One of the best medical Centre I have ever been with. Fantastic physician - Dr. Jacqueline Jose (Dermatologist) who treated for my pimples issue very well. I really recommend this Dr for any kind of skin related issues. Moreover staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Appointment system via Burjeel Mobile APP also makes booking very easy. I think they have a good Bunch of well established physicians whom you can always entrust upon. All the very Best Burjeel Marina Team. And a big Thanks.

My colleagues and I have been going here for some skin treatments for 4 months now and we really do recommend this center for having good services. Cosmetology staffs are very kind and accommodating especially Ma’am Juliet and Ma’am Nica.

Worst hospital ever in Abu Dhabi.
Always makes you wait a lot and never on time with their appointments. It takes four nurses to do a blood test while other people are waiting outside being very sick. The doctor doesn’t even explain to you what is the issue unless you ask. They do the check up and write the medicine and you take it from there to figure out what you have unless you question.
Also their pharmacy is under staffed, the one pharmacist seems like she does everything and ofcourse you wait a lot till you can get your medicines.

I have always had the same experience with them but definitely never again.

Dr. Shobna Very very professional and the nurse jay was very kind. The hospital is very luxurious this will not be the last as visit

Dr. Shobhana is honestly one of the most caring, professional, and kindest doctor I have met. She treated me and advised me in such a nice manner and left me with an unforgettable experience. Nurse Anju who also took me in and checked my vitals and previous details was so kind and sweet. She treated me so well and if you are patient visiting this facility, i highly recommend Dr Shobana and Nurse Anju. 5/5 service and treatment.

My latest experience with the hospital was amazing, staff was helpful and extremely supporting meeting the highest standards of the industry.
However make sure you book the appointments with doctors, otherwise you will have to wait for your turn, as obviously the people come on time with appointment will be attended first, even if they enter after your entry, in any case staff will do best to quickly get you the doctor, however no point in arguing, complaining and asking apology from the staff it will only demoralise them as they have to look after everyone and keep the balance between people with appointments and walkins. Please respect the Hospital staff, they are the one who were with us when we needed them the most # COVID (though lot can be written here on this)

Dr. Hye rang kim of burjeel gastroenterogy is one of the most amazing doctor i ever met.i met her 2016 and she found out my real problem in no time.shes concern and knowledgeable she listen and explains well.she helps me to understand more my gastric problem. Trully recommended.

I was having a lot of issues with my health and honestly after meeting doctor Kim all my issue is resolved, finally I met a good doctor in abudhabi, high recommended

I used to come to this place regularly for laser, today I was there and I saw discounts posts on the reception when I asked them about it they said they have applied discounts recently on Fazaa and Esaad holders and it will deduct 50% of the total. Once I am done with my appointment I went to pay the amount and I found out that the price is the same as usual, I told the reception did you apply the discount which is 50% she said yes. How it comes it’s the same price as before. They said the discount was there from before but now they need to add it to the system and at the beginning they said we have recently added discounts for Fazaa and Esaad card holders. I ended up paying the same amount as before.

I have visited Dr Kim in Burjeel MHPC at Marina mall, Abu Dhabi. She is so experienced and she explained clearly about my gastroenterology issues. Aside from lovely interior, my experience with Dr. Khaled Saadedineel Edlebi went worst for ear piercing of my 2 years daughter. He has shown extremely unprofessional behavior in managing patients. The waiting is insane, we were on time on 7: 15 p.m. For an appointment of 7: 30 p.m. But he left us unattended at 8: 00 p.m. Because his time was over. The nurses were ashamed to tell us his behavior and we were left extremely disappointed. It was the worst doctor experience at such a prestigious hospital.

I visited the hospital several times and received medical treatment from Dr. Hye Rang Kim. I've heard enough about my illness, and I've got the best treatment. She was the kindest and most professional doctor I've ever met here in the UAE.

Hello we went to the mall yesterday to do our pcr test and we still have no result Although we were promised by 10 a.m. Today, please send us the test results as soon as possible.we still don't get it when we ask.very disappointed

I had been coming to BUrjeel Marina Mall for the past 6 months and visiting doctor Prabir Paul ENT specialist. Im very happy with the hospital, all the staff and with doctor Prabir Paul. My family also visits the same hospital and Dr. Paul. I highly recommend for everyone to visit Burjeel Marina Mall.

The pharmacy is almost never having the medications the dr prescribes and if they do, their system is always having an issue! Worst experience and a waste of time!

1) Went there with tourist relative for PCR test on 3rd of October 2021.2 days passed but still couldn't get ALHOSN status green - but sms with negative test got on 4 of October.
Couldn't sort this till now.evening of 5 Oct!
Wouldn't advise to come here for PCR.

Gentleman on reception mentioned about 48 hrs for PCR test result, but Abu-Dhabi government stated 24 hrs for testing.so staff doesn't familiar with local law and gave incorrect information.

2) only on Thursday we got green status because of continued calls to ALHOSN. SEHA.
Clinic did nothing…very poor PCR services.
As far as I understand they didn’t put UID into the test that is why it is stuck in ALHOSN system.

While giving my PCR test, I triple checked if my Al hosn would get updated with my negative PCR test. They said yes. Yet, I'm stuck with a negative PCR test and no update on the Al hosn.

Pathetic clinic. Save yourself the trouble. It's as good as not getting a test done if you go here.

Went for PCR test, Lack of staff on reception, one person for data entry and 3 nurses not doing anything.two were in the queue took us 25 minutes waiting then we left because if this was how slow the service is then the results would take longer than expected.dont recommend for pcr test

Their dentist, Dr. Zaineb Hamoudi, is the best dentist I’ve been to. She is thorough, careful, and precise. She knows what she is doing. I’m always scared to go to dentists but I felt so comfortable with her. Her dental assistant, Eunice, is also efficient as well. She knows when and where to assist. Kudos to both of them!

Hospital is quite calm with excellent interior design. Seating arrangements in waiting areas are exceptional good. Staff is very much cooperative and trained.

I went to take the COVID19 vaccine 1st dos. Please explain the process, can I do it walk-in at any time in this center.

My experience in this Marina Clinic is awesome. The assistance I got from the receptionist, nurses and Ms. Asma is very helpful especially Al Hosn app. I wish every a very success. The vaccine was not painful at all. I would like to highly recommended to everyone to come here. Alhamdulilah
