I make MRI with miss nahid and Mr Rusho they made it it perfect and it feel me comfortable with my Mri done.

The stuff litteraly don't know what they're doing there! The worst experience ever

Worst HOSPITAL I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been waiting for 1hr and 40mins and up until now I was not been attended. The reception is very unprofessional, not even updating the clients that GP patient will wait since the doctor on duty will leave already. Even if you really look sick no one will attend to you! Worst from the worst services!

أختي كانت مقيمة بالامارات بالعين تحديدا و كان عندها مشكل الإجهاض المتكرر و تعالجت الحمد لله و ولدت بنت يوم 2 دجنبر 2021 [العيد الوطني لدولة الإمارات]
الآن رجعت للمغرب و هي بحاجة لملفها الطبي من المستشفى و لم تنجح في التواصل مع طاقم المستشفى من أجل إرسالهم لها للملف عن طريق الواتساب أو الإميل

NICU (Sr. Beena and team) in Burjeel Royal Hospital are excellent and professional team. They treat me and my baby with great care and explain everything to me.

كان عندى اشعه مقطعيه وكانت الممرضه ناهد متعاونه جدا وكانت الاوردة ضعيفه ولكنها كانت متمكنه ورائعه وخبره

اجرت الوالدة أشعة رنين مغناطيسي مع مساعدة الممرضه ناهد وكانت معاملتها جيده قمه في الاخلاق.

Very punctual on duty time but no value for humans.for an an 8 year old kid a 5 minutes Ignored for not getting the information from reception.but had time to swipe up on mobile.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, worst hospital in the world. Nurses and physiotherapist are all non experienced, don't know anything to do and are useless to be honest. The physiotherapy department doesn't have any type equipment for long term rehabilitation, had buy ourselves some equipment. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO NOT VISIT THIS GARBAGE HOSPITAL FOR ANYTHING, THEY LITERALLY DON'T LET YOU COMPLAINT ANYTHING ON COMPLAINT BOX AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE MANAGEMENT. ASKING EVERYONE AGAIN NOT TO VISIT THIS HOSPITAL

تجربتي في قسم العلاج الطبيعي مع دكتور محمد سعد تجربه مميزه كنت اعاني من الالم في مرفق اليد و كانت التهابات مزمنه و بفضل الله تم علاجي بأحدث الأجهزه و التقنيات العلاجيه و الان اشعر بتحسن في مرفق اليد و اصبحت قادر على الحركه بشكل طبيعي كما اشكر تنسيق المواعيد للجلسات

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Sunday (16.10.2022) I have taken my kids to BURJEEL ROYAL HOSPITAL, AL AIN as my 4 & 6 years old sons were suffering HIGH FEVER, VOMITING, RUNNY NOSE, CHEST CONGESTION and no ways the fever was reducing inspite of giving them medicine. But unfortunately from the PAEDIATRICS DEPARTMENT I was turned down saying they are not accepting WALK IN. I moved to Emergency, there too he wasn't given any treatment neither any medication. Wednesday when I got them treated and Influenza test was done, I found out my both the kids were POSITIVE. I really regret to say if at all my kids were treated earlier, they would not have to suffer this much and these many days.

I recently visited this hospital and it was such a good experience than compared to the other hospitals I have visited. I had met Sama and they had given me high hospitality which is phenomenal! I recommend everyone to consider Burjeel Royal Hospital for your next doctors appointment.

Came up with an issue of returning UNUSED, Previous day bought medicines as I was instructed by the doctor not to use them. Obviously the pharmacist I came across did deny the request.but Thanks to MR. NAFI who solved this so calmly and so PROFESSIONALLY.he did the best he could. Would like to request THE MANAGEMENT & HIGHER AUTHORITIES to APPRECIATE & REWARD People like MR. NAFI who deal with others with so much patience and positive attitude. Would definitely say such people are THE REAL GEMS to the organisation.

