I had my very first MRI scan performed last night and I should appreciate their MRI safety officer Doctor Satheesh. Thank you for keeping me calm and guiding me through that.

انصح بشدة زيارة مدية برجيل الطبية في محمد بن زايد، جميع العيادات دائما متعاونين والمواعيد متوفرة ويمكن زيارة اخصائية التغذية (سارة الكثيري) وتقديم المساعده عندالحاجه بدون موعد او تأخير لمقابلة الدكتورة، عن تجربة شخصية.

If Vilma, at the treatment station, is treating you, then you're in safe hands. She is very gentle and delicate. Didn't even feel the needle.

Very bad service, where we had emergency because of kidney stones, also we had an appointment at 1 and we waited for the dr. Until 3, when we asked the reception why the delay! He answered they forgot! Adding to that they required further tests and they said we have to wait for insurance approval, we used to call them on daily basis for one week and say it is not approved yet, as far as I know insurance approval takes 24 hours max, so went for another hospital where they did the tests on spot and they will wait for the insurance approval from there side so the patient won’t suffer in pain! The hospital service becoming worst not like when it was newly opened they used to have excellent service without any delay!

I would Like to express my warm gratitude for all the people behind this amazing hospital, BURJEEL MEDICAL CITY.from the Doctors, Nurses, Medical Crews and Staffs. For the extra ordinary services, very friendly, attentive and approachable for their patients.the hospital also have complete equipments for all the Lab test we needed.

The PCR drive through is a disaster, the responsible for registration person took my ID inside to the tent they all there are not wearing gloves and not sanitizing none from those who take the ID in the first tent are wearing gloves and three of them touched my ID and all IDs of other people, and for the person who took the sample from me because he paid attention that I was concerned he changed his gloves but for the people after me he did not change the gloves and did not sanitize his hands!

ابتدأ من السكيروتي في بوابة رقم 1ثم عمال النظافه ، ثم الاداريين المتواجدين لراحة المرضى و اهاليهم. قسم المختبر شهيره. اطباء الاورام الشكر و التقدير للدكتور حميد الشامسي و الاخ فيصل لمعاملتهم الطيبه و كأن أمي أمهم. اشكر دكتور امينو دكتور كنعان و دكتوره آيه و دكتور رضوان و الممرضات و شكر جميع العاملين في المستشفى. انا فخوره بوجود مستشفى كهذه في دولتنا بتخصصاتها و معاملتهم في استقبال المرضى و الاهتمام بهم. الكلام الذي كتبته قليل بحقهم.

كادر المستشفى ضعيف جدا ولا يرتقي لاسم المستشفى تجربة سيئة جدا وان شاءالله لن تعاد بعد ذلك.
وتم تقديم شكوى رسمية لقسم الشكاوي بالمستشفى وطبعا لا يوجد اي رد من قبلهم.

Very recommended Medical city the service we're provided by (Mohammed) complain supervisor out standing and professional the body language behavior they made my day, As (samira) complain supervisor she was just an amazing person with great customer service she made me love the VPS burjeel coz the customer service is an excellent why to attract customers by being friendly humble and caring guys really those words are less to describe the service we're provided their communications skills are out of the box they know how to treat customers by making them feel like they are guest at their medical city (care feeling) attention,   great listener, and what else.

I've been an inpatient at Burjeel Medical City Abu Dhabi from 07-14/11/2021 for my renal cancer surgery and care.

I couldn't have picked a better hospital or better team of doctors than Burjeel Abu Dhabi.

From the initial pre-diagnosis consultations upto post operative care and discharge, we (me and my family) have been treated with the utmost care, understanding, sensitivity and constant encouragement.both by the doctors and everyone of the medical and support staff.

And for saving my life and also healing me, I would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt "Thank you" to the following best team doctors: Dr. Sadir Alrawi, Dr. Rehan Saif, Dr. Maciej Szwedowski, Dr. Jaber Alrubaye, Dr. Suleiman Hanna Al-Baqain, Dr. Nicholas Wyon (ICU care), Dr. Mohamed Mourad Hashim, Dr. Syed Faheem Ahmad Sayed Altaf Ahmad and the whole support team.

A special mention also of the exceptionally helpful hospital security team.

I can not understand as to why a patient has to wait for doctor for more than one hour, This very stressful and un heard off. I wish the management of the hospital can investigative and a hear response

Burjeel medical Staff are helpful and friendly and the hospital also very clean, but I must mention madam Saleema for her kind assistance as she played with my son in kids area she is a lovely woman that takes her time as well to explain all doctors in burjeel with their physicians my son was enjoying and happy it really shows the care.

My first experience is very bad. I have taken covid vaccination on 18th Aug from BMC still following with them to get data updated in Alhosn app. Whenever calling them for this to get solved, I am getting same answer " we raised complaint you will get a call within two days". Still I am calling them, I did not get a call from them, and my issue not been solved.

Unprofessional nurses and staff in the night shift. I got bruises because of a simple IV. It’s been 3 days now.

The hospital lacks coordination. Waited for hours to meet a doctor and the staff doesn't have any communication about where the doctor is or what schedule he has. Just blindly books appointment and keeps the patient waiting. Please improve your service. So disappointing and ridiculous.

Update on above mentioned complaint: Thank you Burjeel for finding solution to my concerns. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed Refaey, Clinical manager for solving the issue. A special thanks to Mr. Mustafa, Clinic Coordinator (Speciality clinic) for raising the concern and following up diligently. Mr. Mustafa has done a commendable job.

Hopefully such issues won't raise in future.

Very bad management. No prior notification of any updates. Didn't inform vaccine is out of stock even after taking an appointment and had to go and come back in vain.

