Burro Blanco Restaurant

Usually good and I went once a week, but this time they got my order wrong after a long wait so I asked to have it made same as the menu item I ordered. Then I got a soggy burrito that was still not the same as the menu item and I have a stomach ache so im not sure if they used the veg chili. I will not go any more.

I’m glad that the crew killed it immediately after my report. But I as a regular customer will probably not come back again.

Great food, very consistent. Staff is exceptionally courteous. Recommend if you fancy Mexican food or never tried anything good in UAE. Don't miss out, there is another branch in the city.

There really is no reason for the staff to be as “busy” or as snarky as they are. My third time coming to an empty dining room and the staff acting offended that I would ask anything of them.
The food is so good l, it’s a shame that I can’t dine in here. Just not worth it. I order take away and pay the delivery and processing fees to get 35 minute old burritos over dealing with this staff anyway.

My experience with this restaurant is very bad. From the looks of the staff, I felt that they were not satisfied with our presence. We came at dinner time at 9 o'clock, and sat down after ten minutes waiting for someone to give us the menu.
My experience in the burro blanco restaurant was very bad and I did not expect this behavior from the staff, there were two female employees looking at us with a side look, but I did not speak to them and never commented, this is my first and last experience in a restaurant, and I removed the follow from the Instagram.
I felt not welcome.

Delicious food, healthy and the bowl contains avocado beans? Meat? Or chicken your choice - tomato sauce and corn etc.in general food good.

Went there for dinner and the place was very quiet. I had grilled chicken burrito with sour crème and guacamole. The experience was average and they can improve the quality.

The kids bowl is the perfect size for lunch. I wish they were a little more flexible on what can go into the bowl like lettuce and quinoa (even with a cost).

I was shocked they used tissue on the food. It is definitely not hygienic and clean. They should urgently aware of this severity and change their way.

I went there yesterday for take away and the staff was so friendly and cute, I tried this fried and it was soooo delicious 10000/5 and the tacos is good too I rate it 4/5, the strawberry drink was good too

This place is always satisfactory. Simple, delicious, authentic and efficient service during busy lunch hours.

We had a great time at Burro Blanco. Tried their Nachos, loaded French fries and burrito.
All were super Delicious and Fresh.
Staff is Hardworking and Friendly.

Bought Impossible chilli burrito for 50AED, the flavour is great! Nice vegetarian options, I will come again.

Staff is fantastic and the food is full of flavor. Nothing I have tried has disappointed, but my favorite go-to order is the Del Sur Tacos *chef's kiss*. Overall, amazing place, and hope it remains so!

Their burritos are fantastic. They taste amazing whether it’s chicken or steak. What I love at this place is that every time I order there is no compromise on quality. Always great tasting, and comes warm. The only downside is that on a several occasions I placed an order on their app only to be informed that drivers aren’t available.

Been to this place twice, I always have the bowl with grilled adobo chicken. Great food and customer service! Keep it up.

I’ve lived in MANY US states/locations including New Mexico and have an adequate idea of how Mexican food should taste. We have generally ordered Burro Blanco in the delivery apps but am not allowed to change my reviews there. I’m leaving this review to make up for a comment I made regarding a previous order. First, this is some of the better Mexican food I’ve had in this country. All the meats are cooked perfectly and the salsas are each legitimate in their category (Smoky is my favorite and I’d drink it if I could). The sizes are adequate given the price and we order at LEAST once or twice a week for delivery.

We had an issue with a taco dish having been dropped and mangled. We made it work with utensils but it was a negative to us. I left feedback regarding this issue. Irene from the Masdar location personally called and promised to make it right on our next order with no hesitation.

We ordered again last night and everything showed up perfectly.

If they offered large sides of just chips and your choice of salsa, I’d order this almost daily.

We are a villa of 6 Americans and will keep ordering here as long as they’re open. Period.

the food is really great but the service is really terrible unfortunately

they forget orders and charge for it and when you call back they denied that they punch in the order even though its written in the receipt

the service is really bad unfortunately but again the food is amazing.i stopped coming after many incidents in regards to the service.

Looking to eat something different and reminiscent of home in Colorado, we traveled to Masdar City to check-out the new Burro Blanco that is hidden within the confines of the new AI University. This stark-walled, dimly lit Mexican food outlet is themed in black and with brown wooden flooring. We were quickly greeted by a delightful young women and shown to a table. She provided menus and came back promptly to answer questions and to take our order.

There were some oddities on the menu that we wanted to try like the Avocado Fritas and the La Poutina. Poutine is a favorite of ours and unfortunately this did not resemble anything like this Canadian classic. The fries may have been hand-cut put came to us as a microwaved lump of limp soggy potatoes with bland gravy and cheese thrown on the top. The second dish was the fried avocados. I wanted this dish to be amazing but it wasn't. There are so many spectacular ways to serve a fesh avacado, but putting into a deep fryer with a light batter over it is not one of them. The dish was again soggy and lifeless.

For drinks we had ordered a Mexican Cola, a Pineapple Soda, a Hochata, and the Agua De Jamaica. This last drink was a table favorite and incredibly refreshing.

The kids ordered "Make your Own Burritos", one in a bowl and the other wrapped. My wife and I split the Justin's Fire. I had read the other reviews about how wonderful the burritos were and after reading the descriptions I couldn't wait until ours were served. Unfortunately, what was served was less appealing. Everything layered into the burritos became a mound of mush with the only thing discernable was the flavor of the salsa or spicy secret sauce. I can share that the burritos are really large and wrapped in many layers of aluminum foil. I would have rather had 1/2 the volume but more attention to creating a better tasting burrito.

My last note concerns the price. Mexican street food by and large is cheap, fast, and flavorful. I thought that the prices at Burro Blanco, while not excessive, were higher than the quality of the experience. This outing left us still hungry for the traditional flavors of Mexico.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. I always order burrito bowl. The portion is really good and filling. The value compared to the taste and amount is reasonable. The staff are polite and friendly.