2nd time experienced a very delayed service.
Came 30 mins prior an appointment.
Vitals checked 10mins after schedule.
1hour passes i had to check with reception what's taking so long.
He said 1 more patient and baby is next.
20 mins passed, reception again said 1 more patient (is it the same patient?) as earlier? !
Another 20mins, i can't hold my temper anymore since baby is getting anxious and tired.
Talked to nurses and again reception, to only hear the same thing.
Like for real? How many "1 more patient"
Almost 2 hours my baby had to wait for a less than 5 minutes meet with the doctor!
Please, appointments are made for reasons.
I suppose triage is done in urgent care not by appointments!
And do not reason out that the doctor is new with your system? For real? What an excuse!
Respect appointments please!

Please have efficient staff at the pcr test counter.no interest in serving clients.not at all showing involvement.are these people on punishment postings?

I am very satisfied with UROLOGY DEPT. @BURJEEL ROYAL ALAIN. DR. NANDA KISHORE, UROLOGIST did my father's laser surgery on NOV. 25TH. DR.made my father feel very comfortable as he is 70plus and post op care by DR.and his staff support team were so good. We are very happy and satisfactory by the treatment we received there. تجربتي مع الدكتور مصطفى برعي وحدة العناية المركزه المكلف icu دخول ابي بحاله جدا جدا صعبه في خلال 24 تم انقاذ الوالد على يد الدكتور مصطفى برعي تعجبة جدا من طريقه تشخيص الحاله بشكل مميزا جدا باخذ جميع التقارير وتحليلها بشكل تفصيل بعد استقرار الحال بدا في تفصيل الحاله المعقده وعلاجها على الفور شهادتي فالدكتور مجروحه, الدكتور مصطفى برعي ممتاز جدا مبدع مع مرضاه في خلال خمس ايام رجع حالت ابي طبيعيه جدا والان يعود ابي لحياه الطبيعيه شكرا من القلب وتسلم الايادي اللي تنلف بحرير

I was in the emergency department an hour ago and went to Dr. Zainab, who knows my medical history, but I entered for bleeding, clotting and dizziness, and she was mean and rude, and she refused even to examine me, this is not the first time for her to behave this way, but thanks to Dr. Hana who gave me the treatment… in general the staff were cold and the service is miserable

الحمدلله عاي نعمه الصحه مررت بتجربه صحيه كانت صعبه جدا وكانت عبلره عن انزلاق غضروفي في الفقرات العنقيه وبفضل الله بعد الكشف والتشخيص تم عمل علاج طبيعي مع الدكتور محمد سعد جزاء الله خيرا كانت اثار الغضروف شديده جدا كان هناك تنيل وتخديل في الكتف واليد اليمين واليسار اما بعد العلاج الطبيعي الحين تم انهاء وعلاج هذه الاعراض بنسبه كبيره جدا جدا ٠
انصح كل من ييعاني من اي مشاكل في العمود الفقري التوجه الي قسم العلاج الطبيعي بمستشفي براجيل وبالاخص للدكتور محمد سعد

The architecture of the building gives you the feeling that you are not in a hospital. It does not make u feel royal, but rather gives u a vibe of luxury.
They seem to have all specialities available.
Appointments are booked easily and there is no long waiting time to see a doctor.

مكان مره سيئ جلست اكثر من 4 ساعات بس عشان ادخل غرفة الفحص ويمشون ناس من ناس قدامك الوضع فوضى واول واخر مره ادخلها المستشفى هذي

Very bad treatment for Emergency Department too much time to respond and they are setting laughing and joking with high voice in Emergency admission area. Confirm the same from camera controls it was date 12/11/2021 2: 00 AM

I came before my appointment and i waited for around an hour to meet the Dr. Also the doctor transferred me to another dr who didnt know what to do and was not happy that they sent me to him and like that.

One of the worst hospitals that I have visited in the city of Al Ain, the service is very bad in the emergency department and there is no care, I advise everyone not to go to this hospital, it should be a hotel only

المشفى رائع ونظيف والطاقم الطبي والتمريض ممتاز جداً وخصوصاً قسم طوارئ الذي ساعدو ولدي وعتنو به جيداً وشكر خاص لدكتو الباكستاني اصف والممرض لي والاستقبال سوري محمد الذي استقبلنا بالابتسامة ولم يتأخر بمساعدة والدي (شكراً برجيل من القلب)

We have been waiting since 1530 pm to till 1650 only to get registration, if the patient was overflowing we can understand but there was only 6or 7 patients hardly waiting and the lady sitting in the reception saying after all we waited more than 1 hr, the nurses will chek the vitals and they will dicide where to register whether to a gp or internal medicine. Our dicision was clear from the biginning itsself to see the gp or internal medicine we actually dont care. Very unhappy with the service

They gave me the wrong medicine which made me vomit and have high blood pressure 176/88. I had to go to the ER immediately! This is the last time I’m visiting this hospital!

