ماعندهم نظام - وتعامل بعض الدكاتره والممرضين سيئ جدا جدا جدا مع المرضى سواءا كان المريض كبير فالسن ولا صغير-اغلب العاملين ف برجيل فرع الشهامه ماعندهم طولة بال مع المريض-نتايج الفحوصات تتأخر اكثر من اربع ايام للعلم ان اغلب المستشفيات والعيادات نستلم فحوصاتنا بعد يوم او بالكثير يومين.
للاسف تعامل سيئ جدا من موظفة الامن في استقبال مستشفى ، وتم تقديم شكوى حيث لايوجد اهتمام من قبلهم وعدم تقديم حل من مدير مركز الصحي بشكاوى المرضى ولم يتم الرد والمتابعه وتحقيق
One of the worst pharmacies i have ever been too, managed by old and slow people, while its crowded with sick people it can take you up to an hour to get some nasal spray and panadol
Reception staffs are irresponsible. I have requested to get the lab report by mail and filled up the form that they provided. After 24 hours I didn’t get the results. Called customer service they asked to send the mail again attaching the EID copy to them. Reports are ready. Now 2.5 hours I am waiting after for the report. Burjeel Shahama is the worst hospital that I have visited in Abu Dhabi till now. Other Burjeel’s are very good in service. Very very disappointed with Burjeel Al Shahama
Always overwhelmed, regardless of number of patients. Avoid if you can. There’s no concept of queue or numbering. You’re supposed to wait hours for your name to be called and not ask any questions. This level of confusion is on a regular week day when only a dozen of patients are waiting.
I had to drive from Sharjah to AD because my issues only covers in AD. Anyways wait time in the reception wasn’t long, it was like an average 15/20 min wait. Once I saw the doctor everything went smoothly because the receptionist in Oby/gyn was very helpful to my situation and spoke to the ultrasound technician Veronica which exceeded my expectations in attending to my situation and case. She was very professional, kind and friendly. She made my day.
They have an eye "doctor" who literally does nothing but take an exam when complaining about eye issues and headaches. I could've gone to an optician outside and get the same test done by a lab tech for free. Never go to this hospital if you have eye / headache issues.
See, expertise is nothing if u do not organise yourselves. I have been to the The Burjeel in the city, My wife gave birth there. I was one of the golden days of my life and I would never forget how comfortable and assuring was my experience there. They were organised, Had many better ways to deal the patients equally and failry.
This Burjeel @Shahama, somehow fails in that part.
I live in Al Rahba, so my natural choise is Deerfields Burjeel. On 4th of Oct, my wife was sick and she came there @6.50 pm with our kid. I was back from working at Dubai then came to pick her @8 pm, one hour later. It wasn't finished. Then another one hour I waited again with the kid. No one called. There were Arabic Nationals, in and out, but not her.
I started to get worried. She was sick and she was tired. Kid is getting restless. I'm back from work, tired. We are too humans you know?
There was an Arabic Male Nurse, whom I saw looking over shoulders so I didn't want to approach him. I approached the security and informed him @10PM, that we are waiting for the past 3 hours. He brought me to the Nurse Room and told me she was next third in line. After 3 hours, third in line? I felt ridiculous. Finally we were able to get out only after 10.30. Never been in my whole 12 years in UAE, I was waiting in a que for 3 hours. What kind of queue Bujeel Deerfields make?
Why there is no token system? This big of a clinic and there is no token system?
Again, yesterday morning, on 8th Oct.she came for follow up Nearly 8AM. But on Friday they are open @9AM. There were two people waiting before her. I left her there as I needed to go to work at Dubai. As she was tired and sick, she told the security and went inside the mall to releave herself. By the time she came back, there is a lot of people and all the things that happened on 4th, repeated again. That Arabic Male Nurse was there, he priorotized Arabic Nationals so she was again late. She was able to exit only at 11.15AM that morning. Half of her sick leave day has finished by the time.
Why hasn't the security warned her of upcoming patients and given her a token number, so that she can prepare herself?
So you see, I know it is not Hospital Policy to Priorotize anyone, it can not be. But teach your values, mission and vision to all of your employees. Beacuse of some unethical personnal, the others suffer a lot.
And please install a Token Machine for God's Sake.
Great service and doctors. However, I would like to suggest to allocate a room to be used for Prayer. Patients might be waiting for hours or moving between appointments therefore, it would be convenient to have a prayer room close-by rather than having to walk all the way to the mall; which is also quite tiresome especially for senior citizens. Kindly consider.

Sad to say Burjeel Hospitals have, off late been a complete dissapointment.
They have lots it when it comes to scheduling appointments and keeping to the schedule.
