They let you taste the flavor you want before purchase, the delivery was on time and the cake looked both incredible and delicious!

I ordered my little girl’s mermaid cake for her birthday party. The service I received up until I collected the cake was great, thereafter it was shocking! The cake unfortunately was not made to keep and collapsed before the party. The buttercream was of poor standard which lead to the cake collapsing as it literally melted and the cake turned to mush. There was not proper support between the layers so the top layer was too heavy and the cake collapsed. When this was brought to the owners attention her reply was UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL and did not take any blame for her cake collapsing. I will never make use of this bakery ever again.

تعامل مع اللي ماسك الواتس اب تعبان ومايرد بسرعه والكيكه اللي سويتها جديمه وفيها طعم مستحيل اتعامل وياه مره ثانيه