All staff in the icu are excellent and their support make me very happy during icu stay. Thanku very much for all staff including dr mustafa, dr alexander, and all their collegues who supported me

I just want to share our experience just now in 1 doctor in surgery. Actually we just came just to have a surgery for my babies tongue we are hoping that we will manage it now but the thing is when we are already in the room after several talk, he (the doctor) just tell us to open our babies mouth and he wants to see his tongue tie. I dont know why he let us do that if he wants to see it we were just disappointed because that is his job to examine the patient and yet he did not do anything i dont understand nothing happens and yet we pay

The best thing in this hospital is the quality of doctors. I had very good experience with Dr. HUSSEIN EBAID in Gasto. Clinic, Thanks to him and his team.
Area of improvement: timing of appointment should be managed properly without delay.
Some nurses should be trained in order to be more professional dealing with patients.

Last Friday I was in the hospital.
I waited the doctor for around an hour then when I ask where is the doctor, they told me doctor left.

Worst hospital ever.and they call it royal burjeel!
I have an appointment with MRI and was waiting for the approval for a week while they had it the next day, but no one called me neither messaged me.and now I’m trying to contact them through the phone to get my appointment and as usual no phone will be picked up.even through their call center (they wouldn’t manage reaching them) I will defiantly never recommend to any body.and I will share this review everywhere over the internet.as they don’t deserve keep opening this business when they treating patients as CUSTOMERS!

The worst hospital in appointments ever, so bad overall experience. My appointment was at 7: 20. At 8: 30 they let me in to the consultant doctor. After that, full 1 hour waiting for x ray. The lady told me 5 persons in front of me. It took more than 1 hour to finish 5 people, x ray barely takes 2 mins and thats it. Stayed for 30 mins at the pharmacy waiting my number yet i saw only 3 customers at the counters. Overall staff feel like lack of experience. Its the worst experience. Will never visit this hospital again. Fail

Everything thing is good unless the disturbances of nurses at Emergency.when they are talking together

2 nights stay at this hospital, the worst.
Everything lacks professionalism, nurses chatting with loud voices ALL NIGHT, they came to insert a cannula in my baby’s hand unprepared, we ended with a blood bath, one of them was clearly untrained or new and clueless. The room we’re staying in has a cabinet half attached although this place is new, the curtain is filthy with remains of food, equipment such as bandaids are the worst type they wont even stick to the skin. Maybe instead of spending on influencers spend on better quality tools and supplies? Clearly there’s something wrong with the whole administration here. Most of the reviews here are fake or made by hospital staff.

I would share my experience in Burjeel hospital as it worth telling as it clarify how bad experience could turn into nice one. I approached the emergency in Burjeel branch the Defense St, Abu Dhabi and there they sent me to the family medicine, and there i got upset because of long time waiting and was about to leave, then they asked me to go the family medicine and i was about to leave but one Arabic guy called me out asking me to head to the family medicine after he was told what segment of insurance i have then he informed me that my insurance card category is good and gave me a commitment that he will do his best and prioritize my case and to let me in as soon as possible in 15 mins he escorted me and i got everything done. I just would say through this review thanks Mr. Emad attia-Receptionist- you were really helpful and Burjeel hospital is one of the best in UAE.

State of the art healthcare facility in the city, with patient friendly ambiance and excellent patient care all across the medical spectrum

I give 5stars coz they are excellent.hospital are so clean and organized.
Doctor and nurses on night duty they don't waste their time.time to time check.and their care is like family.ambulance driver mashaAllah all of them they are really appreciated thank you so much.

موعدي في الساعة 4: 20 دقيقة حضرة قبل الموعد و انتظرة الى الساعة 5 ولم ادخل على الطبيب مع العلم ان المستشفى خالي نسبياً من المراجعين.