This we are saying from personal experience over the past month across multiple locations and consultations.
Right now we are at Burjeel Deerfields the appointment was for 8.00 PM and its 8.30 PM now and am told, Wait Sir the doctor has three patients before you. One is 6.45 one is 7.15 one is 7.45 after that your turn
We booked the appointment at 7 30 PM today and we fail to understand how a hospital which is not new, knows how long a doctor takes per consultation can offer appointments with this backlog, apparently they have no value for the patients time.
This is absolutely unacceptable and I look forward to someone from the team to contact me and offer a reason for this callous disregard of patients time.
Without patients there is no Hospital. They seem to have forgotten this.
I was visiting today Burjeel medical centre in Deerfield branch as a walk-in patient and upon arriving I heard who turned out to be the clinic manager yelling loudly at a lady in the center. The clinic manager was very disrespecting, insulting and rude and I didn't know whom to report him to as he is the most senior person in the clinic so decided to publish this online for VPS Senior Management attention and care. Many of the patients left the clinic immediately and were disturbed because of his behaviour. Speaking of myself I will never come again for a visit.
We wait long time to see the doctor after long waiting they told us we can't as Dr. Finish his duty and they can't bad service and the duty manager very bad way
So unprofessional. My appointment was at 10 pm they took me in at 11: 40 pm. Its very crowded people are standing up there are no enough seats to accommodate the patients
I did PCR test yesterday 03.05.2022 and after 24 hrs still waiting for my report and I have to fly tomorrow.after reading some reviews I decided to take one more PCR from other hospital to make sure my result.strongly not recommended Burjeel to anyone.

My wife and kids got a dental care from Dr. Nardine. She is very impressive in her qualities to attend the patients and specially the kids (who are really difficult to handle) for a long time treatment, But she could do the treatment for an hour keeping them smiling & engaging them with out feel of any pain. I really appreciate her service and personality & would recommend to visit her for any Dental treatment.
Came for the first time to the clinic. Came early at 09: 00 to make sure we do everything before our 9: 20 appointment time. At 09: 15 the receptionist is still trying to log in.she then requested me to provide the Insurance card and details for my daughter, very disappointed in the service. Even it is close to our home, we will be going into the city to our normal go to place.
يوم الاربعاء تاريخ 5/4/2022 يصادف 4/رمضان كنت مريض وزرت مستشفى برجيل الساعه 16: 00 وتم تسجيلي ولم يتم ابلاغي انه لا يوجد سوى دكتور واحد فقط لجميع الحالات والاولوية للحالات المستعجله المهم انتظرت الى ان اذن المغرب ومادخلت عند الدكتور وصايم ومريض حتى المستشفى ماكلفوا انفسهم يوفرون حبة تمر للناس الصايمين لو حتى بفلوس بندفع لكن للاسف استمر صيامي لين طلعت من المستشفى. اتمنى من ادارة المستشفى انها تحسن من خدماتها وبعدين دكتور واحد في الفترة المسائية ليش من المفترض المستشفى يوفر كادر طبي يليق باسم مستشفى برجيل.
Terrible queue system, unorganized and unsystematic. Not enough to accommodate the rush of patients and will not inform the patient of expected wait time as the place does not reflect wait time, patients are not waiting in the same place. I would be sitting in the lobby of the doctor I intend on seeing. People come and go and the nurse would say 2 people before me that came from else where, MORE than 2 people went in while i still waited. If I knew id have to wait for this long I would have never stayed.
We got our PCR tests done here and have not received the results 48 hours later. I did not get an SMS or any update for Al Hosn. We have called three times and logged three complaints and no one has answered us back. Whether they lost the sample or ruined it, who knows, but now I am forced to go to another place and purchase another PCR so not only is it majorly inconvenient, nonsensical and actually pretty dangerous but it was also effectively a waste of money. No one at the hospital is answering either so that’s also pretty terrible. Do not go here for urgent PCR tests or any PCR tests.
Worst hospital with appointments i came before my appointment which was on 9: 20 i came 9: 00 and a guy comes at 9: 35 and his appointment at 9: 00 and he goes before me!
It is my first time and last time hopefully The worst experience for ultra sound- the waiting was too much although the Dr mentioned its urgent. My experience with the doctor was great. Dr Ayman. Receptionist lady near lab area skills of communicating with patients needs to be improved
Horrible service. I'd risk treating myself before returning here. They only care about getting money out of you and your insurance. Very little care for the patients wellbeing.