It’s not about getting delayed, but also the front office team should be well trained and should provide correct data or info to the patients.
Felt like they don’t wanna cater us.

I have very bad experience with physiotherapy dept,
They are not serious, I am trying to get the appointments for my sessions for almost three weeks but they are not responding although they have already got the insurance approval, I have raised an official complaint but unfortunately also no response.

Big thank you for the MOH Seychelles that recommended the Burjeel Medical City and I feel privileged to have had my eye surgery there. I was personally met at the airport by a smiling Mr. Shafeeq, who had to patiently wait for me for over 2 hours while completing covid procedures and paperwork upon arrival. At the Burjeel Medical City, the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at home the moment I stepped inside. I felt very confident to have my eyesight taken care of by the best eye retinal Dr in UAE (Dr. Madhaav Rao) and his team. A big thank you to you all.
Special thanks goes to the following staffs, the handsome Mr. Shafeeq for his overwhelming patience and dedications shown at all times during my 4 weeks in recovery, special mention for Mr. Mandate, the security man, the first person I see in the morning as his station was just in front of my room (702) his friendly face and chirpy greetings really lifts up your spirits and this brings the sunshine in my normally long and boring day, the lovely, charming and motherly housekeeper, Ms Tika Naya, who would ensure I always have fresh towels and a clean spotless room on a daily basis, Mr Milton and Mr. Raoul who will always pop in to check on my health and general welfare, or any issues I may have, and last but not least all the kitchen staffs, who really went out of their way to satisfy our creole pallet (not really successful there) but there was always something among the various little bowls on the tray to enjoy. My gratitude to one and all especially in Zone D, 7th floor, who in one way or another contributed to make my stay with you a great experience right from the start. The interior of the hospital is nothing less than a 5 star + hotel and I will highly recommend it.

تجربتي مع مدينة برجيل الطبية كانت رائعة.
قبل شهور من اليوم كانت متابعات الحمل مع دكتورة ريهان سعفان استشارية النسا والتوليد ، مع العلم اني عندى مشاكل صحية ويصنف حملي بأنه مصحوب بمخاطر صحية ، مواعيد متابعات الحمل كانت منتظمة والطبيبة ممتازة فوق الوصف والمشفي مرتب جدا ونظيف.
قبل شهر حددنا موعد الولادة وكانت قيصرية نظرا للمخاطر الصحية.
كانت الغرف مرتبة ونظيفة جدا ، غرفة العمليات نظيفة جدا ، طبيبة التخدير دكتورة بيبي رائعة ، شرحت بالتفصيل ما ستقوم به ، دكتورة ريهان ممتازة وحنونة وراقية. التمريض ممتازين يهتموا بالمريضة والطفل،
بعد الولادة الاهتمام بيا وابني الرضيع رائع ، كنت مهتمة اطهر البيبي بسرعة ، رتبوا موعد مع طبيب جراح اطفال اسمه دكتور راج ، ممتاز جدا ، عمله الطهارة في العيادة خامس يوم الولادة وكانت سهلة وبسيطة جدا وتمت علي افضل حال.
متابعات ما بعد الولادة كانت سهلة وبسيطة وسلسة من غير اي معاناة.
حبيت تجربتي مع المستشفي والطبيبة ، بتمنالهم التوفيق والنجاح دايما يارب.

Worst emergency staff and department I’ve ever witnessed and dealt with. I gave them my ID to check in and waited while others were coming after me and going in to see the doctors. I stand up and go to the reception and ask them what’s the hold up since I was “next” when I gave them the ID. They ask me if I was me twice first of all and then I see my ID was the last one left sitting on the desk when one of the staff takes it and asks if it belonged to me. To which I answered of course. They then said they’ll register me to which I replied, wasn’t I supposed to be next? And I asked why my ID was sitting there for an hour they said the system was down. What a joke lol. What about the others who came after me? And when you ask for a manager they keep deflecting the question. Place just looks good with incompetent staff everywhere except maybe the medical staff. Revise your administration and control your admin staff recruitment and training better if you really want to better serve and help people.

Really very bad experince ever with Burjeel hospital. I heard the very first time from doctor who told me that he can not do any thing. Even doctors can not do any thing. (Words from him). I preffer LLH hospital as the staff of them are very good very cooperative and their services are very fast and effective. My first and last experience with Burjeel.

Words aren't sufficient to thank the incredible team at this world class healthcare facility. An immense appreciation and many thanks to the excellent doctors, nurses and facility team especially Dr. Ahmad Mahlawe, Dr. Faique, Dr. Tahmina Choudhry & Dr. Ibrahim.

تجربتي مع المستشفى لم تكن جيدة، تأخير مبالغ فيه خصوصا في قسم العظام عند الدكتور راشد ، كان لدي موعد عند الساعة ١١: ١٥ و لم ادخل للدكتور الا الساعة ١٢: ٢٠ ولم يستغرق الجلوس مع الدكتور سوى اقل من ١٠ دقايق و لكن اقدم شكر لقسم العلاج الطبيعي على رأسهم موظف الاستقبال (امين) و معالجة العلاج الطبيعي (اوشن)

اتمنى يكون هناك مصداقيه في المواعيد ،، تجربة سيئه جدًا ،، الي موعده مثلا الساعه 4: 00 العصر بيتريا ساعه ياخذون الوزن و الطول و حراره و بعد بيتريا نص ساعه لين يدخل عند الكتور

One of the worst hospitals in abudhabi. Unprofessional management. I were promised to get a VIP room. After delivery they placed me in normal room sayoung all vpn rooms are occupied. A day after they told me to pay if you want a VIP room although at the beginning they said it's complemantry.
