لا سمح الله. ليش أخاطر. هالخدمه التعبانه واخر شي ماعندهم الفحوصات المتطوره. ما عندهم فحص الالتهاب السريع.