WORST MEDICAL CENTER IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.after 74 hours and 2 official complaints my PCR results are nowhere to be found causing me not to attend to my business and losing money in the process added to the government fine as I just came back from a trip abroad that requires test on the 4th and 8th day. I wish I saw the reviews before going there however it doesn't end there the dishonest response is what gets me.they could just say they mishandled the sample cause no way in hell it takes that long. And since all the phone calls are recorded and can be extracted I'll see you in court Burjeel. Whoever reads this with a similar experience that reflected damage (proven) are welcome to join the law suit.

I was taking physiotherapy sessions. The team was very polite and cooperative, specially Juwaireyah. She knows exactly what she's doing. Reception employees also very polite and helpful.
Last week my cousin took Pcr test and he didn’t get any update about it.we visit the Burjeel in Deerfield, the way how they treat the customer is very poor. Please teach the receptionist in Burjeel how to behave with the customer. In my life I never Experienced this kinda of behavior from any hospital, The way he talks is like I’m his employer. Burjeel should improve in customer service
I recently visit this burjeel centre in deerfields mall, the doctor for dermatology Mr Ganesh is very good and professional. He offer quick treatment. I also try their laser treatment, very good offers
GREAT ORTHODONTIST IN ABU DHABI! - “Dr Aditi is wonderful and her swift and confident manner to addressing my daughter's issues made it so much easier for us to go back for her appointments - even if it would mean a long travel from the city. My teenager always come home with a wide grin and a hopeful spirit that all will go well with her treatment which has been going since she is 9 years old. Her consultation with Dr. Aditi was very informative and really explained each process so that my daughter understands how the treatment will go as planned. Not only explaining but also giving honest alternatives that can be done since she is the fourth orthodontist to handle my daughter's case. My daughter was so overwhelmed as she saw great improvement as her treatment progresses. We are very happy that we chose Dr Aditi over many other orthodontists in Abu Dhabi. Although my daughter has to fly out for university, Dr. Aditi gave her enough advise of what is left to be done to continue her treatment overseas. Even for a short time, so happy that we found an orthodontist we can feel confident that all will be ok and will soon be saying goodbye to her braces. Literally speaking, my daughter's smile is so much better when she left Abu Dhabi! Thank you, Dr. Aditi - please stay and make other children and teens in Abu Dhabi have that wonderful smile and sense of relief once their braces are removed. My daughter will visit you as soon as she back in town - take care and God bless you always!
Too long waiting at dermatologist section even after 1and half hour they take patients as per their own choice and no priority or first come first serve basis. Experience as per 10/04/2021 afternoon.
I came yesterday afternoon to do the PCR test and the process went smoothly without any complications and good service thanks to Mr. Kareem and Ms. Kowthar who were very helpful throughout the whole process till the end.
#All staff are unprofessional even they will waste your time for any small treatment. # if you want to visit again for follow up you will new appointment because if you ask for the same doctor then they are response the doctor is not available.
On 13th jan 2021, I took 2nd dose sinopharm vaccine, but "E" is still not appear in the ALHOSN app. Vaccination details not update to the ALHOSN. Regretted! Please update as possible, Post date 22/02/2021.2nd post date: 08Mar2021. "VERY VERY POOR SERVICE"
Poor customer care service. Unfortunately i have taken both my covid jabs from BMC Shahama. It is not updated in Al hosn app. Called customer care multiple times but not proper action is taken.
I had the worst experience with the Burjeel hospital in Deerfield mall. I have taken covid vaccination 2nd dose. It has been more than 28 days yet it has not been recorded in the Abudhabi health department while calling this number (971 2449 3333). Because of this I went directly to the hospital, even my first dose vaccination is not updated in their system. Then they said that it would be updated within 48 to 72 hours. The manager said that covid vaccination is not recorded for 70,000 people. Anyone who has taken the covid vaccination from burjeel hospital in Deerfield mall please call and double check whether your covid vaccination is recorded or not. If not please register your complaint 800 555. The customer care service is very poor. No proper response and call back if you register complaint
A few months ago, I randomly visited this hospital. Actually, I was so hesitant to go in any of Burjeel hospitals due to lack of information on my insurance policy. I am really unaware if Burjeel hospitals is in our accred list. Luckily, the receptionists were so nice, especially the arab receptionist, Fatima she was so jolly and attended my query. She explained a lot of my insurance coverage. From then, I’ve been telling my colleagues that Burjeel is accepting our insurance whether it is In/Out Patient. This week, one of my colleague went for a surgery and currently she is admitted in one of Burjeel hospitals.
VVVvVV lazy abd unkind type of staff they have. Specially receptionists. And there staff is unkind also. Don't waste your time if you can travel bit better to look for another hospital.
Kept waiting for almost half hour to get form to fill and then another half hour to get vitalz.
Burjeel hospital has a great track of excellence, visit to BMC shahama is kind of hump to the smooth perception. Dirty seats, few Arrogant front office and vitals staff r the thoughts of this visit. The nurse at the vitals was calling names from her booth for many patients not understanding her way of call and then again she was the one who was angry if why patients r not responding to her vogue shouts without being seen.
I took the sick child to the hospital. I went there to confirm that the new insurance policy was applicable. However, the receptionist did not actively recognize the insurance, only saying that it was not allowed. In the end, the employees sent the sick child back. The next day, I checked again and found that insurance applied. The attitude of the staff is very unkind.
Very decent and helpful staffs and doctors. Impressed by the actions taken by managerial people to reduce waiting time, which was a concern before. Highly recommended.
Its been more than a week i didn't got my daughter lab result when i called them they said you ll receive a message which i didn't even 1 week passed. It usually take 1 day to generate result not a week.
The lady at the laboratory reception on Monday 23 Dec 2019 at around 1pm is pathetic and unprofessional. She was on her cellphone from time l arrived at her desk till l left. I gave her three small notes from my 2 doctors. 1 note was for blood test. 1 note was for urine and the other was for scan. I told her to book my scan within the same week so that l can see the doctor within the same week and avoid paying another 50 dhs consultation fee. She told me she had booked me for Sunday 29 Dec 2019 as that was the only available slot. I didn’t bother checking the appointment conformation message which came to my phone after about 30 minutes as l trusted her. She threw a bottle at me and told me use it for urine, l complied and came back to wait to be called for blood test. I waited until everyone in the queue had left and asked the male receptionist who was now manning the reception why l was still sitting. He told me l wasn’t registered for any blood test that day. I had to be re-registered - this wasted my time.
It didn’t end there. When l went for the scan on Sunday, l was told that l was booked for Sunday 5 January. I had set an appointment with my doctor who had requested for a scan so that l see him on Monday 30 Dec 2019. I had to re-book for scan again and it’s now booked on Tuesday 31 Dec 2019.
Without the scan results- it’s useless to see the doctor.
This hospital is slowly becoming a nightmare. Your receptionist should not be allowed to use personal cellphones when on duty. WhatsApp and YouTube at work? Really?
Burjeel Medical Centre Deerfields Mall Abu Dhabi. I normally use the Makani Mall branch but due to the unavailable appointment I came here. The call center staff are very polite and helpful. When I told them I was in pain and needed an appointment for today they advised me to use this branch. The nurses are friendly. The receptionist smiled and greeted me. I was very nervous but the staff were really nice. I went to see Dr Dana. She is the best dentist.
I am giving it zero stars! The call center tries to help as much as possible but the clinic is really bad. The attitude of the receptionists is really bad, especially the Arab ladies. They are always frowning, do not want to listen and they also ignore calls! I have been trying to contact them but it is hopeless. Every time the call center connects me to the clinic, I stay on hold for long periods of time. Moreover, when I went to them, I was waiting for the nurse to call me inside and I could see the phone ringing but no one is answering because they were either chatting or just ignoring it. The doctors are okay but the attitude of some of the nurses and the receptionists really ruins everything. Really disappointed.
تجربه سيئه من ناحية معاملة الممرضين و شؤون المرضى وتأخير وعدم إحترام المواعيد و إدخال بعض المرضى بعشوائيه على حساب مرضى آخرون. أرجو الإهتنام بالمرضى أكثر من الإهتمام بديكور المستشفى. مع العلم بأنه تم التحدث مع مشرف شؤون المرضى ولم يتم إتخاذ إجراء مع الطبيب أو التواصل معي فقط قام الموظف بهز رأسه.
Very poor call centre, try to connect burjeel clinic through call centre and they fail to connect the line, simply wasting our time, requesting you to impliment or provide direct line instead of connecting these call centres they are always fail to connect all the times and if you provide direct line could be more helpful and will be easy access to our destinations especially we call for an emergency
The process was smooth and quick until I reached the pharmacy it was extremely slow and inconvenient. It took nearly 25 minutes just to get my prescription and the workers are very slow and change the patient orders as they wish
I would start with my good experiences, I have been visiting Burjeel Al Bahia for almost 6 years and would like to thank Dr. Bahaa Damien Grace, I have no words to express my gratitude to such a human being. The most logical, friendly, humble doctor I have met in my life, whose only goal is to remove and fix the patients problem from its root. Sincere thanks to Mr. Clifford for his Quick and Wise problem solving skills. However, there could be few points for improvement, the Call center needs to be well trained to provide accurate solutions to our calls. The operations team and the insurance team for obtaining medical insurance approval is not in sync. But the friendly staff and nurses try their best to patch up the gaps.
